Extractability and extraction mechanism of lanthanide ions were investigated by using a new extractant,N,Nn,N′,N′-tetrabutyl-3-oxa-diglycolamide(TBDGA),in toluene from nitric acid *** effects of HNO_3 and TBDGA concentrations,and temperature,on extraction of lanthanide ions were *** of the main extracted species were HNO_3·TBDGA and M(NO_3)_3-3TBDGA(M = Er,Dy,Tb,Gd,La,Ce,Nd,Sm and Eu).The extracted species for metal ions were established to be ionic *** this complex,nitrate anion was not coordinated to the central *** extraction pattern increased gradually across the lanthanide ions series,showing enhanced affinity of TBDGA toward heavy lanthanide *** parameters were investigated for the exothermic extraction reaction.

The regioselective syntheses of novel p-tert-butylcalix[4]arenes with functional aldehyde and dithiocarbazate Schiff base groups were carried out. p-tert-Butylcalix[4]arene was alkylated with o-, p-（ω-chloroalkoxy）- benzaldehydes in the system of K2CO3/KI/CH3CN to give calixarene 1,3-dialdehydes. Then the condensation reactions of active calixarene aldehydes with S-methyl and S-benzyldithiocarbazate, calixarene sulfur-containing Schiff bases were efficiently obtained in satisfied yields. The single crystal analysis of the four representative products shows that calixarene aldehydes and Schiff bases exist in cone conformation and there are interesting intermolecular hydrogen-bands and π...π interaction in the crystals.

Fluconazole Susceptibility and Genotypic Heterogeneity of Oral Candida albicans Colonies from the Patients with Cancer Receiving Chemotherapy in China

Aim To identify heterogeneity of Candida albicans （C. albicans） isolated from the population with cancer in China by using identification medium, subculture molecular typing, and antifungal susceptibility test. Methodology Oral cheek mucosal specimens from 52 cancer patients receiving chemotherapy were cultured on CHROMagar CandidaTM plates for Candida identification. All the C. albicans colonies on the plates were subcultured and reconfirmed by API20C, then submitted to the antifimgal drug susceptibility test with fluconazole and molecular typing using randomly amplified polymorphic DNA-PCR （RAPD） with primers RSD6 and *** 54% （28/52） patients were oral yeast carriage in which C. albicans predominated. More than 7 C. albicans colonies were isolated from each of 12 patients （Group A）, while less than 5 colonies were isolated from each of 16 patients （Group B）. RSD6 and RSD12 were successful in eliciting 17 （A1-A17） and 2 （B1-B2） genotypes, respectively from among the 205 isolates. The two primers were combined to generate 21 genotypes. The C. albicans isolates obtained from the same patient and episode showed a diversity for fluconazole revealed by MIC50 and MIC90. Conclusion The heterogeneity of the C. albicans colonies isolated from the same patients can be detected. C. albicans with varied fluconazole susceptibility and genotypic characteristics may coexist in the same oral Candida population.

Excellent antibacterial performance of polyaniline （PAni） against Escherichia coli and Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus microorganisms has been demonstrated under both dark and visible light conditions. The electrostatic adherence between the PAni molecules and the bacteria may play a very important role for the antibacterial reaction of the PAni. As a result of our investigation, conducting PAni and its composites/blends are believed to be useful as a new type of antibacterial agent, self-clean as well as multifunctional material for improving the human health and living environment.

背景:基于网络药理学方法发现瓜蒌-薤白药对中主要生物活性化合物对冠心病有多功能作用;然而其治疗冠心病的机制尚未得到充分阐释。目的:探讨瓜蒌-薤白通过调节肠道微生物的组成改善冠心病的作用及机制。方法:40只SD大鼠按随机数字表法分为空白组、模型组、阳性药组、药对组,除空白组外,其余大鼠连续灌胃脂肪乳剂和注射垂体后叶素制备冠心病大鼠模型。造模后模型组大鼠灌胃蒸馏水(10 mL/kg)进行对照,阳性药组大鼠每日灌胃辛伐他汀4 mg/kg,药对组每日灌胃瓜蒌-薤白7.56 g/kg,各组大鼠给药均为14 d。观察大鼠心电图、心肌病理及血脂变化,并通过16S rDNA测序技术研究大鼠经干预后肠道微生物结构。结果与结论:①心电图结果显示模型组ST抬高;阳性药组与药对组心电图无明显问题。②与空白组相比,模型组总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均显著增高(P0.05),Simpson指数降低(P<0.05)。⑤与空白组相比,模型组Desulfovibrionia、Muribaculaceae_norank等相对丰度升高,Clostridia、[Eubacterium]_coprostanoligenes_group_norank等相对丰度降低;与模型组相比,药对组WPS-2_norank、Muribaculaceae_norank等相对丰度升高,Clostridia、[Eubacterium]_coprostanoligenes_group_norank等相对丰度降低;阳性药组Desulfobacterota、[Eubacterium]_coprostanoligenes_group_norank等相对丰度升高,Firmicutes、Muribaculaceae_norank等相对丰度降低;与阳性药相比,药对组Desulfobacterota、Bacteroides等相对丰度升高,Firmicutes、[Eubacterium]_coprostanoligenes_group_norank等相对丰度降低;LEfSe结果发现差异显著的种群富集于药对组最多,其次是空白组、阳性药组,模型组最少。⑥结论:瓜蒌-薤白可以通过调节肠道菌群改善冠心病的发生发展,为进一步研发瓜蒌-薤白提供新的启示。

Microstructure Evolution and Mechanism of Strength Development of Fly Ash Paste

Three types of activators such as sodium hydroxide,calcium oxide and triethanolamine(TEA)are used to establish different activation environments to address the problems associated with the process of activating fly ash *** conducted mechanical tests and numerical simulations to understand the evolution of microstructure,and used environmental scanning electron microscopy(ESEM)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)techniques to analyze the microenvironments of the *** mechanical properties of fly ash paste under different activation conditions and the changes in the microstructure and composition were *** results revealed that under conditions of low NaOH content(1%-3%),the strength of the sample increased *** the content exceeded 4%,the rate of increase in strength *** on the results,the optimal NaOH content was identified,which was about 4%.A good activation effect,especially for short-term activation(3-7 d),was achieved using TEA under high doping *** activation effect was poor for long-term strength after 28 *** CaO content did not significantly affect the degree of activation *** maximum effect was exerted when the content of CaO was 2%.The virtual cement and concrete testing laboratory(VCCTL)was used to simulate the hydration process,and the results revealed that the use of the three types of activators accelerated the formation of Ca(OH)_(2) in the *** activators also corroded the surface of the fly ash particles,resulting in a pozzolanic *** active substances in fly ash were released efficiently,and hydration was *** pores were filled with hydration products,and the microstructure changed to form a new frame of paste filling that helped improve the strength of fly ash paste.
