This paper presents the development and experimental utilization of a synchronized off-harmonic laser system designed as a probe for ultra-intense laser±plasma interaction experiments. The system exhibits a novel seed-generation design,allowing for a variable pulse duration spanning over more than three orders of magnitude, from 3.45 picoseconds to 10 nanoseconds. This makes it suitable for various plasma diagnostics and visualization techniques. In a side-view configuration, the laser was employed for interferometry and streaked shadowgraphy of a laser-induced plasma while successfully suppressing the self-emission background of the laser±plasma interaction, resulting in a signal-to-self-emission ratio of 110 for this setup. These properties enable the probe to yield valuable insights into the plasma dynamics and interactions at the PhELIX facility and to be deployed at various laser facilities due to its easy-to-implement design.

纳米SiO_(2)可明显提升普通混凝土高温力学性能,但其对海水海砂碱矿渣砂浆高温力学性能的影响尚不清晰。因此,研究了掺纳米SiO_(2)海水海砂碱矿渣砂浆25~800℃的力学性能。结果表明:掺加纳米SiO_(2)可以有效减小海水海砂碱矿渣砂浆高温作用后表面裂缝的数量,3%(质量分数)纳米SiO_(2)可有效抑制海水海砂碱矿渣砂浆高温后膨胀变形;掺纳米SiO_(2)的海水海砂碱矿渣砂浆高温后抗压强度随温度升高先增大后减小,而抗折强度随温度升高持续降低。

背景h型高血压严重影响着人们的健康及生活质量,目前临床上治疗高血压主要根据患者症状和临床经验选择药物,降压效果不理想,急需探寻降压药物基因分布的多态性,为高血压患者进行个体化用药指导。目的探讨济南市社区h型高血压药物作用靶点基因多态性分布及叶酸联合维生素D的干预作用,为该地区开展高血压医防融合精准医疗提供参考依据。方法2020年6月—2022年6月随机抽取山东省济南市槐荫区20家街道办事处社区卫生服务中心200例血压控制不佳的高血压患者为研究对象,治疗前首先进行5类常用抗高血压药物[利尿剂、β受体阻滞剂、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂(ACEI)、钙离子通道抑制剂(CCB)、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂(ARB)]相关高血压个体化用药基因位点的基因多态性检测。将患者随机分为基因导向治疗组(基因组)与基因导向协同叶酸、维生素D治疗组(基因导向组),每组100例。基因组根据检测的高血压基因作用位点的特点调整用药;基因导向组在基因组治疗方案的基础上同时服用叶酸、维生素D。干预初始(M0)、干预3个月(M3)、干预6个月(M6)时采集患者晨间未服用降压药物情况下坐位收缩压和舒张压。记录患者患病情况、不良反应发生情况、脑卒中发生情况,进行基因测序,检测血清同型半胱氨酸(hcy)浓度。采用Pearson相关性分析或Spearman秩相关分析探究性别、年龄、收缩压、舒张压与hcy的相关性。结果研究对象性别(r_(s)=-0.463)、收缩压(r=0.181)、舒张压(r=0.188)与hcy水平有相关性(PC)、CYP2D6(c.100C>T),与药物作用靶点敏感性基因多态性位点相关的是ADRB1、ACEI(I/D)、AGTR1、NPPA。基因组A6986G:CYP3A5*1/*1(AA)、ACEI(I/D):D/D、c.100 C>T:CYP2D6*1/*1(CC)患者M3、M6舒张压低于M0,A6986G:CYP3A5a1/a3(AG)、ADRB1 c.1165 G>C:GG、c.1075 A>C:CYP2C9*1/*3(AC)、c.1075 A>C:CYP2C9*3/*3(CC)患者M6舒张压低于M0,A6986G:CYP3A5*3/*3(GG)、ADRB1 c.1165 G>C:CC、ACEI(I/D):I/I、c.1075 A>C:CYP2C9*1/*1(AA)、AGTR1 c.1166 A>C:AA、NPPA T2238C:TT、c.100 C>T:CYP2D6*10/*10(TT)患者M3、M6收缩压、舒张压低于M0,ADRB1 c.1165 G>C:GC、ACEI(I/D):I/D、c.100 C>T:CYP2D6*1/*10(CT)患者M6收缩压低于M0,M3、M6舒张压低于M0,差异有统计学意义(Phcy水平组间比较结果显示,M3、M6基因导向组hcy水平低于基因组,差异有统计学意义(Phcy水平低于M0,基因导向组M3、M6 hcy水平低于M0,M6 hcy水平低于M3,差异有统计学意义(Ph型高血压患者中存在高血压药物相关基因多态性的表达差异,个体化用药效果显著;叶酸联合维生素D协同治疗更能显著降低h型高血压水平。

Background: It is crucial to assess the severity of acute cholangitis(AC). There are currently several prognostic markers. however, the accuracies of these markers are not satisfied. The present study aimed to investigate the predictive value of the red cell distribution width(RDW)-to-albumin ratio(RAR) for the prognosis of AC. Methods: We retrospectively evaluated consecutive patients diagnosed with AC between May 2019 and March 2022. RAR was calculated, and its predictive ability for in-hospital mortality, intensive care unit(ICU) admission, bacteremia, and the length of hospitalization were analyzed. Results: Out of 438 patients, 34(7.8%) died. Multivariate analysis showed that malignant etiology [odds ratio(OR) = 4.816, 95% confidence interval(CI): 1.936-11.980], creatinine(OR = 1.649, 95% CI: 1.095-2.484), and RAR(OR = 2.064, 95% CI: 1.494-2.851) were independent risk factors for mortality. When adjusted for relevant covariates, including age, sex, malignant etiology, Tokyo severity grading(TSG), Charlson comorbidity index, and creatinine, RAR significantly predicted mortality(adjusted OR = 1.833, 95% CI: 1.280-2.624). When the cut-off of RAR was set to 3.8, its sensitivity and specificity for mortality were 94.1% and 56.7%, respectively. Patients with.an RAR of > 3.8 had a 20.9-fold(OR = 20.9, 95% CI: 4.9-88.6) greater risk of mortality than the remaining patients. The area under the curve value of RAR for mortality was 0.835(95% CI: 0.770-0.901), which was significantly higher than that of TSG and the other prognostic markers, such as C-reactive protein-to-albumin ratio, and procalcitonin-to-albumin ratio. Lastly, RAR was not inferior to TSG in predicting ICU admission, bacteremia, and the length of hospitalization. Conclusions: RAR successfully predicted the in-hospital mortality, ICU admission, bacteremia, and the length of hospitalization of patients with AC, especially in-hospital mortality. 旨在探究山西老陈醋通过JAK2/STAT3通路减轻高脂饮食诱导大鼠肝损伤的作用机制。使用高脂乳剂灌胃大鼠5周,构建高脂血症模型;同时低、中、高剂量(按体质量计1.35、2.7、5.4 g/kg)山西老陈醋灌胃大鼠10周。血清学检测血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(hDL-C)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GRx)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALK-P)水平;hE染色检测肝脏病理学变化;q-PCR和WB检测肝脏中JAK2、STAT3 mRNA和蛋白水平表达;免疫组化技术定位分析。结果显示,不同剂量山西老陈醋均能够极显著降低脂质含量和肝损伤程度,提高抗氧化酶活性,极显著抑制JAK2、STAT3 mRNA和蛋白含量(P<0.01);其中高剂量组TC、TG降低20.50%、48.65%,高、中剂量组对AST(32.79%、29.07%)、ALT(21.65%、20.67%)、ALK-P(19.42%、19.71%)效果最好;与低剂量组相比,高中剂量组JAK2(57.07%、34.02%)、STAT3(55.19%、41.45%)mRNA和JAK2(27.89%、24.09%)、STAT3(33.06%、26.64%)蛋白含量(极)显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。综上,山西老陈醋减轻高脂饮食诱导大鼠的肝损伤的作用,可能是通过抑制JAK2/STAT3通路的活化来实现。
