Motor Fault diagnosis Based on Short-time Fourier Transform and Convolutional Neural Network

With the rapid development of mechanical equipment, the mechanical health monitoring field has entered the era of big data. however, the method of manual feature extraction has the disadvantages of low efficiency and poor accuracy, when handling big data. In this study, the research object was the asynchronous motor in the drivetrain diagnostics simulator system. The vibration signals of different fault motors were collected. The raw signal was pretreated using short time Fourier transform （STFT） to obtain the corresponding time-frequency map. Then, the feature of the time-frequency map was adap- tively extracted by using a convolutional neural network （CNN）. The effects of the pretreatment method, and the hyper parameters of network diagnostic accuracy, were investigated experimentally. The experimental results showed that the influence of the preprocessing method is small, and that the batch-size is the main factor affecting accuracy and training efficiency. By investigating feature visualization, it was shown that, in the case of big data, the extracted CNN features can represent complex mapping relationships between signal and health status, and can also overcome the prior knowledge and engineering experience requirement for feature extraction, which is used by tra- ditional diagnosis methods. This paper proposes a new method, based on STFT and CNN, which can complete motor fault diagnosis tasks more intelligently and accurately.

Petrogenesis of the Xihuashan Granite in Southern Jiangxi Province,South China:Constraints from Zircon U-Pb Geochronology,Geochemistry and Nd Isotopes

Mesozoic granitic intrusions are widely distributed in the Nanling region, South China. Yanshanian granites are closely connected with the formation of tungsten deposits. The Xihuashan granite is a typical representative of tungsten-bearing granite. The Xihuashan granite consists mainly of medium-grained porphyritic biotite granite, medium-grained biotite granite and fine-grained twomica granite, which correspond to LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb ages of 555.5±0.4 Ma, 553.0±0.6 Ma and 552.8±0.9 Ma, respectively. Rocks from the Xihuashan mining area displays high SlOe （73.85% to 76.49%） and NaeO＋K20 contents （8.09% to 9.43%）, belonging to high-K calc-alkaline series. They are metaluminous to weakly peraluminous with A/CNK values ranging from 0.96 to 5.06. All granites in this study area are rich in Rb, Th, U and Pb, and depleted in Ba, Sr, P, Ti, Nb and Eu, especially depleted in medium-grained biotite granite and fine-grained two-mica granite. The medium-grained porphyritic biotite granites usually have high LREE concentrations, whereas medium-grained biotite granite and fine-grained two-mica granite displays high hREE contents. Our geochemical data reveal that the studied rocks are highly fractionated I-type granite. The magma underwent strong magma differentiation with decreasing temperature and increasing oxygen fugacity, which may explain the formation of three types of distinct granites. Variations of Rb, Sr and Ba concentrations in different type granites were controlled by fractional crystallization of biotite and feldspar. Fractional crystallization of monazite, allanite and apatite resulted in LREE changes in granite, and formation of garnet mainly caused hREE changes. Granites from the Xihuashan mining area have relatively high εd（t） values （-9.77 to -55.46）, indicating that they were probably generated by partial melting of underlying Proterozoic metasedimentary rocks with minor addition of juvenile crust or mantlederived magmas.

dynamic Simultaneous Localization and Mapping(SLAM)in visual scenes is currently a major research area in fields such as robot navigation and autonomous ***,in the face of complex real-world envi-ronments,current dynamic SLAM systems struggle to achieve precise localization and map *** the advancement of deep learning,there has been increasing interest in the development of deep learning-based dynamic SLAM visual odometry in recent years,and more researchers are turning to deep learning techniques to address the challenges of dynamic *** to dynamic SLAM systems based on deep learning methods such as object detection and semantic segmentation,dynamic SLAM systems based on instance segmentation can not only detect dynamic objects in the scene but also distinguish different instances of the same type of object,thereby reducing the impact of dynamic objects on the SLAM system’s *** article not only introduces traditional dynamic SLAM systems based on mathematical models but also provides a comprehensive analysis of existing instance segmentation algorithms and dynamic SLAM systems based on instance segmentation,comparing and summarizing their advantages and *** comparisons on datasets,it is found that instance segmentation-based methods have significant advantages in accuracy and robustness in dynamic ***,the real-time performance of instance segmentation algorithms hinders the widespread application of dynamic SLAM *** recent years,the rapid development of single-stage instance segmentationmethods has brought hope for the widespread application of dynamic SLAM systems based on instance ***,possible future research directions and improvementmeasures are discussed for reference by relevant professionals.

PhaseⅠdose-finding study of sorafenib with FOLFOX4 as firstline treatment in patients with unresectable locally advanced or metastatic gastric cancer

Objective： To determine the maximum tolerated dose（MTd）, dose-limiting toxicity（dLT） and efficacy of sorafenib in combination with FOLFOX4（oxaliplatin/leucovorin（LV）/5-fluorouracil） as first-line treatment for advanced gastric cancer, we performed a phase I dose-finding study in nine evaluable patients with unresectable locally advanced or metastatic gastric cancer or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma. Methods： According to modified Fibonacci method, the design of this study was to guide elevation of the sorafenib dosage to the next level（from 200 mg twice daily to 400 mg twice daily and then, if tolerated, 600 mg twice daily）. If the patient achieved complete response（CR）, partial response（PR） or stable disease（Sd） after eight cycles of treatment, combination chemotherapy was scheduled to be discontinued and sorafenib monotherapy continued at the original dose until either disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Results： In sorafenib 200 mg twice daily group, dLT was observed in 1 of 6 patients, and in 400 mg twice daily group, it was observed in 2 of 3 patients. Seven of 9（77.8%） evaluable patients achieved PR, with a median overall survival（OS） of 11.8 [95% confidence interval（CI）： 8.9-14.7] months. Common adverse effects include hand-foot syndrome, leukopenia, neutropenia, anorexia, and ***： Twice-daily dosing of sorafenib 200 mg in combination with FOLFOX4 was proven effective and safe for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer, and could be an appropriate dosage for subsequent phase II clinical studies.

Microbial utilization and conversion of organic one-carbon compounds,such as formate and methanol that can be easily produced from CO_(2),has emerged as an attractive approach for *** this study,we discovered Clostridium beijerinckii NCIMB 8052,a typical solventogenic Clostridium strain,to be a native formate-utilizing bacterium.^(13)C isotope analysis showed that formate could be metabolized via both assimilation and dissimi-lation pathways in *** NCIMB ***,the use of formate as the supplementary substrate by this strain could significantly enhance its glucose consumption and ABE(acetone-butanol-ethanol)production,largely due to the up-regulation of genes responsible for glycolysis and glucose transport under formate *** on these findings,we further improved formate tolerance of *** NCIMB 8052 by adaptive lab-oratory evolution,generating an evolved strain *** Cbei-FA01 strain could produce 23.0 g/L of ABE solvents using glucose and formate as dual substrates,~50%higher than that of the wild-type strain under the same ***,such a promotion effect of formate on ABE production by Cbei-FA01 was also observed in fermenting a glucose-xylose *** work reveals a previously unreported role of formate in biological ABE production,providing a new approach to utilize this one-carbon source.
