Deep insight of unique phase transition behaviors and mechanism in Zr_(2)Co-h isotope system with ultra-low equilibrium pressure

Efficient capture,safe storage and release of tritium from the international thermonuclear experimental reactor(ITER) reaction exhaust gas is a perplexing problem,and the development of an efficient tritium-getter material with ultra-low hydrogenation equilibrium pressure is considered as a reliable *** this work,Zr_(2)Co alloy was selected as a tritium-getter material and prepared through induction levitation *** performance test results show that Zr_(2)Co exhibits an ultra-low hydrogenation equilibrium pressure of 3.22 × 10^(-6) Pa at 25℃ and excellent hydriding kinetics under a low hydrogen pressure of 0.005 ***,unique phase transition behaviors were presented in Zr_(2)Co-h ***,Zr_(2)Coh_(5) formed by Zr_(2)Co hydrogenated at room temperature is initially decomposed into Zrh_(2) and ZrCoh_(3) at200 ℃.With the temperature increasing to 350 ℃,ZrCoh_(3)is dehydrogenated to ZrCo,and then ZrCo further reacts with Zrh_(2) at 650 ℃ to reform Zr_(2)Co and *** the staged phase transition path.ays during dehydrogenation,the decomposition of Zr_(2)Coh_(5) occurs preferentially,which is well accordance with both the smallest reaction energy barrier and the maximum reaction spontaneity that are determined respectively from kinetics activation energy and thermodynamics Gibbs free ***,first principles calculation results indicate that the stronger binding of hydrogen in interstitial environments of ZrCoh_(3)and Zrh_(2) triggers the hydrogen-stabilized phase transformation of Zr_(2)Coh_(5).The unique phase transition mechanisms in Zr_(2)Co-h system can shed light on the further exploration and regulation of analogous staged phase transition of hydrogen storage materials.

TIP60 acetylation of Bub1 regulates centromeric h.aT120 phosphorylation for faithful chromosome segregation

Proper function of the centromeres ensures correct attachment of kinetochores to spindle microtubules and faithful chromosome segregation in *** in the integrity and function of centromeres can result in chromosome missegregation and genomic ***1 is essential for the mitotic centromere dynamics,yet the underlying molecular mechanisms remain largely ***,we demonstrate that TIP60 acetylates Bub1 at K424 and K431 on kinetochores in early *** acetylation increases the kinase activity of Bub1 to phosphorylate centromeric histone h.a at T120(h.ap T120),which recruits Aurora B and Shugoshin 1(Sgo1)to regulate centromere integrity,protect centromeric cohesion,and ensure the subsequent faithful chromosome *** of the nonacetylated Bub1 mutant reduces its kinase activity,decreases the level of h.ap T120,and disrupts the recruitment of centromere proteins and chromosome congression,leading to genomic instability of daughter *** cells exit mitosis,h.aC1-regulated deacetylation of Bub1 decreases h.ap T120 levels and thereby promotes the departure of centromeric CPC and Sgo1,ensuring timely centromeres ***,our results reveal a molecular mechanism by which the acetylation and deacetylation cycle of Bub1 modulates the phosphorylation of h.a at T120 for recruitment of Aurora B and Sgo1 to the centromeres,ensuring faithful chromosome segregation during mitosis.

Neuropeptide Y receptor Y8b(npy8br)regulates feeding and digestion in Japanese medaka(Oryzias latipes)larvae:evidence from gene knockout

Neuropeptide Y receptor Y8(NPY8R)is a fish-specific receptor with two subtypes,NPY8AR and *** in expression levels during physiological processes or in vivo regulation after ventricular injection suggest that NPY8BR plays an important role in feeding regulation;this has been found in only a few fish.at *** order to better understand the physiological function of npy8br,especially in digestion,we used clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein 9(Cas9)technology to generate npy8br-/-japanese medaka(Oryzias latipes).We found that the deletion of npy8br in medaka larvae affected their feeding and digestion ability,ultimately affecting their ***,npy8br deficiency in medaka larvae resulted in decreased feed intake and decreased expression levels of orexigenic genes(npy and agrp).npy8br-/-medaka larvae fed for 10 d(10th day of feeding)still had incompletely digested brine shrimp(Artemia nauplii)in the digestive tract 8 h.after feeding,the messenger RNA(mRNA)expression levels of digestion-related genes(amy,lpl,ctra,and ctrb)were significantly decreased,and the activity of amylase,trypsin,and lipase also significantly *** deletion of npy8br in medaka larvae inhibited the growth.and significantly decreased the expression of growth-related genes(gh.and igf1).hematoxylin and eosin(h&E)sections of intestinal tissue showed that npy8br-/-medaka larvae had damaged intestine,thinned intestinal wall,and shortened intestinal *** far,this is the first npy8br gene knockout model established in fish.and the first demonstration that npy8br plays an important role in digestion.

Anti-OX40 Antibody Combined with hBc VLPs Delays Tumor Growth in a Mouse Colon Cancer Model
