扫描电化学显微镜是一种扫描探针技术,利用微电极检测发生在固/液、液/液或者气/液界面反应物或者反应产物的连续变化。这里将对该技术原理进行详细说明。过去我们工作主要都集中在固定化酶的活性成像。最近研究的领域开始拓展到与能源转变相关材料上,如染料敏化太阳能电池和(生物)燃料电池的氧气催化还原。起初的尝试已经扩展到如何扩宽研究材料的范围和成像模式的应用范围。扫描电化学显微镜的反馈和产生-收集模式已被用于研究染料敏化太阳能电池半导体/电解质界面的光激发染料阳离子再生过程。现在开始关注更多的与太阳能的再生,燃料电池或染料敏化太阳能电池相关的复杂反应,这些复杂的反应包括外部质量传输过程、内部质量和电荷传输过程、多孔物质反应中心的本身活性等。

We demonstrate a Ⅲ-Ⅴ-on-silicon-nitride mode-locked laser through the heterogeneous integration of a semiconductor optical amplifier on a passive silicon-nitride cavity using the technique of micro-transfer printing. In the initial phase of our study, we focus on optimizing the lasing wavelength to be centered at 1550 nm. This optimization is achieved by conducting experiments with 27 mode-locked lasers, each incorporating optical amplifiers featuring distinct multiple-quantum-well photoluminescence values. Subsequently we present a comprehensive study investigating the behavior of the mode-locking regime when the electrical driving parameters are varied. Specifically, we explore the impact of the gain voltage and saturable absorber current on the locking stability of a tunable mode-locked laser. By manipulating these parameters, we demonstrate the precise control of the optical spectrum across a wide range of wavelengths spanning from 1530 to 1580 nm. Furthermore, we implement an optimization approach based on a Monte Carlo analysis aimed at enhancing the mode overlap within the gain region. This adjustment enables the achievement of a laser emitting a 23-nm-wide spectrum while maintaining a defined 10 dB bandwidth for a pulse repetition rate of 3 GHz.

During the months of April through July 2020 we studied aspects of the natural history of Leiolepis rubritaeniata,a species of butterfly lizard that occurs on the Khorat Plateau in Thailand and adjacent regions of Laos and Cambodia as well as in south-central *** present data on population size and structure,as well as location,size,compass orientation,and structure of the lizard’s ***,we present climatic data(ambient air temperature and precipitation)at the study site for the duration of our field work as well as temperature data for the complete year ***,we provide data on egg laying,incubation conditions and characteristics of the ***,we present an easy to use and reliable non-invasive method for the long-term recognition of individual butterfly lizards based on their unique dorsal *** lizards are utilized as a food source for the local human *** far,there are no farming projects in Thailand involving this species and all individuals are collected from the wild *** data are available on the population dynamics of *** but it can be assumed that habitat destruction due to land use change as well as its utilization for human consumption have negative effects on the long-term survival of the local populations of this lizard *** baseline data presented here are essential for any meaningful conservation strategy for these lizards.

Multi-floor buildings for raising pigs have recently attracted widespread attention as an emerging form of intensive livestock production especially in eastern China,due to the fact that they can feed a much larger number of animals per unit area of land and thus alleviate the shortage of land available for standard single-floor pig production ***,this more intensive kind of pig building will pose new challenges to the local environment in terms of pollutant *** compare the dispersion air pollutants(ammonia as a representative)emitted from multi-versus single-floor pig buildings,ammonia dispersion distance and concentration gradients were investigated through three-dimensional simulations based on computational fluid *** validation of an isolated cubic model was made to ensure the simulation method was *** effects of wind direction,wind speed and emission source concentration at 1.5 m(approximate human inhalation height)during summer were *** results showed that the ammonia dispersion distance of the multi-floor pig building was far greater than that of the single-floor building on a plane of Z=1.5 *** the wind direction was 67.5°,the wind speed was 2 m·s^(−1) and the emission source concentration was 20 ppmv,the dispersion distance of the multi-floor pig building could reach 1380 ***,the ammonia could accumulate in the yard to 7.68 ***,future site selection,wind speed and source concentration need to be given serious *** on the simulation used in this study with source concentration is 20 ppmv,the multi-floor pig buildings should be located 1.4 km away from residential areas to avoid affecting *** results of this study should guidance for any future development of multi-floor pig buildings.

Porous NiTi shape memory alloy (SMA) is a novel biomedical material used for human hard tissue implant. The influence of elemental titanium powder characteristics such as powder morphology, particle size and specific surface area (SSA) on the minimal ignition temperature, combustion temperature and final product of porous NiTi SMA fabricated by the combustion synthesis method was investigated in this paper by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and laser diffraction. The preliminary data indicate that the titanium powder characteristics have a strong effect on the combustion synthesis of porous NiTi SMA.

The field of acousto-optical tomography （AOT） for medical applications began in the 1990s and has since developed multiple techniques for the detection of ultrasound-modulated light. Light becomes frequency shifted as it travels through an ultrasound beam. This ＂tagged＂ light can be detected and used for focused optical imaging. Here, we present a comprehensive overview of the techniques that have developed since around 2011 in the field of biomedical AOT. This includes how AOT has advanced by taken advantage of the research conducted in the ultrasound, as well as, the optical fields. Also, simulations and reconstruction algorithms have been formulated specifically for AOT imaging over this time period. Future progression of AOT relies on its ability to provide significant contributions to in vivo imaging for biomedical applications. We outline the challenges that AOT still faces to make in vivo imaging possible and what has been accomplished thus far, as well as possible future directions.
