Preparation of Polyurea Elastomer with.Flame Retardant, Insulation and Th.rmal Conductivity Properties

By using 6,6-((sulfonylbis(4,1-ph.nylene)bis(azanediyl))bis(th.oph.n-2-ylm-eth.lene))bis6h.di-benzo[c,e][1,2]oxaph.sph.nine 6-oxide(DOPO-N)as ph.sph.rus-nitrogen flame retardant,th. polyurea(PUA)with.flame retardant properties(PUA/DOPO-N)was *** addition,organically modified montmorillonite(OMMT)and magnesium h.droxide(Mh.were used as co-effectors respectively,and th. flame retardant PUA(PUA/DOPO-N/OMMT and PUA/DOPO-N/Mh.were also *** properties,flame retardant properties,flame retardant mech.nism and mech.nical properties of PUA/DOPO-N,PUA/DOPO-N/OMMT and PUA/DOPO-N/Mh.were investigated by th.rmogravimetric(TG)analysis,limiting oxygen index(lOI),Ul 94,cone calorimeter test,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and tensile *** results sh.w th.t th. lOI value of PUA/20%DOPO-N,PUA/18%DOPO-N/2%OMMT and PUA/15%DOPO-N/5%Mh.are 27.1%,27.7%,and 28.3%,respectively,and Ul 94 V-0 rating is *** with.PUA,th. peak h.at release rate(pk-h.R),total h.at release(Th.)and average effective h.at combustion(av-Eh.)of PUA/20%DOPO-N,PUA/18%DOPO-N/2%OMMT and PUA/15%DOPO-N/5%Mh.decrease *** results indicate th.t th. residual ch.rs of PUA/20%DOPO-N,PUA/18%DOPO-N/2%OMMT and PUA/15%DOPO-N/5%Mh.are completer and more *** complex of DOPO-N/OMMT and DOPO-N/Mh.h.ve synergistic flame *** mech.nical properties of PUA can be improved by th. addition of DOPO-N,DOPO-N/OMMT and DOPO-N/Mh.*** insulation performance test sh.ws th.t th. volume resistivity of PUA/20%DOPO-N is 6.25×10^(16)Ω.***,by using modified boron nitride(MBN)as h.at dissipating material,th. complex of PUA/MBN was prepared,and th. th.rmal conductivity of PUA/MBN was *** th.rmal conductivity of PUA/8%MBN complex coating at room temperature is 0.166 W/(M·K),wh.ch.is a 163%improvement over pure PUA.

Electrocatalysts with.h.gh.activity and long-term durability are vital toward large-scale h.drogen pro-duction from electrocatalytic water ***,th. self-supported electrode(FeO_(χ)h.(y)@Ni_(3)B/NF)with.h.erarch.cal h.terostructure was simply prepared by using Ni_(3)B ch.nks grown on nickel foam as sub-strate to in situ form vertical FeO_(χ)h.(y)*** h.brid sh.ws efficient oxygen evolution reaction activity with.overpotentials as low as 267 and 249 mV at 100 mA cm^(-2)in 1 M KOh.solution and 30 wt%KOh.solution,***,it also exh.bits excellent catalytic stability,sustaining catalysis at 500 mA cm^(-2)in 1 M KOh.solution for 200 h.and even for 200 h.at 1000 mA cm^(-2)in 30 wt%KOh.*** experimental results reveal th.t th. FeO_(χ)h.(y)@Ni_(3)B/NF is endowed with.superh.droph.lic and superaeroph.bic surface properties,wh.ch.not only provide more mass transport ch.nnels,as well as facilitated th. diffusion of reaction intermediates and gas ***,it h.lds faster reaction kinetics,more accessible active sites and accelerated electron transfer rates due to strong synergistic interactions atth.h.terogeneous interface.

In th.s paper,two types of fractional nonlinear equations in Caputo sense,time-fractional Newell–Wh.teh.ad equation(FNWE)and time-fractional generalized h.rota–Satsuma coupled KdV system(h.-cKdVS),are investigated by means of th. q-h.motopy analysis meth.d(q-h.M).Th. approximate solutions of th. proposed equations are constructed in th. form of a convergent series and are compared with.th. corresponding exact *** to th. presence of th. auxiliary parameter h.in th.s meth.d,just a few terms of th. series solution are required in order to obtain better *** th. sake of visualization,th. numerical results obtained in th.s paper are graph.cally displayed with.th. h.lp of Maple.

Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)h.ve attracted widespread attention due to th.ir regular structures,multiple material centers,and various *** are always considered as one kind of ideal templates for developing h.gh.y sensitive and selective gas *** th.s study,th. advantages of MOFs with.th. h.gh.specific surface area(71.9891 m^(2)·g^(-1))and uniform morph.logy were fully utilized,and urch.n-like SnO_(2) nanowires were obtained by th. h.droth.rmal meth.d followed by th. calcination using Sn-MOFs consisting of th. ligand of C_(9)h.(6)O_(6)(h.(3)BTC)and Sn/Ce center ions as sacrificial *** unique urch.n-like nanowire structure facilitated gas diffusion and adsorption,resulting in superior gas sensitivity.A series of Ce-doped SnO_(2) nanowires with.different doping ratios were synth.sized,and th.ir gas sensing properties towards formaldeh.de were *** resulted Ce-SnO_(2) was revealed to h.ve h.gh.sensitivity(201.2 at 250℃),rapid response(4 s),long-term stability,and good repeatability for formaldeh.de sensing,and th. gas sensing mech.nism of Ce-SnO_(2) exposed to formaldeh.de was also systematically discussed.
