Introduction Neutron-rich.fluorine isotopes are interesting in th.ir features. A recent discovery revealed th.t th. stability of neutron-rich.isotopes remarkably ch.nges between oxygen and fluorine isotopes [1]. Th. fluorine isotopes are extended up to F with.N=22 beyond th. magic number of N=20 wh.le th. h.aviest oxygen isotope is O with.N=16. Th.s feature may indicate th.t a strong attraction works between a valence proton on th. d sh.ll and valence neutrons in fluorine isotopes.

Pyricularia oryzae mycelia. Th. structure of h.poglaucin G was establish.d as 16 beta-(4'-meth.l-5'-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-pentanoyloxy)-pregn-5-en-3 beta-ol-20-one 3-O-alph.-L-rh.mnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-[alph.-L-rh.mnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-]-beta-D-glucopyranoside by ch.mical evidence and spectral analysis, especially by 2D-NMR tech.iques.

In many-ligh. rendering, a variety of visual and illumination effects, including anti-aliasing,depth.of field, volumetric scattering, and subsurface scattering, are combined to create a number of virtual point ligh.s(VPLs). Th.s is done in order to simplify computation of th. resulting illumination. Naive approach.s th.t sum th. direct illumination from many VPLs are computationally expensive;scalable meth.ds can be computed more efficiently by clustering VPLs, and th.n estimating th.ir sum by sampling a small number of VPLs. Alth.ugh.significant speed-up h.s been ach.eved using scalable meth.ds, clustering leads to uncontrollable errors, resulting in noise in th. rendered images. In th.s paper, we propose a meth.d to improve th. estimation accuracy of manyligh. rendering involving such.visual and illumination effects. We demonstrate th.t our meth.d can improve th. estimation accuracy by a factor of 2.3 over th. previous meth.d.

AIM： TO investigate th. effect of E3-meth.l-l-ph.- nyl-2-pyrazolin-5-one （Edr） on h.patic isch.mia-reper- fusion （I/R） injury and liver regeneration in a porcine h.patectomy model. METh.DS： One h.ur isch.mia was induced by occlud- ing th. vessels and th. bile duct of th. righ. and median lobes. A 40% left h.patectomy was performed after re- perfusion. Six animals received Edr （3 mg/kg per h.ur） intravenously and six control animals received saline just before reperfusion. Remnant liver volume, h.mody- namics, aspartate aminotransferase （AST）, alanine ami- notransferase, lactate deh.drogenase and lactic acid, were compared between th. groups. Th. expression of transforming growth.factor-β （TGF-β1） and toll-like receptor （TRL） mRNA in h.patic tissues was examined using reverse transcription polymerase ch.in reaction. Apoptosis was demonstrated by terminal deoxynucleo- tidyl transferase dUTP nick end labeling （TUNEL） stain- ing, respectively. RESULTS： Serum AS-I- （P = 0.029）, and toll like recep- tor 4 level （P = 0.043） were significantly lower after 3 h.n animals receiving Edr. In addition, TUNEL staining in Edr-treated pigs sh.wed significantly fewer h.patocytes undergoing apoptosis compared with.control pigs. After 1 mo, all factors were non-significantly different between th. two groups. CONCLUSION： Edr is considered to reduce h.patic injury in th. early stage of I/R injury in a porcine model.

AIM:To compare surgical outcomes of ph.coemulsification combined with.glaucoma surgical tech.iques performed with.eith.r Kah.ok Dual Blade(KDB)or iStent for Japanese patients with.eith.r primary open angle glaucoma or exfoliation ***:We retrospectively evaluated th. surgical outcomes of 129 eyes of 84 Japanese patients with.glaucoma wh. underwent KDB or 44 eyes of 34 patients wh. underwent ph.coemulsification with.iStent procedures combined with.cataract *** primary outcome was surgical success or failure[with.surgical failure being indicated by18 mm h. as criterion A;IOP>14 mm h. as criterion B on two consecutive study visits;or reoperation requirement].In addition,we assessed th. number of postoperative glaucoma medications and th. resulting ***:Th. probability of success was significantly h.gh.r in th. KDB group th.n in th. iStent group for criterion A(60.2%vs 46.4%,P=0.019).In th. KDB group,th. mean preoperative IOP of 19.8±7.3 mm h. decreased significantly to 13.0±3.1 mm h.(Ph. mean number of glaucoma medications at 2.5±1.4 decreased significantly to 1.6±1.6(Ph. iStent group,th. mean preoperative IOP of 17.8±2.9 mm h. significantly decreased to 14.3±2.3 mm h.(Ph. mean number of glaucoma medications at 2.2±1.1 decreased significantly to 0.9±1.4(Ph.gh.r in th. KDB group(26.2%)th.n in th. iStent group(19.0%)12 mo postoperatively(P=0.03).h.ph.ma occurred significantly more frequently in th. BACKGROUND Th. needs for h.man epidermal growth.factor receptor 2(h.R-2) and/or programmed death.ligand 1(PD-L1) evaluations in gastric cancer are dramatically increasing. Alth.ugh.th. importance of standardization of sample fixation h.s been widely recognized, most of th. evidence regarding th. fixation duration or type of fixing solution are based on breast *** To investigate th. real effects of fixation conditions on h.R-2 testing or PD-L1 testing for gastric cancer using gastrectomy *** Th.rty-two patients wh. underwent gastrectomy for gastric cancer were *** resected specimens were each.divided into four pieces and fixed in four strictly controlled different durations(6 h. 24 h. and 48 h. and 1 wk) by 10%formalin(n = 22) or 10% neutral buffered formalin(NBF)(n = 10).Immunoh.stoch.mistry(Ih.) of h.R-2 and PD-1 was performed, and a path.logy examination was conducted. In th. h.R-2-immunoreactive cases, all four specimens were subjected to dual-color in situ h.bridization(DISh.. Five cases were assessed as h.R-2-positive by Ih. and DISh. We used th. cut-off values of 1%, 10%, and 50% to assess th. Ih. findings of *** No significant difference was observed in comparisons between th. sh.rter fixation period groups(6 h. 24 h. and 48 h. and th. prolonged fixation period(1 wk) group in th. h.R-2 and PD-L1 analyses. Alth.ugh.no significant difference was observed between 10% formalin and 10% NBF with.n 1 wk of fixation, th. superiority of 10% NBF was confirmed in a long-term(> 3 mo) fixation in both.th. h.R-2 and PD-L1 *** In th.s small-numbered pilot study, prolonged fixation with.n 1 wk sh.wed no inferiority in h.R-2 or PD-L1 testing. h.wever, a large-numbered prospective study is needed to obtain conclusive results.

在浮选矿浆中,导电矿物间经常存在着加伐尼电接触,这种电接触可以影响矿物表面的性质以及它们的可浮性。在充入氮气、空气、氧气的条件下,测定了黄铁矿和磁黄铁矿矿物电极的静电位和加伐尼电流。其结果与两种矿物的耗氧性和浮选行为有关。加伐尼电接触可以提高磁黄铁矿的可浮性,而对黄铁矿则产生不利的影响。通过俄歇能谱、X射线光电子能谱和扫描电镜的应用,证明了在它们相互接触时,磁黄铁矿表面铁的氢氧化物或氧化物和硫酸盐数量减少,而此时这些化合物在黄铁矿表面的数量却有所增加。应用电化学机理对所得结果给予解释。
