Due to the important role ofδphase's quantity and morphology in the mechanical and fatigue properties of Inconel 718 alloy and its components,it is necessary to renew insights into the effect of cold deformation on theδphase precipitation,especially on the morphology ***,the nucleation and growth behavior ofδphase in cold-rolled Inconel 718 alloy during aging were *** results show that the precipitation rate and volume fraction ofδphase increase with increasing the cold rolling reduction from 10%to 50%.The volume fraction ofδphase reaches equilibrium after 5 h,remaining at 5.98%,6.52%,and 6.79%under different rolling reductions(10%,30%,and 50%),*** nucleation ofδphase mainly occurs on different sites(grain boundaries,new twin boundaries and old twin boundaries)under 10%rolling reduction,whileδphase mainly nucleates on the new grain boundaries of static recrystallization due to 50%rolling *** the growth ofδphase undergoes a process of alternate orientation growth from spherical(nucleation)→short rod(longitudinal orientation growth)→short rod(radial orientation growth)→dynamic *** 10%rolling reduction,δphase tends to grow into the matrix,while under 50%rolling reduction,the orientation grows faster and is easily affected by the grain boundary curvature.

During cold drawing of pearlitic steel wire, the lamellar structure becomes gradually aligned with the draw ing axis, which contributes to the ultra high strength. A direct simulation about the mechanical behaviors and microstructural evolution of pearlitic lamellae was presented. A representative volume element （RVE） containing one pearlitic colony was established based on the real transmission electron microscope （TEM） observation. The deformation of pearlitic colony during tension, shear and wire drawing were successfully simulated. The numerical results show that this metallographic texture leads to a strong anisotropy. The colony has higher yielding stress when the la mellar direction is parallel and perpendicular to the tensile direction. The lamellar evolution is strongly dependent on the initial direction and deformation mode. The formation of typical period shear bands is analyzed. In the wire draw ing, the pearlitic colony at the sub surface experiences a complex strain path： rotation, stretching along the die sur face, and rotation back.

The fracture characteristics of fully pearlitic steel wires with fine and randomly oriented lamellae have been investigated after tension and torsion, respectively. It is found that the predominant fracture mode under small pre- deformation is dimple. The analysis of the colony size and the lamellar structure near the fracture surface indicates that each dimple roots from one colony. A simulation of tensile deformation with several pearlitic colonies based on the real scanning electron microscopy （SEM） observation shows that the plastic deformation concentrates and the stress t^hxialit~＂ is larger ~it the boundaries bf colonies. It demonstrates the microe/＇a^ks initialize at colony boundaries. Thus, the colony size is a significant factor for fracture behaviors under small pre-deformation. On the other hand, the fracture surface is investigated after large pre-deformation via torsion. The results show that fracture characteristics vary with radius from dimples, elongated dimples to the fibrous structure. It indicates that the fracture charac-teristics are dependent on the pre-deformation. The fracture mode under large pre-deformation becomes an anisotropic fibrous structure instead of dimples.

Mechanical Properties of QFP Joints Soldered with SnAgCu and SnPb Solders

With the development of lead-free solder alloys, the investiagtion focusing on the relibility of lead-free solders are essential. Since the reliability database of lead-free solder joints needs to be further supplied, the creep behavior of SnAgCu soldered joints on Quad Flat Package （QFP） devices under thermo cycling load are studied in this paper, compared to conventional SnPb solder, by finite element simulation based on Garofalo-Arrhenius creep model. Meanwhile, the mechanical properties of SnAgCu and SnPb soldered joints in the pitches of QFP devices are also carried out by means of tensile test. The results indicate that the values of strain and stress of SnAgCu soldered joints were all smaller than those of SnPb under thermal cycling, and the tensile strength of the joints soldered with SnAgCu solder was higher than that of SnPb, which means the reliability of the joints soldered with SnAgCu solder is better than SnPb soldered joints. As the fracture surface morphology of the soldered joints compared, SnAgCu soldered joint presented ductile fracture, while the fracture mechanism of SnPb solder joints displayed both brittle and ductile fracture. Above all, the experimental results is in accord with that of simulation, which will provide guidance for reliability study and application of lead-free solders.

The second phase of the Chang＇E Program （also named Chang＇E-3） has the goal to land and perform in-situ detection on the lunar surface. A VIS/NIR imaging spectrometer （VNIS） will be carded on the Chang＇E-3 lunar rover to detect the distri-bution of lunar minerals and resources. VNIS is the first mission in history to perform in-situ spectral measurement on the surface of the Moon, the reflectance data of which are fundamental for interpretation of lunar composition, whose quality would greatly affect the accuracy of lunar element and mineral determination. Until now, in-situ de-tection by imaging spectrometers was only performed by rovers on Mars. We firstly review reflectance conversion methods for rovers on Mars （Viking landers, Pathfinder and Mars Exploration rovers, etc）. Secondly, we discuss whether these conversion methods used on Mars can be applied to lunar in-situ detection. We also applied data from a laboratory bidirectional reflectance distribution function （BRDF） using simu- lated lunar soil to test the availability of this method. Finally, we modify reflectance conversion methods used on Mars by considering differences between environments on the Moon and Mars and apply the methods to experimental data obtained from the ground validation of VNIS. These results were obtained by comparing reflectance data from the VNIS measured in the laboratory with those from a standard spectrometer obtained at the same time and under the same observing conditions. The shape and amplitude of the spectrum fits well, and the spectral uncertainty parameters for most samples are within 8%, except for the ilmenite sample which has a low albedo. In conclusion, our reflectance conversion method is suitable for lunar in-situ detection.

Data processing and preliminary results of the Chang'e-3 VIS/NIR Imaging Spectrometer in-situ analysis

The Chang＇e-3 Visible and Near-infrared Imaging Spectrometer （VNIS） is one of the four payloads on the Yutu rover. After traversing the landing site during the first two lunar days, four different areas are detected, and Level 2A and 2B ra- diance data have been released to the scientific community. The released data have been processed by dark current subtraction, correction for the effect of temperature, radiometric calibration and geometric calibration. We emphasize approaches for re- flectance analysis and mineral identification for in-situ analysis with VNIS. Then the preliminary spectral and mineralogical results from the landing site are derived. After comparing spectral data from VNIS with data collected by the Ma instrument and samples of mare that were returned from the Apollo program, all the reflectance data have been found to have similar absorption features near 1000 nm except lunar sample 71061. In addition, there is also a weak absorption feature between 1750-2400nm on VNIS, but the slopes of VNIS and Ma reflectance at longer wavelengths are lower than data taken from samples of lunar mare. Spectral parameters such as Band Centers and Integrated Band Depth Ratios are used to analyze mineralogical features. The results show that detection points E and N205 are mixtures of high-Ca pyroxene and olivine, and the composition of olivineat point N205 is higher than that at point E, but the compositions of detection points S3 and N203 are mainly olivine-rich. Since there are no obvious absorption features near 1250 nm, plagioclase is not directly identified at the landing site.

In the Chang＇e-3 mission, the Active Particle-induced X-ray Spectrometer（APXS） on the Yutu rover is used to analyze the chemical composition of lunar soil and rock samples. APXS data are only valid are only if the sensor head gets close to the target and integration time lasts long enough. Therefore, working distance and integration time are the dominant factors that affect APXS results. This study confirms the ability of APXS to detect elements and investigates the effects of distance and time on the measurements. We make use of a backup APXS instrument to determine the chemical composition of both powder and bulk samples under the conditions of different working distances and integration times. The results indicate that APXS can detect seven major elements, including Mg, Al, Si, K, Ca, Ti and Fe under the condition that the working distance is less than 30 mm and having an integration time of 30 min. The statistical deviation is smaller than 15%. This demonstrates the instrument＇s ability to detect major elements in the sample. Our measurements also indicate the increase of integration time could reduce the measurement error of peak area, which is useful for detecting the elements Mg, Al and Si. However, an increase in working distance can result in larger errors in measurement, which significantly affects the detection of the element Mg.

With the rapid development of wireless communication technology and electronic devices,the issue of electromagnetic interference(EMI)is becoming increasingly *** a new and flexible electromagnetic interference shielding material has become a challenging ***,a sandwich-structured EMI shielding composite film was prepared using electrospinning and vacuum filtration *** this process,a porous MXene was synthesized through a reaction with cobalt acetate and served as the intermediate layer in the composite film to shield electromagnetic *** electrospun polyimide(PI)fibers were used as the top and bottom layers of the composite film,which can protect the porous MXene from *** lightweight and flexible composite film integrates electromagnetic interference shielding and thermal insulation capabilities,showing excellent comprehensive *** composite film achieves an EMI shielding effectiveness of 48.8 dB in X-band(8.2–12.4 GHz),and absolute shielding effectiveness of the composite film reached a satisfying 4142.43(dB·cm^(2))/*** to the design of a multi-layer porous structure,the density of the composite film is 0.65 g/***,the thermal conductivity of the film is 0.042 W/(m·K)due to the clamping of electrospun PI fibers,showing excellent thermal insulation ***,the composite film exhibits excellent high and low-temperature *** summary,this work provides a feasible strategy for preparing a lightweight polymer-based EMI shielding film.
