摘 要:The A15 Nb_(3)Si with a smaller lattice parameter(a=0.5093nm)has been synthesized from the amorphous Nb_(77)Si_(23) alloy under high pressure by using Bridgman anvils *** measurements shoued that the A15 phase produced from Nb_(77)Si_(23) has the highest T_(c)(19.1K)among all that can be obtained from Nb-Si alloys.
