Background Previous studies have shown that brain functional activity in the resting state is impaired in Alzheimer＇s disease （AD） patients. However, alterations in intrinsic brain activity patterns in mild cognitive impairment （MCI） patients are poorly understood. This study aimed to explore the differences in regional intrinsic activities throughout the whole brain between aMCI patients and controls. Methods In the present study, resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging （fMRI） was performed on 18 amnestic MCI （aMCI） patients, 18 mild AD patients and 20 healthy elderly subjects. And amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation （ALFF） method was used. Results Compared with healthy elderly subjects, aMCI patients showed decreased ALFF in the right hippocampus and parahippocampal cortex, left lateral temporal cortex, and right ventral medial prefrontal cortex （vMPFC） and increased ALFF in the left temporal-parietal junction （TPJ） and inferior parietal Iobule （IPL）. Mild AD patients showed decreased ALFF in the left TPJ, posterior IPL （plPL）, and dorsolateral prefrontal cortex compared with aMCI patients. Mild AD patients also had decreased ALFF in the right posterior cingulate cortex, right vMPFC and bilateral dorsal MPFC （dMPFC） compared with healthy elderly subjects. Conclusions Decreased intrinsic activities in brain regions closely related to episodic memory were found in aMCI and AD patients. Increased TPJ and IPL activity may indicate compensatory mechanisms for loss of memory function in aMCI patients. These findings suggest that the fMRI based on ALFF analysis may provide a useful tool in the study of aMCI patients.

The instantaneous detection of entanglement in quantum states poses a significant challenge in the fields of quantum computation and quantum information,and there are no practical methods or tools to complete this task satisfactorily so *** propose a sufficient and necessary criterion of k-nonseparability for any n-partite finite or infinite dimensional systems,2≤k≤*** criterion serves as the foundation for a practical scheme designed to detect entanglement and k-nonseparability across multipar-tite finite-dimensional *** exemplify the application of our scheme,we have developed a software tool that facilitates swift and precise identification of entanglement,k-nonseparability,and genuine entanglement within n-qubit systems,specifically tailored for systems with 2≤n≤4.

Mineral fulvic acid(MFA)was used as an eco-friendly pyrite depressant to recover chalcopyrite by flotation with the use of the butyl xanthate as a *** experiments showed that MFA produced a stronger inhibition effect on pyrite than on *** separation of chalcopyrite from pyrite was realized by introducing 150 mg/L MFA at a pulp pH of approximately *** copper grade,copper recovery,and separation efficiency were 28.03%,84.79%,and 71.66%,*** adsorption tests,zeta potential determinations,and localized electrochemical impedance spectroscopy tests showed that more MFA adsorbed on pyrite than on chalcopyrite,which weakened the subsequent interactions between pyrite and the *** force microscope imaging further confirmed the adsorption of MFA on pyrite,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy results indicated that hydrophilic Fe-based species on the pyrite surfaces increased after exposure of pyrite to MFA,thereby decreasing the floatability of pyrite.

为了提高垃圾分类过程中前端收集的工作效率,基于机器视觉技术设计垃圾自动分类系统.设计制作垃圾分类的硬件设备,主要包括可回收和不可回收2个箱体;针对垃圾数据集较少的问题,提出基于Inception v3网络特征提取模型和迁移学习相结合的垃圾种类识别方法,在自建的垃圾数据集上进行训练和测试.结果显示,利用该方法可以准确地对垃圾种类进行识别,平均准确率达到0.99;将训练好的模型部署在树莓派3B+上,在制作的实物垃圾桶上进行测试,系统稳定后,平均完成一次分类回收的时间为0.95 s.实验表明,该系统能够有效地进行垃圾种类的识别和完成垃圾的分类回收.

Background Previous studies have shown that the functional brain activity in the resting state is impaired in Alzheimer＇s disease （AD） patients. However, most studies focused on the relationship between different brain areas, rather than the amplitude or strength of the regional brain activity. The purpose of this study was to explore the functional brain changes in AD patients by measuring the amplitude of the blood oxygenation level dependent （BOLD） functional MRI （fMRI） signals.

Lake ecosystems are extremely sensitive to nitrogen growth,which leads to water quality degradation and ecosystem health *** depositions,as one of the main sources of nitrogen in water,are expected to change under future climate change ***,it remains not clear how nitrogen deposition to lakes respond to future meteorological *** this study,a source-oriented version of Community Multiscale Air Quality(CMAQ)Model was used to estimate nitrogen deposition to 263 lakes in 2013 and under three RCP scenarios(4.5,6.0 and 8.5)in *** total deposition of 58.2 Gg nitrogen was predicted for all lakes,with 23.3 Gg N by wet deposition and 34.9 Gg N by dry *** and ammonium in aerosol phase are the major forms of wet deposition,while NH3 and HNO_(3)in gas phase are the major forms of dry *** emissions contribute to 57%of wet deposition and 44%of dry *** future meteorological conditions,wet deposition is predicted to increase by 5.5%to 16.4%,while dry deposition would decrease by 0.3%to 13.0%.Changes in wind speed,temperature,relative humidity(RH),and precipitation rates are correlated with dry and wet deposition *** predicted changes in deposition to lakes driven by meteorological changes can lead to significant changes in aquatic chemistry and ecosystem *** from future emission scenarios,different climate scenarios should be considered in future ecosystem health evaluation in response to nitrogen deposition.

Dissipation-free approach for realizing non-Hermitian dynamics in a superconducting circuit

Non-Hermitian dynamics exhibits a wealth of surprising and potentially useful phenomena. However, it is typically realized by coupling a system with thermal reservoirs, which makes the system suffer from thermal fluctuations associated with the dissipation. Here, we propose a dissipation-free approach to realize non-Hermitian dynamics using a superconducting circuit composed of two resonators and a superconducting qutrit. The non-Hermiticity arises in the dynamical matrix for the evolution of the two resonators in the Heisenberg picture, via a photon-number non-conserved dynamics. The energy spectrum of the non-Hermitian dynamical matrix can be retrieved by measuring the state of the two resonators, and a phase transition of the energy spectrum can be observed by varying the control parameters. In the realization of the non-Hermitian dynamics, the dissipation of the system and the post-selection are not required. Thus, the approach is implemented in a deterministic way, and the reservoir-induced noise is suppressed. Numerical simulations indicate that the energy spectrum of the non-Hermitian dynamical matrix obtained via the measurement of the resonators is in accordance with the theoretical prediction. Moreover, we demonstrate the parity discrimination for the state of two four-level qudits as an application, exhibiting the potential of the non-Hermitian dynamics in the field of quantum measurement. This work opens a new avenue for the realization of non-Hermitian dynamics and may have a significant implication in exploring the non-Hermitian phenomena.

背景:人的记忆与认知功能显著相关,认知功能的下降往往首先表现为记忆能力的下降。农村人口的记忆能力如何?目的:分析淮安市50岁以上农村居民图片记忆的影响因素。单位:南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院老年科,复旦大学附属华山医院神经内科。对象:调查样本来源于2003-03/2004-02南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院老年科住院好转将出院的农村患者(n=50)、患者家属(n=11)以及淮阴区丁集乡宗楼村的健康老人(n=55),年龄均>50岁。方法:采用问卷调查的方法,对所有样本进行简易智能状态检查、听觉词语学习测验、图片学习测验及多种非记忆测验。按照文化程度的不同将调查对象分为文盲组、小学组、初中及以上文化组,比较图片记忆能力与性别、年龄、教育程度和简易智能状态检查的相关性,以及图片记忆各指标的内部相关性。主要观察指标:淮安市农村居民,图片记忆各指标与年龄、性别、教育程度、简易智能状态检查相关性,图片记忆各指标内部相关性。结果:按实际完成处理,纳入结果分析的样本量为103例。①图片记忆各指标与年龄、性别、教育程度、简易智能状态检查相关性:图片记忆各指标中除图片再认外与简易智能状态检查及教育程度均呈显著正相关(r=0.197～0.533,P <0.05～0.01),其中即刻记忆与简易智能状态检查相关性最大(r=0.533)。图片延时记忆、图片再认及顺序记忆4(延时回忆中后4个图片回忆的数目)与年龄呈负相关(r=-0.194～-0.324,P <0.05～0.01),其中顺序记忆4与年龄相关性最大(r=0.324),其余图片记忆指标与年龄不相关;图片记忆各指标与性别均无相关性。图片再认与教育程度1(教育年限0～11年)、2(文化程度为文盲、小学、初中及以上文化)及简易智能状态检查均不相关。②图片记忆各指标内部相关性:除图片再认与顺序记忆2(即刻记忆中后4个图片回忆的数目)不相关、顺序记忆1(即刻记忆中前4个图片回忆的数目)与顺序记忆2,4不相关及顺序记忆3与顺序记忆4不相关性外,其余图片记忆各指标间均有显著相关性(r=0.206～0.855,P < 0.05～0.01)。其中图片延时回忆与概念记忆2相关性最大(r=0.855)。结论:淮安市中老年农村居民图片记忆能力与性别无关,与年龄、教育程度、智能水平有关。
