We present the observational results from a detailed timing analysis of the black hole candidate EXO 1846-031 during its outburst in 2019 with the observations of Insight-HXMT,NICER and *** outburst can be classified roughly into four different ***-C quasi-periodic oscillations(QPOs)observed by NICER(about 0.1-6 Hz)and Insight-HXMT(about 0.7-8 Hz)are also reported in this ***,we study various physical quantities related to QPO *** QPO rms-frequency relationship in the energy band 1-10 keV indicates that there is a turning pointing in frequency around2 Hz,which is similar to that of GRS 1915+105.A possible hypothesis for the relationship above may be related to the inclination of the source,which may require a high inclination to explain *** relationships between QPO frequency and QPO rms,hardness,total fractional rms and count rate have also been found in other transient sources,which can indicate that the origin of type-C QPOs is non-thermal.

Theγ-ray emission from the W51 complex is widely acknowledged to be attributed to the interaction between the cosmic rays(CRs)accelerated by the shock of supernova remnant(SNR)W51C and the dense molecular clouds in the adjacent star-forming region,***,the maximum acceleration capability of W51C for CRs remains *** on observations conducted with the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory(LHAASO),we report a significant detection ofγrays emanating from the W51 complex,with energies from 2 to 200 *** LHAASO measurements,for the first time,extend theγ-ray emission from the W51 complex beyond 100 TeV and reveal a significant spectrum bending at tens of *** combining the"π^(0)-decay bump"featured data from Fermi-LAT,the broadbandγ-ray spectrum of the W51 region can be well-characterized by a simple pp-collision *** observed spectral bending feature suggests an exponential cutoff at~400 TeV or a power-law break at~200 TeV in the CR proton spectrum,most likely providing the first evidence of SNRs serving as CR accelerators approaching the PeV ***,two young star clusters within W51B could also be theoretically viable to produce the most energeticγrays observed by *** findings strongly support the presence of extreme CR accelerators within the W51 complex and provide new insights into the origin of Galactic CRs.

制备得到标题化合物并对其进行了元素分析与红外光谱分析.用X射线衍射方法测得其晶体结构属于正交晶系,空间群Pbca,晶胞参数a=0.6624(2)nm,b=1.7933(4)nm,c=2.3117(5)nm,V=2.7458(9)nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.849g·cm-3.其分子式可写作(ATZ)TNPG·2H2O.5-氨基四唑阳离子(ATZ+)和三硝基间苯三酚阴离子(TNPG-)通过氢键在b轴和c轴方向上联成二维层面,然后在a轴方向通过不同层中的水分子之间的氢键联接起来.用差示扫描量热法(DSC),TG-DTG结合傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)分析了其热分解过程.在氮气气氛下用10℃·min-1的升温速率测定发现,该化合物经历一个峰温为76℃的吸热过程及一个峰温为203℃的放热过程.前者为脱除结晶水的过程,后者为产物中的TNPG-与ATZ+的热分解过程,放热的焓变为-212.10kJ·mol-1.对该过程估算动力学参数:采用Kissinger法得活化能E=132.1kJ·mol-1,ln(A/s-1)=12.54,r=0.9990;采用Ozawa-Doyle法得E=133.1kJ·mol-1,r=0.9992.

This report briefly introduces the current status of the CSES(China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite)mission which includes the first satellite CSES 01 in-orbit(launched in February 2018),and the second satellite CSES 02(will be launched in 2023)under *** CSES 01 has been steadily operating in orbit for over four years,providing abundant global geophysical field data,including the background geomagnetic field,the electromagnetic field and wave,the plasma(in-situ and profile data),and the energetic particles in the *** CSES 01 platform and the scientific instruments generally perform *** data validation and calibration are vital for CSES 01,for it aims to monitor earthquakes by extracting the very weak seismic precursors from a relatively disturbing space electromagnetic *** this purpose,we are paying specific efforts to validate data quality *** the CSES 01 observations,we have obtained many scientific results on the ionosphere electromagnetic environment,the seismo-ionospheric disturbance phenomena,the space weather process,and the lithosphere-Atmosphere-Ionosphere coupling mechanism.

Objectives:To develop a new Chinese medicine(CM)-based drug and to evaluate its safety and effect for suppressing acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)in COVID-19 ***:A putative ARDS-suppressing drug Keguan-1 was first developed and then evaluated by a randomized,controlled two-arm *** two arms of the trial consist of a control therapy(alpha interferon inhalation,50(x g twice daily;and lopinavir/ritonavir,400 and 100 mg twice daily,respectively)and a testing therapy(control therapy plus Keguan-119.4 g twice daily)by random number table at 1:1 ratio with 24 cases each *** 2-week treatment,adverse events,time to fever resolution,ARDS development,and lung injury on newly diagnosed COVID-19 patients were ***:An analysis of the data from the first 30 participants showed that the control arm and the testing arm did not exhibit any significant differences in terms of adverse *** on this result,the study was expanded to include a total of 48 participants(24 cases each arm).The results show that compared with the control arm,the testing arm exhibited a significant improvement in time to fever resolution(P=0.035),and a significant reduction in the development of ARDS(P=0.048).Conclusions:Keguan-1-based integrative therapy was safe and superior to the standard therapy in suppressing the development of ARDS in COVID-19 patients.(Trial registration *** 04251871 at ***).

It's a challenge for detecting the therapeutic targets of a polypharmacological drug from variations in the responsed networks in thedfferentiated populations with complex diseases,as stable coronary heart ***,in an adaptive,31-center,randomized,double-blind trial invoving 920 patients with moderate symptomatic stable angina treated by 14-day Danhong injection(DHI),a kind of polyphamacological drug with high quality control,or placebo(0.9%saline),with 76-day following-up,we firstly confrmed that DHl couldincrease the proportion of patients with clinically significant changes on angina-frequency assessed by Seattle Angina Questionnaire(ASAQ-AF220)(12.78%at Day 30,95%confidence interval[C]5.86-19.71%,P=0.0003,13.82%at Day 6C0,95%CI 6.82-20.82%,P=0.0001and 8.95%at Day 90,95%CI 2.06-15.85%,P=0.01).We also found that there were no significant differences in new-onset major vascularevents(P=0.8502)and serious adverse events(P=0.9105)between DHl and *** performing the RNA sequencing in 62 selectedpatients,we developed a systemic modular approach tp identfy differentilly expressed modules(DEMs)of DHI with the Z_(summay)valueless than 0 compared with the control group,calculated by weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA),and sketched out thebasic framework on a modular map with 25 functional modules targeted by ***,the effective therapeutic module(ETM),defined as the highest corelation value with the phenotype alteration(SAQ-AF,the change in SAQ-AF at Day 30 from baseline)calculatedby WGCNA,was identifed in the population with the best effect(ASAQ-AF240),which is related to anticoagulation and regulation ofcholesterol *** assessed the modular flexbility of this ETM using the global topological D value based on Euclidean distance,which is corelated with phenotype alteration(r^(2):0.8204,P=0.019)by linear *** study identified the ant-angina therapeuticmodule in the effective population treated by the multi-target

BACKGROUND Patients with atrial fibrillation(AF)and prior stroke history have a high risk of cardiovascular events despite anticoagulation *** is unclear whether catheter ablation(CA)has further benefits in these *** AF patients with a previous history of stroke or systemic embolism(SE)from the prospective Chinese Atrial Fibrillation Registry study between August 2011 and December 2020 were included in the *** were matched in a 1:1 ratio to CA or medical treatment(MT)based on propensity *** primary outcome was a composite of all-cause death or ischemic stroke(IS)/*** During a total of 4.1±2.3 years of follow-up,the primary outcome occurred in 111 patients in the CA group(3.3 per 100 person-years)and in 229 patients in the MT group(5.7 per 100 person-years).The CA group had a lower risk of the primary outcome compared to the MT group[hazard ratio(HR)=0.59,95%CI:0.47–0.74,Plity(HR=0.43,95%CI:0.31–0.61,Plity(HR=0.32,95%CI:0.19–0.54,Plinical trials are warranted to confirm the benefits of CA in these patients.

Er^(3+)-doped and Yb^(3+)/Er^(3+) co-doped Gd_(3)Sc_(2)Ga_(3)O_(12) (abbreviated as Er:GSGG and Yb,Er:GSGG,respectively)laser crystals are investigated by using a combination of spectroscopic measurements and thermal *** absorption peak of Yb,Er:GSGG crystal shifts to 970nm and its absorption band broadens obviously,which makes the crystal suitable for pumping by a 970nm laser diode (LD).This crystal also exhibits a shorter lifetime of a lower laser level,a larger emission cross section and higher thermal conductivity than those of Er:*** these factors suggest that Yb^(3+)/Er^(3+) co-doping has a positive effect on improving the spectroscopic and thermal performances in GSGG based laser crystals,and imply that double-doped Yb,Er:GSGG crystal is a potential candidate as an excellent LD pumped 2.79 μm laser material.

Clinical evaluation of target controlled infusion system for sufentanil administration

Background Sufentanil target controlled infusion （TCI） provides stable analgesia, better hemodynamic control than a bolus injection of intravenous anesthetics, anticipated recovery and improved quality of anesthesia during perioperative period. This study evaluated the accuracy and feasibility of TCI system for sufentanil at high concentrations in Chinese surgical patients. Methods Twelve low risk adult patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia were included in this study. Sufentanil was administered with a specific TCI system incorporating the population pharmacokinetic data of sufentanil previously reported, using a target effect-site concentration of sufentanil 4 or 6 ng/ml. Sufentanil TCI duration was 30 minutes. Frequent arterial blood samples were taken during and up to 24 hours after sufentanil TCI for determination of plasma sufentanil concentrations by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry. The changes of circulatory system function during the procedure, recovery profile and adverse effects were recorded. Measured plasma sufentanil concentrations were compared with the values predicted by the TCI system. The bias （median performance error, MDPE）, precision （median absolute performance error, MDAPE） and wobble （variability of performance error） of the sufentanil TCI system were determined. Results All patients had stable cardiovascular variables during induction and maintenance of anesthesia. Time to eye opening and extubation were （5.6±1.7） minutes when TCI set to 4 ng/ml and （7.2±2.3） minutes when set to 6 ng/ml. There was no episode of agitation, muscle rigidity or intraoperative awareness. The bias （MDPE）, precision （MDAPE） and wobble of the sufentanil TCI system were -3.7%, 18.9% and 19.6% respectively during TCI, and the MDPE, MDAPE and wobble were -29.1%, 31.7% and 15.0% respectively after TCI （up to 8 hours）.
