One specimen belonging to the family Comatellinae was collected from the Zhenbei Seamount(332.5–478.2 m)in the South ch.na Sea in July *** on the morphological ch.racters,the specimen was identified as Palaeocomatella hiwia McKnight,*** is first recorded from ch.na Sea and redescribed in *** specimen differs from the original description from New Zealand for never showing syzygy at br4+5 or br5+6 on interior and br1+2 on exterior ***,it is much.conform to the redescription to specimens from Indonesia,with only differences in position of the second syzygy and distalmost pinnule *** is deposited in the Institute of Oceanology,ch.nese Academy of *** analyses based on the mitoch.ndrial c oxidase subunit I(COI)and 16S rRNA genes indicated that *** was nested within the tribe Phanogeniini and clustered with Aphanocomaster ***,*** showed same morphological features in terms of mouth placement,comb location,and number of comb teeth rows as other genera of ***,we suggest that the genus Palaeocomatella should be put in the tribe Phanogeniini.

Plant virus causes massive crop losses ***,there is currently no effective measure to control plant viral ***,we identify an antiviral protein Rhp-PSP,produced by the bacterial Rhodopseudomonas palustris strain *** this study,we discover that the antiviral activity of Rhp-PSP relies on its endoribonuclease *** the arginine(R)residue at position 129 onto alanine(A)abolishs its endoribonuclease activity on coat protein(CP)RNA of tobacco mosaic virus(TMV),consequentially,compromises the antiviral activity of *** investigation demonstrates that,the mutant Rhp-PSP^(R129A)is unable to form the homotrimer as the wild type,indicating the importance of quaternary junction for the endoribonuclease *** of Rhp-PSP in Nicotiana benthamiana significantly enhances the resistance against TMV of seedlings,while expression of Rhp-PSP^(R129A)did not,confirming that endoribonuclease activity is responsible for the antiviral activity of *** addition,foliar spray of Rhp-PSP solution on tomato and pepper plants significantly reduces the disease index of viral diseases,indicating that Rhp-PSP shows potential to develop antiviral agent in practice.

Biocatalysis in organic solvents(OSs)has numerous important applications,but native enzymes in OSs often exhibit limited catalytic ***,we proposed a computation-aided surface ch.rge engineering strategy to improve the catalytic performance of haloalkane dehalogenase DhaA in OSs based on the energetic analysis of substrate binding to the DhaA *** variants with.enhanced OS resistance were obtained by replacing negative ch.rged residues on the surface with positive ch.rged residue(Arg).Particularly,a four-substitution variant e16R/e93R/e121R/e257R exhibited the best catalytic performance(five-fold improvement in OS resistance and seven-fold half-life increase in 40%(vol)dimethylsulfoxide).As a result,the overall catalytic performance of the variant could be at least 26 times higher than the wild-type *** spectroscopy and molecular dynamics simulation studies revealed that the residue substitution mainly enhanced OS resistance from four aspects:(a)improved the overall structural stability,(b)increased the hydrophobicity of the local microenvironment around the catalytic triad,(c)enrich.d the hydrophobic substrate around the enzyme molecule,and(d)lowered the contact frequency between OS molecules and the catalytic *** findings validate that computationaided surface ch.rge engineering is an effective and ingenious rational strategy for tailoring enzyme performance in OSs.

ethane ch.mical looping oxidative dehydrogenation(CL-ODh)to ethylene is a new tech.ology for ethylene ***_(2)O_(3)/MgO oxygen carrier was prepared using the co-precipitation *** influence of added NiO and its different loadings on Fe_(2)O_(3)/MgO were ***,a series of oxygen carriers were applied in the CL-ODh of the ethane cycle ***-emmett-Teller(BeT),X-ray diffractometry(XRD),X-ray photoelection spectroscopy(XPS),and h2-temperature programmed reduction(TPR)were used to ch.racterize the physicoch.mical properties of these oxygen *** was confirmed that an interaction between NiO and Fe_(2)O_(3) occurred based on the XPS and h2-TPR *** on the CL-ODh activity performance tests conducted in a fixed-bed reactor,it was revealed that ethylene selectivity was significantly improved after NiO ***_(2)O_(3)-10%NiO/MgO showed the best activity performance with 93%ethane conversion and 50%ethylene selectivity at a reaction temperature of 650℃,atmospheric pressure,and space velocity of 7500 mL/(g·h).

This paper presents a 66–76-Ghz sparsely-excited phased array antenna with the array of array(Ao A) arch.tecture for eliminating the blindness and suppressing the grating lobe when scanning. For the array antennas printed on the thick dielectric layers with high relative permittivity, scanning blindness appears and seriously impacts the radiation performance. To address this issue, the Ao A topology is developed first. It finds that the scanning blindness appears due to the coupling of the radiating Floquet modes to the non-radiating surface wave(SW) modes. Therefore, the array is divided into two types of domino *** inner-phase distributions are introduced into the domino subarrays to break the one-to-one relationship between the Floquet mode and the SW mode. Then, the blindness inside ±60° scanning volume is eliminated by the aperiodic subarrays. Meanwhile, the aperiodic inner-phase distributions enhance the aperiodicity of the array and contribute to suppressing the grating lobe when scanning. Next, the meta-surface-based dipole with the shorted post is ch.sen as the unit cell for the proposed aperiodic array. Based on these methods,the array ach.eves the wide-scanning performance of ±60° in the e-plane and ±30° in the h-plane, without the blindness and the grating lobe. Finally, the 16×16 array is built and simulated with the dimension of32 mm × 32 mm. At the highest operating frequency, the simulated gains are 28.42, 25.17, and 24.01 d Bi when scanning to the broadside, 50° in the e-plane, and 30° in the h-plane, respectively. Compared to the ideal gain, it shows that the simulated radiation efficiency is about 84.13%, 62.08%, and 35.23% when scanning to the broadside, 50° in the e-plane, and 30° in the h-plane, respectively.
