This research aimed to examine the diagnostic accuracy and clinical significance of endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS)in the context of small rectal neuroendocrine neoplasms(NENs).A total of 108 patients with rectal subepithelial lesions(SELs)with a diameter of<20 mm were included in the *** diagnosis and depth assessment of EUS was compared to the histology *** prevalence of NENs in rectal SELs was 78.7%(85/108).The sensitivity of EUS in detecting rectal NENs was 98.9%(84/85),while the specificity was 52.2%(12/23).Overall,the diagnostic accuracy of EUS in identifying rectal NENs was 88.9%(96/108).The overall accuracy rate for EUS in assessing the depth of invasion in rectal NENs was 92.9%(78/84).Therefore,EUS demonstrates reasonable diagnostic accuracy in detecting small rectal NENs,with good sensitivity but inferior *** may also assist physicians in assessing the depth of invasion in small rectal NENs before endoscopic excision.

揭示乡村旅游地耕地多功能权衡/协同关系,可拓展耕地资源理论认知的多维性,深化耕地资源有序利用的多样性。以江西省典型乡村旅游地中源乡为例,在格网尺度上开展耕地多功能定量评价、影响因素及权衡/协同分析。结果表明:(1)研究期内,耕地综合功能及文化功能指数上升,但生产、生活、生态功能指数下降。(2)在快速发展期,耕地多功能空间格局分异主要受自然条件因子之间的交互影响,而巩固发展期自然条件、空间区位及旅游发展因子共同交互作用愈发明显。(3)耕地多功能之间的权衡关系不明显、协同关系普遍,并且随着乡村旅游地发展阶段由快速发展期迈入巩固发展期,耕地多功能之间协同度最高也由“生产—生活”转为“生产—文化”。

DNA modiication, methylation of cytosine(5m C), and oxidation of 5m C to 5-hydroxymethylcytosine(5hm C), 5-formylcytosine(5f C), and 5-carboxylcytosine(5ca C) can have profound efects on genome function in animals. hese modiications are intricately involved in DNA methylation reprograming dynamics during mammalian development. Together, they contribute to cell lineage restriction and maintenance, while also undergoing dynamic changes during cellular transitions and induced *** last ive years have seen an intense research focus on enzymatic DNA demethylation, triggered by the discovery of 5hm C and Tet dioxygenases. In this review, we evaluate recent indings that have provided new insights into the mechanisms underlying DNA demethylation and its efect on developmental regulation.

数字经济是工业发展的强大助力,探究数字经济推动中国工业高质量发展已成为重要课题。基于中国267个地级市2011—2019年的面板数据,采用分位数回归模型、门槛效应模型和空间杜宾模型,实证检验数字经济对工业高质量发展的影响机制和空间溢出效应,探讨政府创新偏好对数字经济与工业高质量发展的非线性调节作用的研究发现:数字经济对工业高质量发展的促进作用存在边际效应递增的非线性特征;政府创新偏好存在强化数字经济促进工业高质量发展的非线性调节作用;数字经济对邻近地区工业高质量发展存在虹吸效应。因此,要统筹各地数字经济发展,发挥地方政府的主体作用,弥合数字鸿沟,充分利用数字经济对工业高质量发展的边际递增效应。

Surface reconstruction from scattered data is an important problem in such areas as reverse engineering and computer aided design. In solving partial differential equations derived from surface reconstruction problems, level-set method has been successfully used. We present in this paper a theoretical analysis on the existence and uniqueness of the solution of a partial differential equation derived from a model of surface recon- struction using the level-set approach. We give the uniqueness analysis of the classical solution. Results on the existence and uniqueness of the viscosity solution are also established.

A general local C-m(m greater than or equal to 0) tetrahedral interpolation scheme by polynomials of degree 4m + 1 plus low order rational functions from the given data is proposed. The scheme can have either 4m + 1 order algebraic precision if C-2m data at vertices and C-m data on faces are given or k + E[k/3] + 1 order algebraic precision if C-k (k less than or equal to 2m) data are given at vertices. The resulted interpolant and its partial derivatives of up to order m are polynomials on the boundaries of the tetrahedra.

In this paper, we analyze the well-posedness of an image segmentation model. The main idea of that segmentation model is to minimize one energy functional by evolving a given piecewise constant image towards the image to be segmented. The evolution is controlled by a serial of mappings, which can be represented by B-spline basis functions. The evolution terminates when the energy is below a given threshold. We prove that the correspondence between two images in the segmentation model is an injective and surjective mapping under appropriate conditions. We further prove that the solution of the segmentation model exists using the direct method in the calculus of variations. These results provide the theoretical support for that segmentation model.

Geohazards along highways are the main natural hazards that could affect the safety and operation of highway *** the risks faced by highways in areas affected by geohazards is an urgent problem to be *** study used historical geohazard events from Sichuan Province and highway network data to propose a geohazard risk index that reflects the risk geohazards along ***,this work applied the entropy method and expert scoring to calculate the weight of the *** spatial distributions of landslides,debris flows,collapses,and unstable slopes along the highways were analysed based on ArcGIS spatial statistics,and the highway geohazard intensity index were *** relationships between slope,rainfall,vegetation coverage,rock type,land use,and incision depth with geohazards were analysed,and the highway geohazard susceptibility index was calculated by the weighted information *** on the intensity and susceptibility index,we obtained a geohazard risk index which can better evaluate the risk of highways,and made a highway geohazard risk map to aid the prevention and mitigation of geohazards along highways and assist with highway network planning.

Effect of lactulose on establishment of a rat non-alcoholic steatohepatitis model

AIM： To explore the relationship between changes of intestinal environment and pathogenesis of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis （NASH）. METHODS： Forty-two Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly dMded into model group （n = 24）, treatment group （n = 12）, and control group （n = 6）. The rats of model and treatment groups were given high-fat diet, and those of the control group were given normal diet. Furthermore, the rats of treatment group were given lactulose after 8 wk of high-fat diet. Twelve rats of the model group were killed at 8 wk of high-fat diet. At the 16 wk the rats of treatment group, control group, and the rest of the model group were killed. The serum levels of aminotransferase were measured and the histology of livers was observed by H＆E staining. RESULTS： The livers of rats presented the pathological features of steatohepatitis with higher serum levels of alanine aminotransferase （ALT） and aspartate aminotransferase （AST） in the model group after 16 wk. Compared to the model group, the serum levels of ALT and AST in treatment group decreased significantly and were close to the normal group, and the hepatic inflammation scores also decreased markedly than those in the model group after 16 wk （5.83±2.02 vs 3.63±0.64, P〈0.05）, but were still higher than those in the model group after 8 wk （3.63±0.64 vs 1.98±0.90, P〈0.05）. However, the degree of hepatic steatosis had no changes in treatment group compared to the model group after 16 wk. CONCLUSION： Lactulose could ameliorate the hepatic inflammation of rats with steatohepatitis induced by fat- rich diet, but could not completely prevent the development of steatohepatitis. It is suggested that intestinal environmental changes such as intestinal bacteria overgrowth, are one of the important factors in the pathogenesis of NASH.
