Elastic impedance inversion for stress indicator in weakly orthorhombic media

Hydraulic fracturing is a crucial technology for improving permeability and production of shale *** precise estimation of the stress distribution has a significant guidance for optimizing the placement of hydraulic *** that the shale gas reservoir is a weakly anisotropic medium with orthorhombic symmetry,a new stress indicator parameterized by rock mechanical parameters and fracture parameters is firstly presented to predict the differential horizontal stress ratio in shale gas ***,we derive a novel simplified P-to-P reflection coefficient and a logarithmic normalized elastic impedance(EI)as a function of Young’s modulus,Poisson’s ratio,Thomsen’s WA parameterδband normal excess compliance Z_(N).Next,we adopt azimuthal EI inversion in a Bayesian framework to estimate rock mechanics parameters and fracture parameters directly on a fractured shale gas field seismic ***,the stress indicator is determined by utilizing four inverted *** examples demonstrate that the proposed approach produces stable parameter estimates even with moderate noise,verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the *** on a field data set illustrates that the inversion results can be reasonably estimated,and the stress indicator derived by the inversion accords with the geomechanics *** with the previous method,the new stress indicator has a higher capability to describe stress characteristics in the shale *** conclude that this stress evaluation procedure can provide reliable guidance for well location deployment and hydraulic fracturing reformation.

Ceramic-lined compound copper pipe prepared by SHS process

Self-propagating high-temperature synthesis(SHS) is a new kind of material synthesis technique, and has characteristics with respect to low energy consumption, short synthetizing time, high production quantity, high product purity and no environmental pollution. When SHS combines with centrifugal casting, ceramic-lined compound copper pipe(CLCCP) can be produced, the inner surface of copper pipe can produce ceramic coatings having good wear and corrosion resistance. In order to increase the densification degree, combining strength and toughness of ceramic layer, the effects of additives such as SiO2, CrO3, Na2B4O7 and ZrO2 are researched, adding SiO2 and CrO3 in thermite, the densification degree of ceramic layer increases, adding Na2 B4 O7 in thermite can increase combining strength, adding ZrO2 in thermite can increase the toughness of ceramic layer. CLCCP is used in tubular billet crystallizer, having excellent service effects and decreasing the production cost of tubular billet.

The construction of shale rock physics model and brittleness prediction for high-porosity shale gas-bearing reservoir

Due to the huge differences between the unconventional shale and conventional sand reservoirs in many aspects such as the types and the characteristics of minerals,matrix pores and fluids,the construction of shale rock physics model is significant for the exploration and development of shale *** make a better characterization of shale gas-bearing reservoirs,we first propose a new but more suitable rock physics model to characterize the *** then use a well A to demonstrate the feasibility and reliability of the proposed rock physics model of shale gas-bearing ***,we propose a new brittleness indicator for the high-porosity and organic-rich shale gas-bearing *** on the parameter analysis using the constructed rock physics model,we finally compare the new brittleness indicator with the commonly used Young’s modulus in the content of quartz and organic matter,the matrix porosity,and the types of filled *** also propose a new shale brittleness index by integrating the proposed new brittleness indicator and the Poisson’s *** on real data sets demonstrate that the new brittleness indicator and index are more sensitive than the commonly used Young’s modulus and brittleness index for the high-porosity and high-brittleness shale gas-bearing reservoirs.

Azimuthal elastic impedance-based Fourier coefficient variation with angle inversion for fracture weakness

Quantitative inversion of fracture weakness plays an important role in fracture *** reservoirs with a set of vertical fractures as horizontal transversely isotropic media,the logarithmic normalized azimuthal elastic impedance(EI)is rewritten in terms of Fourier coefficients(FCs),the 90°ambiguity in the azimuth estimation of the symmetry axis is resolved by judging the sign of the second FC,and we choose the FCs with the highest sensitivity to fracture weakness and present a feasible inversion workflow for fracture weakness,which involves:(1)the inversion for azimuthal EI datasets from observed azimuthal angle gathers;(2)the prediction for the second FCs and azimuth of the symmetry axis from the estimated azimuthal EI datasets;and(3)the estimation of fracture weakness combining the extracted second FCs and azimuth of the symmetry axis iteratively,which is constrained utilizing the Cauchy sparse regularization and the low-frequency regularization in a Bayesian *** on synthetic and field data demonstrate that the 90°ambiguity in the azimuth estimation of the symmetry axis has been removed,and reliable fracture weakness can be obtained when the estimated azimuth of the symmetry axis deviates less than 30°,which can guide the prediction of fractured reservoirs.

In this paper,we prove that for each positive k≡1 mod m there exists a P-symmetric kmτ-periodic solution xk for asymptotically linear mτ-periodic Hamiltonian systems,which are nonautonomous and endowed with a *** the P-symmetric Hamiltonian function is semi-positive,one can prove,under a new iteration inequality of the Maslov-type P-index,that xk_(1) and xk_(2) are geometrically distinct for k_(1)/k_(2)≥(2n+1)m+1;and xk_(1),xk_(2) are geometrically distinct for k_(1)/k_(2)≥m+1 provided xk_(1) is non-degenerate.

m^(6)A methylation is the most frequent modification of mRNA in eukaryotes and plays a crucial role in cancer progression by regulating biological ***-like growth factor 2 mRNA-binding proteins(IGF2BP)are newly identified m^(6)A‘readers’.They belong to a family of RNA-binding proteins,which bind to the m^(6)A sites on different RNA sequences and stabilize them to promote cancer *** this review,we summarize the mechanisms by which different upstream factors regulate IGF2BP in *** current literature analyzed here reveals that the IGF2BP family proteins promote cancer cell proliferation,survival,and chemoresistance,inhibit apoptosis,and are also associated with cancer glycolysis,angiogenesis,and the immune response in the tumor ***,with the discovery of their role as‘readers’of m^(6)A and the characteristic re-expression of IGF2BPs in cancers,it is important to elucidate their mechanism of action in the immunosuppressive tumor *** also describe in detail the regulatory and interaction network of the IGF2BP family in downstream target RNAs and discuss their potential clinical applications as diagnostic and prognostic markers,as well as recent advances in IGF2BP biology and associated therapeutic value.

Diagnosis and treatment experience of atypical hepatic cystic echinococcosis type 1 at a tertiary center in China

BACKGROUND Some hydatid cysts of cystic echinococcosis type 1(CE1)lack well-defined cyst walls or distinctive endocysts,making them difficult to differentiate from simple hepatic *** To investigate the diagnostic methods for atypical hepatic CE1 and the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic *** The clinical data of 93 patients who had a history of visiting endemic areas of CE and were diagnosed with cystic liver lesions for the first time at the People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region(China)from January 2018 to September 2023 were retrospectively *** diagnoses were made based on findings from serum immunoglobulin tests for echinococcosis,routine abdominal ultrasound,high-frequency ultrasound,abdominal computed tomography(CT)scan,and *** to the treatments,these patients underwent reexaminations at the outpatient clinic until October *** evaluations included the diagnostic precision of diverse examinations,the efficacy of surgical approaches,and the incidence of CE *** All 93 patients were diagnosed with simple hepatic cysts by conventional abdominal ultrasound and abdominal CT *** them,16 patients were preoperatively diagnosed with atypical CE1,and 77 were diagnosed with simple hepatic cysts by high-frequency *** the 16 patients preoperatively diagnosed with atypical CE1 underwent laparoscopy,of whom 14 patients were intraoperatively confirmed to have CE1,which was consistent with the postoperative pathological diagnosis,one patient was diagnosed with a mesothelial cyst of the liver,and the other was diagnosed with a hepatic cyst combined with local *** the 77 patients who were preoperatively diagnosed with simple hepatic cysts,4 received aspiration sclerotherapy of hepatic cysts,and 19 received laparoscopic *** patients were intraoperatively diagnosed with simple hepatic *** the followup period,none of the 14 patients with CE1 expe

Enhanced memristor performance via coupling effect of oxygen vacancy and ferroelectric polarization

As a new type of nonvolatile memory,the resistive memristor has broad application prospects in in-formation storage and neural computing based on its excellent resistive switching(RS)*** present,it is still a great challenge to improve both ferroelectric polarization and leakage current to achieve a high RS on/offratio of ferroelectric ***,epitaxial Pb(Zr_(0.40)Ti_(0.60))O_(3)(PZT)thin films with low content Ca doping were deposited on the Nb:SrTiO_(3)substrate to prepare PCZT/NSTO het-erostructures and their RS behaviors were *** research findings show that compared with pure PZT film,the ferroelectric polarization of 1-mol%-Ca-doped PZT film is slightly improved,while the leak-age current is increased by three orders of ***,the RS on/offratio reaches 2.5×10^(5),about three orders of magnitude higher than pure PZT *** theoretical analysis reveals that the RS behavior of PCZT/NSTO heterostructures is controlled by the PCZT/NSTO interfacial barrier and the space charge-limited current *** results demonstrate that the ferroelectricity and electricity of ferroelectric thin films can be improved simultaneously by doping low-content Ca ions to increase the RS performance,which provides a good reference for the development of high-performance ferroelectric memristor devices.

Essential Players in Cooperative Games with Graph Communication Structure

A class of cooperative games with graph communication structure is studied in this paper by considering some important players,namely essential *** the assumption that only connected coalitions containing essential players are able to cooperate and obtain their worths,the class of graph games with essential players is proposed as well as an allocation *** proposed value follows the spirit of the Myerson value defined by applying the Shapley value on a modified *** properties,feasible component efficiency,the inessential component property,and fairness,are provided to fully characterize this value,where feasible component efficiency and fairness follows the same ideas of component efficiency and fairness for classical graph games,and the inessential component property says that the total payoffs of the players in a non-feasible component is ***,some computational aspects of the proposed value and comparisons with disjunctive permission value for games with permission structure are also studied,respectively.
