As part of ongoing risk assessments of ZnO nanoparticles(nZnO) in the natural environment, transport behaviors of nZnO in soil need investigation. This work comparatively studied the transport and retention behavior of nZnO in silica sand versus soil, where the effect of input concentration(C0= 34 430 mg L-1) and ionic strength(IS =1 50 mM) were investigated. In silica sand, nZnO were highly mobile, especially at low C0 and the efflux of nZnO generally decreased with increasing C0 at all tested IS. Conversely, at low C0, n ZnO were almost entirely immobile in soil and the efflux of nZnO increased with C0 at all tested IS. In both media, the retention profiles(RPs)were generally hyper-exponentially shaped suggesting nZnO easily deposited near the column inlet. As indicated by DLVO calculations, previously deposited nZnO on the silica sand surface acted as new deposition sites due to the lower energy barrier(Φmax) between nZnO-nZnO than between nZnO-silica sand. However, previously deposited nZnO in soil could enhance Φmaxbetween the soil surface and nZnO which resulted in unfavorable sites for nZnO deposition. The two-site kinetic attachment model provided good descriptions for the breakthrough curves of *** was more significant than attachment in silica sand(k1d>k1a), whereas soil surface attachment of nZnO were strong and irreversible(k1a>k1d). The straining interaction parameter(k2str) increased with increasing C0 in silica sand, but decreased with C0 in soil. Such differences were mainly responsible for the various transport behaviors of nZnO in silica sand and soil.

目的研究加拿大安大略癌症治疗中心(CCO)关于早期乳腺癌最佳辅助化疗方案,包括人类表皮生长因子受体2(HER2)阳性乳腺癌辅助靶向治疗方案,并对其进行改编。方法按照美国临床肿瘤协会(ASCO)对其他组织临床实践指南改编的策略和程序,对CCO临床实践指南的严谨性与内容适用性进行回顾。结果基于对CCO临床实践指南内容的回顾,ASCO小组认为,CCO临床实践指南在整体上清晰全面,以最确切的科学证据为基础,为患者提供可接受的治疗选项。推荐关于辅助化疗方案的决定,应考虑到基线复发风险、毒性、利益可能性和宿主因素(如合并症)。对于高风险HER2阴性的身体状况良好的人群,蒽环类和紫杉烷治疗方案是标准治疗方案。4个周期的多西他赛和环磷酰胺治疗方案是可接受的非蒽环类治疗方案。对于高风险HER2阳性患者,推荐蒽环类与紫杉烷序贯疗法联合曲妥单抗或多西他赛、卡铂、曲妥单抗进行6个周期的治疗。对于低风险、非淋巴结转移、HER2阳性人群,推荐每周一次的紫杉醇和曲妥单抗连续进行12个周期的替代治疗。曲妥单抗应持续使用1年。不应采用铂复合盐对三阴性人群进行常规的辅助管理,除非出现有效的生存数据加以支持。

GRF(Growth-regulating factor)基因家族是一种广泛分布于种子植物的转录因子,在调节植物的生长、发育中发挥重要的作用。本研究从葡萄基因组鉴定出8个VvGRF基因,命名为VvGRF1~VvGRF8。采用生物信息学的方法,系统地对葡萄Vv GRF家族的蛋白理化性质、进化关系、保守基序及在不同发育时期的差异性表达进行预测和分析。结果表明,VvGRF基因内含子与外显子数量差异较小,在所有预测蛋白的n端含有两个典型的保守结构域QLQ与WRC;系统进化分析将GRF家族成员分为6组,其中葡萄与甜瓜的亲缘关系较拟南芥、番茄两种双子叶植物近;顺式作用元件表明,调控分生组织、胚、种子发育及生长素、赤霉素等信号传导和逆境胁迫响应元件,在VvGRFs启动子序列中大量存在;基因特异性表达分析显示,多数GRF基因在葡萄发育的花后2周、10周时期的表达丰富度高,在接近成熟时期的表达丰富度较低,表明GRF在葡萄生长、转色早期起着重要的作用,参与组织、器官的生长调节。本研究为进一步探究葡萄GRF基因家族的结构及生长发育时期的功能调节提供了参考依据。

Fibrinogen-like protein 2 fibroleukin expression and its correlation with disease progression in murine hepatitis virus type 3-induced fulminant hepatitis and in patients with severe viral hepatitis B

AIM： To evaluate the expression of fibrinogenlike protein 2 （fgl2） and its correlation with disease progression in both mice and patients with severe viral hepatitis. METHODS： Balb/cJ or A/J mice were infected intraperitoneally （ip） with 100 PFU of murine hepatitis virus type 3 （MHV-3）, liver and serum were harvested at 24, 48, and 72 h post infection for further use. Liver tissues were obtained from 23 patients with severe acute chronic （AOC） hepatitis B and 13 patients with mild chronic hepatitis B. Fourteen patients with mild chronic hepatitis B with cirrhosis and 4 liver donors served as normal controls. In addition, peripheral blood mononuciear cells （PBMC） were isolated from 30 patients （unpaired） with severe AOC hepatitis B and 10 healthy volunteers as controls. Procoagulant activity representing functional prothrombinase activity in PBMC and white blood cells was also assayed. A polyclonal antibody against fgl2 was used to detect the expression of both mouse and human fgl2 protein in liver samples as well as in PBMC by immunohistochemistry staining in a separate set of studies. Alanine aminotransferase （ALT） and total bilirubin （TBil） in serum were measured to assess the severity of liver injury.RESULTS： Histological changes were found in liver sections 12-24 h post MHV-3 infection in Balb/cJ mice. In association with changes in liver histology, marked elevations in serum ALT and TBil were observed. House fgl2 （mfgl2） protein was detected in the endothelium of intrahepatic veins and hepatic sinusoids within the liver 24 h after MHV-3 infection. Liver tissues from the patients with severe AOC hepatitis B had classical pathological features of acute necroinflammation. Human fgl2 （hfgl2） was detected in 21 of 23 patients （91.30%） with severe AOC hepatitis B, while only 1 of 13 patients （7.69%） with mild chronic hepatitis B and cirrhosis had hfgl2 mRnA or protein expression. We present one of the first Shanghai Tian Ma Radio Telescope (TMRT) K Band observations towards a sample of 26 infrared dark clouds (IRDCs).We observed the (1,1),(2,2),(3,3),and (4,4) transitions of nH_(3) together with CCS (2_(1)–>1_(0)) and HC_(3)nJ=2-1,*** survey dramatically increases the existing CCS-detected IRDC sample from 8 to 23,enabling a better statistical study of the ratios of carbon-chain molecules (CCM) to n-bearing molecules in *** the newly developed hyperfine group ratio (HFGR) method of fitting nH_(3) inversion lines,we found the gas temperature to be between 10 and18 *** column density ratios of CCS to nH_(3) for most of the IRDCs are less than 10^(-2),distinguishing IRDCs from low-mass star-forming *** carried out chemical evolution simulations based on a three-phase chemical model *** measurements of the column density ratios between CCM and nH_(3) are consistent with chemical evolutionary ages of 10^(5) yr in the *** of the data and chemical models suggest that CCS,HC_(3)n,and nH_(3) are sensitive to the chemical evolutionary stages of the sources.

The quality of surface waters is often altered by the presence of bacteria of faecal origin, as a result of untimely discharge of solid and liquid waste from households. The Sonfonia Lake located in the commune of Ratoma is under the influence of various forms of pollution resulting for the most part from anthropic activities. Field visits, interviews with resource persons and bacteriological analysis were carried out to assess the level of this pollution. Two water sampling campaigns were carried out during the low-water period and two others during the flood period of 2021. The comparison of the levels of faecal contamination bacteria in the present study with a previous one carried out in 2018 on the waters of the same lake, indicates an increase in the level of faecal coliforms and faecal streptococci that exceed the indicator values recommended by the WHO. These results show that Lake Sonfonia is polluted. This could be related to the increase in anthropogenic and demographic activities during the last four years. On the other hand, the analysis of the results showed the absence of pathogenic germs such as salmonella. The mann-Whitney U statistical test was used to compare the value of the means of each of the variables observed during the two seasons.
