This article concentrates on the fixed-time stabilization(FS) and fixed-time synchronization(FTS) of discontinuous inertial neural networks(DINNs) with distributed delays. Using mathematical induction to a new differential equality, a novel fixed-time stability lemma is constructed. Then, by designing an aperiodically semi-intermittent switching control and combining it with the theory of nonsmooth analysis, some novel criteria on the FS and FTS of DINNs are obtained. Unlike the methods used in most existing studies, the FS and FTS results are structured using the newly proposed fixed-time stability lemma and the nonreduced-order approach, resulting in broader practical applications and strengthening the scientific quality of the derived results. Lastly, numerical simulations and applications proffer the effectiveness of the established FS and FTS criteria.

The applications of single-cell and spatial technologies in recent times have revolutionized the present understanding of cellular states and the cellular heterogeneity inherent in complex biological systems. These advancements offer unprecedented resolution in the examination of the functional genomics of individual cells and their spatial context within tissues. In this review, we have comprehensively discussed the historical development and recent progress in the field of single-cell and spatial genomics. We have reviewed the breakthroughs in single-cell multi-omics technologies, spatial genomics methods, and the computational strategies employed toward the analyses of singlecell atlas data. Furthermore, we have highlighted the advances made in constructing cellular atlases and their clinical applications,particularly in the context of disease. Finally, we have discussed the emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in this rapidly evolving field.

A new type of steel moment resisting frame with bottom flange friction devices （BFFDs） has been developed to provide self-centering capacity and energy dissipation, and to reduce permanent deformations under earthquakes. This paper presents a numerical simulation of self-centering beam-column connections with BFFDs, in which the gap opening/closing at the beam-column interfaces is simulated by using pairs of zero-length elements with compression-only material properties, and the energy dissipation due to friction is simulated by using truss elements with specified hysteretic behavior. In particular, the effect of the friction bolt bearing against the slotted plate in the BFFDs was modeled, so that the increase in lateral force and the loss of friction force due to the bolt bearing could be taken into account. Parallel elastic-perfectly plastic gap （ElasticPPGap） materials in the Open System for Earthquake Engineering Simulation （OpenSees） were used with predefined gaps to specify the sequence that each bolt went into the bearing and the corresponding increase in bending stiffness. The MinMax material in OpenSees is used to specify the minimum and maximum values of strains of the ElasticPPGap materials. To consider the loss of friction force due to bok bearing, a number of parallel hysteretic materials were used, and the failure of these materials in sequence simulated the gradual loss of friction force. Analysis results obtained by using the proposed numerical model are discussed and compared with the test results under cyclic loadings and the seismic loading, respectively.

This paper considers Stokes and Newton iterations to solve stationary Navier- Stokes equations based on the finite element discretization. We obtain new sufficient conditions of stability and convergence for the two iterations. Specifically, when 0 〈 σ =N｜｜f｜｜-1/v2≤1/√2＋1 , the Stokes iteration is stable and convergent, where N is defined in the paper. When 0 〈 σ ≤5/11, the Newton iteration is stable and convergent. This work gives a more accurate admissible range of data for stability and convergence of the two schemes, which improves the previous results. A numerical test is given to verify the theory.

In order to overcome the system non-linearity and uncertainty inherent in magnetic bearing systems, a GA（genetic algnrithm）-based PID neural network controller is designed and trained tO emulate the operation of a complete system （magnetic bearing, controller, and power amplifiers）. The feasibility of using a neural network to control nonlinear magnetic bearing systems with unknown dynamics is demonstrated. The key concept of the control scheme is to use GA to evaluate the candidate solutions （chromosomes）, increase the generalization ability of PID neural network and avoid suffering from the local minima problem in network learning due to the use of gradient descent learning method. The simulation results show that the proposed architecture provides well robust performance and better reinforcement learning capability in controlling magnetic bearing systems.

The mechanical properties, creep rupture strength, creep damage and failure characteristics of dissimilar metal welded joint （DMWJ） between martensitic （SA213T91） and bainitic heat-resistant steel （12Cr2MoWVTiB（G102）） have been investigated by means of pulsed argon arc welding, high temperature accelerated simulation, mechanical and creep rupture test, and scanning electronic microscope （SEM）. The results show that there is a marked drop of mechanical properties of undermatching joint, and low ductility cracking along weld/G102 interface is induced due to creep damage. Creep rupture strength of overmatching joint is the least. The mechanical properties of medium matching joint are superior to those of overmatching and undermatching joint, and creep damage and failure tendency along the interface of weld/G102 are lower than those of overmatching and undermatching joint after accelerated simulation for 500 h, 1 000 h, 1 500 h, and the creep rupture strength of medium matching joint is the same as that of undermatching joint. Therefore, it is reasonable that the medium matching material is used for dissimilar welded joint between martensitic and bainitic steel.

Speech intelligibility enhancement in noisy environments is still one of the major challenges for hearing impaired in everyday ***,Machine-learning based approaches to speech enhancement have shown great promise for improving speech *** key issues of these approaches are acoustic features extracted from noisy signals and classifiers used for supervised *** this paper,features are ***-resolution power-normalized cepstral coefficients(MRPNCC)are proposed as a new feature to enhance the speech intelligibility for hearing *** new feature is constructed by combining four cepstrum at different time–frequency(T–F)resolutions in order to capture both the local and contextual *** vectors and binary masking labels calculated by signals passed through gammatone filterbank are used to train support vector machine(SVM)classifier,which aim to identify the binary masking values of the T–F units in the enhancement *** enhanced speech is synthesized by using the estimated masking values and wiener filtered T–F *** experimental results demonstrate that the proposed feature is superior to other comparing features in terms of HIT-FA,STOI,HASPI and PESQ,and that the proposed algorithm not only improves speech intelligibility but also improves speech quality *** tests validate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm for hearing impaired.
