With the advancement of modern science and technology, large scientific facilities are increasingly oriented toward demand and application, and can be used for basic research as well as serving multiple disciplines. Developing large scientific facilities and related analytical technologies enhances understanding of large scientific facilities and popularizes their application in research across multiple disciplines. The combination of light or neutron sources from large scientific facilities and advanced analytical technologies can be achieved for materials structure information, dynamics study of chemical reactions, high dissociation of biomolecules, 3D visualization of energy materials or biological samples, etc. We first introduce the progress of domestic large scientific facilities of synchrotron radiation(SR) and free electron lasers(FELs) with different wavelengths and neutron *** further discuss the comparison between Chinese and typical foreign facilities in X-ray radiation from X-ray tubes, synchrotrons, X-ray FELs, and neutron sources based on physical parameters of light and neutron sources. In addition, we focus on the technological progress and perspectives combined with advanced X-ray radiation and neutron sources of large scientific facilities in China, especially in the nanoscience fields of energy catalysis and biological science. We hope that this roadmap will provide references on technology and methods to experimental users, as well as prospects for future development of technologies based on large research infrastructure facilities. Comprehensive studies and guidelines for basic research to practical application in various disciplines can be made with the assistance of large scientific facilities.

BACKGROUND Acute-on-chronic liver disease(AoCLD)accounts for the majority of patients hospitalized in the Department of Hepatology or Infectious *** To explore the characterization of AoCLD to provide theoretical guidance for the accurate diagnosis and prognosis of *** Patients with AoCLD from the Chinese Acute-on-Chronic liver Failure(ACLF)study cohort were included in this *** clinical characteristics and outcomes,and the 90-d survival rate associated with each clinical type of AoCLD were analyzed,using the Kaplan-Meier method and the log-rank *** A total of 3375 patients with AoCLD were enrolled,including 1679(49.7%)patients with liver cirrhosis acute decompensation(LC-AD),850(25.2%)patients with ACLF,577(17.1%)patients with chronic hepatitis acute exacer-bation(CHAE),and 269(8.0%)patients with liver cirrhosis active phase(LC-A).The most common cause of chronic liver disease(CLD)was HBV infection(71.4%).The most common precipitants of AoCLD was bacterial infection(22.8%).The 90-d mortality rates of each clinical subtype of AoCLD were 43.4%(232/535)for type-C ACLF,36.0%(36/100)for type-B ACLF,27.0%(58/215)for type-A ACLF,9.0%(151/1679)for LC-AD,3.0%(8/269)for LC-A,and 1.2%(7/577)for *** HBV infection is the main cause of CLD,and bacterial infection is the main precipitant of *** most common clinical type of AoCLD is *** diagnosis and timely intervention are needed to reduce the mortality of patients with LC-AD or ACLF.

Background:The initial phase II stuty(NCT03215693)demonstrated that ensartinib has shown clinical activity in patients with advanced crizotinib-refractory,anaplastic lymphoma kinase(ALK)-positive non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Herein,we reported the updated data on overall survival(OS)and molecular profiling from the initial phase Ⅱ ***:In this study,180 patients received 225 mg of ensartinib orally once daily until disease progression,death or *** was estimated by Kaplan‒Meier methods with two-sided 95%confidence intervals(CIs).Next-generation sequencing was employed to explore prognostic biomarkers based on plasma samples collected at baseline and after initiating *** tumor DNA(ctDNA)was detected to dynamically monitor the genomic alterna-tions during treatment and indicate the existence of molecular residual disease,facilitating improvement of clinical ***:At the data cut-off date(August 31,2022),with a median follow-up time of 53.2 months,97 of 180(53.9%)patients had *** median OS was 42.8 months(95%CI:29.3-53.2 months).A total of 333 plasma samples from 168 patients were included for ctDNA *** inferior OS correlated sig-nificantly with baseline ALK or tumor protein 53(TP53)*** addition,patients with concurrent TP53 mutations had shorter OS than those without con-current TP53 *** ctDNA levels evaluated by variant allele frequency(VAF)and haploid genome equivalents per milliliter of plasma(hGE/mL)at baseline were associated with poor ***,patients with ctDNA clear-ance at 6 weeks and slow ascent growth had dramatically longer OS than those with ctDNA residual and fast ascent growth,***,patients who had a lower tumor burden,as evaluated by the diameter of target lesions,had a longer *** Cox regression analysis further uncovered the independent prognostic values of bone metastases,higher hGE,and elevated ALK mutation abundance at 6 we

The title compound （C12H15NO13S, Mr = 413.31） was synthesized by the nitration of napthalene-1,4-dicarboxylate acid in mixed nitric and sulfuric acids. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P2 1/c with a = 8.100（1）, b = 24.369（3）, c = 8.634（1） A, β = 105.380（2）°, V = 1643.1（4） A^3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.671 g/cm^3, F（000） = 856, μ（MoKa） = 0.273 mm^- 1, T = 294（2） K, the final R = 0.0400 and wR = 0.1021 for 2866 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）. In this crystal there exist a number of H-bonds which link the molecules to form a three-dimensional infinite network structure. The thermal decomposition of the title compound was investigated by using TG-DTG and DSC techniques.

Objective:This cross-sectional study aimed to determine the epidemiology of olfactory and gustatory dysfunctions related to COVID-19 in ***:This study was conducted by 45 tertiary Grade-A hospitals in *** and offline questionnaire data were obtained from patients infected with COVID-19 between December 28,2022,and February 21,*** collected information included basic demographics,medical history,smoking and drinking history,vaccination history,changes in olfactory and gustatory functions before and after infection,and other postinfection symptoms,as well as the duration and improvement status of olfactory and gustatory ***:Complete questionnaires were obtained from 35,566 *** overall incidence of olfactory and taste dysfunction was 67.75%.Being female or being a cigarette smoker increased the likelihood of developing olfactory and taste *** received four doses of the vaccine or having good oral health or being a alcohol drinker decreased the risk of such *** infection,the average olfactory and taste VAS scores were 8.41 and 8.51,respectively;after infection,they decreased to 3.69 and 4.29 and recovered to 5.83 and 6.55 by the time of the *** median duration of dysosmia and dysgeusia was 15 and 12 days,respectively,with 0.5%of patients having symptoms lasting for more than 28 *** overall self-reported improvement rate was 59.16%.Recovery was higher in males,never smokers,those who received two or three vaccine doses,and those that had never experienced dental health issues,or chronic accompanying ***:The incidence of dysosmia and dysgeusia following infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus is high in *** and prognosis are influenced by several factors,including sex,SARS-CoV-2 vaccination,history of head-facial trauma,nasal and oral health status,smoking and drinking history,and the persistence of accompanying symptoms.

北祁连早古生代大洋俯冲带以发育早古生代的蛇绿(混杂)岩带及高压低温变质带为特征。在清水沟高压低温混杂岩片中出露蛇纹岩以及榴辉岩、蓝片岩、红帘石硅质岩和多硅白云母石英片岩等典型高压低温变质岩石。本文对北祁连清水沟含红帘石的变硅质岩进行了详细的岩相学、矿物化学及地球化学分析,发现该岩石主要由石英、多硅白云母、红帘石、石榴子石、蓝闪石、单斜辉石以及砷硅锰矿、赤铁矿等矿物组成,结合矿物化学及围岩变质条件,推测该岩石可能也经历了高压低温榴辉岩相变质作用。全岩地球化学分析结果表明,北祁连清水沟含红帘石变硅质岩的原岩为远洋环境沉积的含泥硅质岩,由于热液活动的参与,使得Fe、Mn富集沉积,进而与大陆活动边缘或大陆岛弧物质被卷入到俯冲带中,共同经历了高压低温变质作用。变硅质岩中红帘石、砷硅锰矿以及石榴子石中大量的赤铁矿包裹体表明该岩石形成于高氧逸度条件,而石榴子石中的Fe3+从核部到边部的降低趋势,也表明俯冲变质过程中氧逸度的变化,这一过程释放的氧所形成的流体对于探究岩石圈地幔氧逸度变化、岛弧岩浆生成以及俯冲带氧循环等方面具有重要的意义。

Preparation, Crystal Structure, and Thermal Analysis of Carbohydrazide Trinitrophloroglucinolate

A new compound （CHZ）（HTNPG）·0.5H2O was synthesized by mixing carbohydrazide（CHZ） and trinitrophloroglucinol（TNPG） and characterized by elemental analysis and Fourier transform infrared （FTIR） spectrum. Its crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic system, P1 space group, with a=0.45578（9） nm, b=1.0142（2） nm, c=1.3041（3） nm, α=86.53（3）°, β=99.56（3）°, γ=81.94（3）°, V= 0.5958（2） nm^3, Z=2, Dc=2.008 g/cm^3, R1=0.0476, and wR2=0.1139. The compound is a di-substituted salt of TNPG, which consists of a cation （CHZ）^2＋ and an anion （HTNPG）^2-. The thermal analysis of the compound was studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry（DSC） and thermogravimetry-derivative thermogravimetry（TG-DTG）. Under nitrogen atmosphere at a heating rate of 10 ℃/min, the thermal decomposition of the compound contained one endothermic process of dehydrating stage and two intense exothermic decomposition processes in a temperature range of 140--232 ℃ on the DSC trace. The decomposition products of the title compound are nearly gaseous products. The existing complicated hydrogen bond networks and electrostatic attraction between （CHZ）^2＋ and （HTNPG）^2- enhance the thermal stability of the title compound.

四氯乙烯(PCE)和三氯乙烯(TCE)是地下水中典型的卤代有机化合物,严重威胁生态环境与人体健康.为获得氯代乙烯高效厌氧降解菌剂并探究其在污染地下水中的应用潜能,利用某工业污染场地的地下水,通过投喂PCE或TCE进行长期富集培养,获得了可将PCE和TCE完全脱氯成无毒乙烯的厌氧菌剂W-1.菌剂W-1的PCE和TCE脱氯速率分别是(120.1±4.9)μmol·(L·d)^(-1)和(172.4±21.8)μmol·(L·d)^(-1).16S rRNA基因扩增子测序和qPCR结果表明,98.3μmol PCE还原脱氯至顺-1,2-二氯乙烯(cis-1,2-DCE)时,Dehalobacter丰度从1.9%增长至57.1%,基因拷贝数每释放1μmol Cl-增加1.7×10^(7)copies;cis-1,2-DCE完全还原脱氯至乙烯时,Dehalococcoides丰度从1.1%增长至53.8%;PCE完全还原脱氯至乙烯过程中Dehalococcoides基因拷贝数每释放1μmol Cl^(-)增加1.7×10^(8)copies.以上结果说明Dehalobacter与Dehalococcoides协同互作实现PCE完全降解解毒.当菌群W-1以TCE为电子受体时,222.8μmol TCE完全还原脱氯至乙烯时候,Dehalococcoides丰度从(29.1±2.4)%增长至(77.7±0.2)%,基因拷贝数每释放1μmol Cl-增加(1.9±0.4)×10^(8)copies.结合PCR和Sanger测序,获得了菌剂W-1中主要脱卤菌Dehalococcoides LWT1较完整的16S rRNA基因序列,其与*** strain 19516S rRNA基因序列相似度达100%.将菌群W-1添加至受TCE(418.7μmol·L^(-1))污染的地下水中,28 d内实现了(69.2±9.8)%的TCE被完全脱毒至乙烯,TCE脱氯速率为(10.3±1.5)μmol·(L·d)^(-1).研究成果可为PCE或TCE污染地下水开展厌氧微生物修复提供菌剂资源和理论指导.
