m^(6)A methylation is the most frequent modification of mRNA in eukaryotes and plays a crucial role in cancer progression by regulating biological ***-like growth factor 2 mRNA-binding proteins(IGF2BP)are newly identified m^(6)A‘readers’.They belong to a family of RNA-binding proteins,which bind to the m^(6)A sites on different RNA sequences and stabilize them to promote cancer *** this review,we summarize the mechanisms by which different upstream factors regulate IGF2BP in *** current literature analyzed here reveals that the IGF2BP family proteins promote cancer cell proliferation,survival,and chemoresistance,inhibit apoptosis,and are also associated with cancer glycolysis,angiogenesis,and the immune response in the tumor ***,with the discovery of their role as‘readers’of m^(6)A and the characteristic re-expression of IGF2BPs in cancers,it is important to elucidate their mechanism of action in the immunosuppressive tumor *** also describe in detail the regulatory and interaction network of the IGF2BP family in downstream target RNAs and discuss their potential clinical applications as diagnostic and prognostic markers,as well as recent advances in IGF2BP biology and associated therapeutic value.

Due to the constraints imposed by physical effects and performance degra certain limitations in sustaining the advancement of Moore’s ***-dimensional(2D)materials have emerged as highly promising candidates for the post-Moore era,offering significant potential in domains such as integrated circuits and next-generation ***,in this review,the progress of 2D semiconductors in process engineering and various electronic applications are summarized.A careful introduction of material synthesis,transistor engineering focused on device configuration,dielectric engineering,contact engineering,and material integration are given *** 2D transistors for certain electronic applications including digital and analog circuits,heterogeneous integration chips,and sensing circuits are ***,several promising applications(artificial intelligence chips and quantum chips)based on specific mechanism devices are ***,the challenges for 2D materials encountered in achieving circuit-level or system-level applications are analyzed,and potential development pathways or roadmaps are further speculated and outlooked.

Coal,a carbon-rich mineral with plentiful reserves,serves not only as a fuel but also as a raw material,presenting lower pollution emissions in the latter *** a materials chemistry standpoint,coal is a viable raw material for graphene *** study develops a promising and sustainable method to convert coal into graphene,leveraging its unique macromolecular aromatic struc-ture and high carbon *** investigation includes an analysis of the lateral size,morphology,and chemical composition of coal-derived graphene using techniques such as X-ray diffraction,Raman spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and op-tical *** confirm that coal can effectively replace natural graphite flakes in graphene production,with the derived graphene featuring three to six exfoliated layers and an oxygen content below 5.5%.While the graphene from coal shares a similar morphology to that derived from graphite,it exhibits more structural ***,the macroscopic size of the coal does not influence the microscopic composition and structure of the ***,the thermal reduction method for oxidized graphene proves more effective at repairing structural defects than chemical *** coal-derived graphene as a supercapacitor electrode demonstrates excellent cycling stability and ultra-high capacitance storage *** H-CG-325 shows the highest dis-charge area-specific capacitance across various current *** an increased current density of 10 A/g,the H-CG-325 maintains 80.6%of its initial capacitance of 79 F/g observed at 1 A/*** tests reveal that coal-based graphene holds significant potential as a supercapacitor material,indicating promising applications in energy storage and conversion.

One-dimensional semiconductor materials possess excellent photoelectric properties and potential for the construction of integrated nanodevices. Among them, Sn-doped CdS has different micro-nano structures, including nanoribbons,nanowires, comb-like structures, and superlattices, with rich optical microcavity modes, excellent optical properties, and a wide range of application fields. This article reviews the research progress of various micrometer structures of Sn-doped CdS, systematically elaborates the effects of different growth conditions on the preparation of Sn-doped CdS micro-nano structures, as well as the spectral characteristics of these structures and their potential applications in certain fields. With the continuous progress of nanotechnology, it is expected that Sn-doped CdS micro-nano structures will achieve more breakthroughs in the field of optoelectronics and form cross-integration with other fields, jointly promoting scientific, technological, and social development.

The metal promoted In_(2)O_(3) catalysts for CO_(2) hydrogenation to methanol have attracted wide attention because of their high activity with high methanol ***,there was still no experimental confirmation if copper could be a good promoter for In_(2)O_(3).Herein,the Cu promoted In_(2)O_(3) catalyst was prepared using a deposition-precipitation *** prepared Cu/In_(2)O_(3) catalyst shows significantly higher CO_(2) conversion and space time yield(STY)of methanol,compared to the un-promoted In_(2)O_(3) *** loading of Cu facilitates the activation of both H_(2) and CO_(2) with the interface between the Cu cluster and defective In_(2)O_(3) as the active *** Cu/In_(2)O_(3) catalyst takes the CO hydrogenation pathway for methanol synthesis from CO_(2) *** exhibits a unique size effect on the CO *** temperatures below 250℃,CO adsorption on Cu/In_(2)O_(3) is stronger than that on In_(2)O_(3),causing higher methanol *** increasing temperatu res,the Cu catalyst aggregates,which leads to the formation of weak CO adsorption site and causes a decrease in the methanol *** with other metal promoted In_(2)O_(3) catalysts,it can be concluded that the catalyst with stronger CO adsorption possesses higher methanol selectivity.

Compared with traditional environments,the cloud environment exposes online services to additional vulnerabilities and threats of cyber attacks,and the cyber security of cloud platforms is becoming increasingly prominent.A piece of code,known as a Webshell,is usually uploaded to the target servers to achieve multiple *** Webshell attacks has become a hot spot in current ***,the traditional Webshell detectors are not built for the cloud,making it highly difficult to play a defensive role in the cloud ***,a Webshell detection system based on deep learning that is successfully applied in various scenarios,is proposed in this *** system contains two important components:gray-box and neural network *** gray-box analyzer defines a series of rules and algorithms for extracting static and dynamic behaviors from the code to make the decision *** neural network analyzer transforms suspicious code into Operation Code(OPCODE)sequences,turning the detection task into a classification *** experiment results show that SmartEagleEye achieves an encouraging high detection rate and an acceptable false-positive rate,which indicate its capability to provide good protection for the cloud environment.

The oscillation phenomena associated with the con-trol of voltage source converters(VSCs)are concerning,mak-ing it crucial to locate the sources of such oscillations and sup-press the ***,this paper presents a location scheme based on the energy structure and nonlinearity *** energy structure,which conforms to the principle of the energy-based method and dissipativity theory,is developed to describe the transient energy flow for VSCs,based on which a defined characteristic quantity is implemented to narrow the scope for locating the sources of ***,based on the self-sustained oscillation characteristics of VsCs,an in-dex for nonlinearity detection is applied to locate the VSCs that produce the oscillation *** combination of the energy structure and nonlinearity detection distinguishes the contribu-tions of different VSCs to the *** results of a case study implemented by the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation validate theproposed scheme.

Perovskites have attracted extensive attention as radiation detection material due to their long carrier diffusion length and lifetime, high absorption coefficient, and flexible manufacturing process. Compared with polycrystalline structures, single crystal perovskites improve the performance of optoelectronic devices due to their low defect state density, better photoelectric characteristics, and chemical ***, we review the recent progress of single crystal perovskite X-ray detectors. First, we briefly introduced the basic concepts, detection mechanisms, figure of merits of perovskite X-ray detectors, and the preparation methods of single crystal perovskites. Then, we summarized the significant advancements in single crystal perovskite X-ray detectors in recent times. Finally, we discussed the critical challenges and some practicable solutions for developing high-performance X-ray detectors.

In the bone immune microenvironment,immune cells can regulate osteoblasts through a complex communication *** play a central role in mediating immune osteogenesis,exosomes derived from them have osteogenic regulation and can be used as cariers in bone tissue ***,there are problems with exosomal therapy alone,such as poor targeting,and the content of loaded molecules cannot reach the therapeutic *** this study,macrophage-derived exosomes modified with miR-365-2-5p were developed to accelerate bone ***3T3-E1 cells were incubated with the culture supermatants of Mo,M1 and M2 macrophages,and it was found that the culture medium of M2 macrophages had the most significant effects in contributing to ***-throughput sequencing identified that miR-365-2-5p was significantly expressed in exosomes derived from M2 *** incubated MC3T3-E1 with exosomes overexpressing or kmocking down miR-365-2-5p to examine the biological function of exosome miR-365-2-5p on MC3T3-E1 *** findings suggested that miR-365-2-5p secreted by exosomes increased the osteogenesis of ***,miR-365-2-5p had a direct influence over osteogenesis for *** analysis combined with dual luciferase detection indicated that miR-365-2-5p binded to the 3'-UTR of *** summary,exosomes secreted by M2 macrophages targeted OLFML1 through miR-365-2-5p to facilitate osteogenesis.

Quantum systems are exceedingly difficult to engineer because they are sensitive to various types of *** particular,timedependent noises are frequently encountered in experiments but how to overcome them remains a challenging *** this work,we propose a flexible robust control technique to resist time-dependent noises based on inverse geometric optimization working in the filter-function *** basic idea is to parameterize the control filter function geometrically and minimize its overlap with the noise spectral *** then effectively reduces the noise susceptibility of the controlled system *** show that the proposed method can produce high-quality robust pulses for realizing desired quantum evolutions under realistic noise ***,we demonstrate this method in examples including dynamical decoupling and quantum sensing protocols to enhance their performances.
