In order to obtain Mg alloys with fine microstructures and high mechanical performances,a novel friction-based processing method,name as“constrained friction processing(CfP)”,was *** CfP,defect-free Mg-Zn-Ca rods with greatly refined grains and high mechanical properties were *** to the previous as-cast microstructure,the grain size was reduced from more than 1 mm to around 4μm within 3 s by a single process *** compressive yield strength was increased by 350%while the ultimate compressive strength by 53%.According to the established material flow behaviors by“tracer material”,the plastic material was transported by shear *** the base material to the rod,the material experienced three stages,*** by the tool,upward flow with additional tilt,followed by upward *** microstructural evolution was revealed by“stop-action”*** microstructural development at regions adjacent to the rod is mainly controlled by twinning,dynamic recrystallization(DRX)as well as particle stimulated nucleation,while that within the rod is related to DRX combined with grain growth.

Laser plasma accelerators(LPAs)enable the generation of intense and short proton bunches on a micrometre scale,thus offering new experimental capabilities to research fields such as ultra-high dose rate radiobiology or material *** spectrally broadband,laser-accelerated proton bunches allow for tailored volumetric dose deposition in a sample via single bunches to excite or probe specific sample *** rising number of such experiments indicates a need for diagnostics providing spatially resolved characterization of dose distributions with volumes of approximately 1 cm^(3) for single proton bunches to allow for fast online *** we present the scintillator-based miniSCIDOM detector for online single-bunch tomographic reconstruction of dose distributions in volumes of up to approximately 1 cm^(3).The detector achieves a spatial resolution below 500μm and a sensitivity of 100 *** detector performance is tested at a proton therapy cyclotron and an LPA proton *** experiments’primary focus is the characterization of the scintillator’s ionization quenching behaviour.

In response to a stressful unexpected experience, the brain activates a complex stress system that involves the organism in an adaptive response to the threatening situation. This stress system acts on several peripheral tissues and feeds back to the brain. One of its key players is oxytocin hormone. The neuropeptide, oxytocin (OT), has well-established roles during parturition and lactation. In addition to its peripheral actions, OT is released within multiple areas of the brain and influences behavioural and neuroendocrine responses to stress. Several studies suggest that oxytocin is implicated in the central control of responses to stress through modulation of corticotrophin releasing hormone (CRH). Intranasal OT application was associated with an inhibitory effect on adrenocorticotrophic hormone (ACTH) secretion and subsequent impairment of corticosterone secretion. This may be of importance for understanding and perhaps suggesting its utility to buffer stress. Synthesis and release of OT depend to a great extent on steroid hormones particularly on estradiol and corticosterone. Estrogens stimulate synthesis and release of OT and increase the number of OT receptors in some areas of the brain. However, the role of OT in mediating stress is variable and may also depend on gender and on external factors.

1999年,国际糖尿病足工作组(IWGDf)根据循证医学证据发表了采用减压治疗促进糖尿病足溃疡愈合的预防和管理指南,这一版指南是在此基础上的更新。我们遵循GRADE方法学,采用患者-干预-比较-结果(PICO)模式设计临床问题和关键的重要结局,对医学科学文献进行系统评价分析后撰写了建议并阐述其理由。这些建议是基于系统评价、专家意见(尚无有效证据时)的基础上建立,并在患者依从性、可行性、实用性以及干预的成本等方面进行了利弊权衡。针对糖尿病患者前足或中足底的溃疡愈合,我们建议不可拆卸齐膝高减压装置作为减压治疗的首选。若出现禁忌或患者不耐受不可拆卸减压装置,则可拆卸齐膝高和齐踝高减压装置可作为二线或三线减压治疗方法。合适的鞋袜结合泡沫毡垫可被视为四线减压治疗选择。如果非外科手术减压失败,我们建议通过外科减压干预以促进跖骨头和足趾溃疡愈合。我们还增加了采用减压治疗促进合并感染、缺血的复杂足溃疡和足跟溃疡愈合的新的推荐意见。减压是促进糖尿病神经性足底溃疡愈合诸多干预措施中最重要的手段。遵循这些建议将帮助医务人员和团队,为那些具有感染、住院和截肢风险的糖尿病足溃疡患者提供更好的治疗。

Macrophages play an important role in material-related immune responses and bone formation,but the functionality of macrophage-derived extracellular vesicles(EVs)in material-mediated bone regeneration is still ***,we evaluated intracellular communication through small extracellular vesicles(sEVs)and its effects on endogenous bone regeneration mediated by biomimetic intrafibrillarly mineralized collagen(IMC).After implantation in the bone defect area,IMC generated more neobone and recruited more mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)than did extrafibrillarly mineralized collagen(EMC).More CD63+CD90+and CD63+CD163+cells were detected in the defect area in the IMC group than in the EMC *** determine the functional roles of sEVs,extracellular vesicles from macrophages cultured on different mineralized collagen were isolated,and they showed no morphological ***,macrophage-derived sEVs in the IMC group showed an enhanced Young’s modulus and exerted beneficial effects on the osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow MSCs by increasing the expression of the osteoblastic differentiation markers BMP2,BGLAP,COL1,and OSX and calcium nodule ***,sEVs from IMC-treated macrophages facilitated MSC osteogenesis through the BMP2/Smad5 pathway,and blocking sEV secretion with GW4869 significantly impaired MSC proliferative,immunomodulative and osteogenic *** together,these findings show that macrophage-derived sEVs may serve as an emerging functional tool in biomaterial-mediated endogenous bone regeneration.

Experimental Setup for the Investigation of Reproducibility of Novel Tool Changing Systems in Nanofabrication Machines

Nanomeasuring machines developed at the Technische Universitat Ilmenau enable three-dimensional measurements and manufacturing processes with the lowest *** to the requirements for these processes,a highly reproducible and long-term stable tool changing system is *** this purpose,kinematically determined couplings are widely *** state-of-the-art investigations on those are not sufficient for the highest demands on the reproducibility required for this application.A theoretical determination of the reproducibility based on analytical or numerical methods is possible,however not in the desired nanometer *** to this,a measurement setup for the determination of the reproducibility in five degrees of freedom with nanometer uncertainty was ***,potential measuring devices are systematically examined and measurement principles were developed out of this.A three-dimensional vector-based uncertainty analysis is performed to prove the feasibility of the measurement principle and provides a basis for further *** a result,a transla-tory measurement uncertainty of 10 nm and a rotatory uncertainty of 11 nrad can be ***,the measurement setup is designed,focusing on the metrological frame and the lift-off *** developed setup exceeds the uncertainties of the measurement setups presented in the state-of-the-art by an order of magnitude,allowing new in-depth investigations of the reproducibility of kinematic couplings.
