The purpose of this paper is to study a new viscosity iterative algorithm based on a generalized contraction for finding a common element of the set of solutions of a general variational inequality problem for finite inversely strongly accretive mappings and the set of common fixed points for a countable family of strict pseudo-contractions in uniformly smooth Banach spaces. We prove some strong convergence theorems under some suitable conditions. The results obtained in this paper improve and extend the recent ones announced by many others in the literature.

目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者抗病毒治疗中血清乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)RNA水平变化与乙型肝炎病毒e抗原(HBeAg)及肝硬化的关系。方法选择核苷(酸)类似物抗病毒治疗中的CHB患者491例,其中HBeAg阳性206例、阴性285例,有肝硬化117例、无肝硬化374例。用全自动荧光定量PCR分析仪检测血清HBV DNA,用全自动核酸检测分析系统检测血清HBV RNA。二分类多因素非条件Logistic回归分析HBV RNA阳性对CHB患者抗病毒治疗中HBeAg阳性、肝硬化的影响,用Pearson相关法分析血清HBV RNA水平与HBV DNA水平的相关性。结果HBeAg阳性患者年龄小于HBeAg阴性患者(P0.05)。年龄小、HBV DNA阳性、HBV RNA阳性是CHB患者抗病毒治疗中HBeAg阳性的危险因素(P均<0.05)。男性、年龄大、HBV DNA阳性、HBV RNA阳性是CHB患者抗病毒治疗中肝硬化的危险因素(P均<0.05)。CHB患者血清HBV RNA水平与HBV DNA水平呈正相关(P均<0.05)。结论HBV RNA阳性是CHB患者抗病毒治疗中HBeAg阳性、肝硬化的危险因素,HBV RNA检测可作为HBV DNA评估病毒复制活性的有效补充。

In this paper, we study the well-posedness of the third-order differential equation with finite delay(P3): αu’"(t) + u"(t) = Au(t) + Bu’(t) + Fut +f(t)(t ∈ T := [0,2π]) with periodic boundary conditions u(0) = u(2π), u’(0) = u"(2π),u"(0)=u"(2π) in periodic Lebesgue-Bochner spaces Lp(T;X) and periodic Besov spaces Bp,qs(T;X), where A and B are closed linear operators on a Banach space X satisfying D(A) ∩ D(B) ≠ {0}, α≠ 0 is a fixed constant and F is a bounded linear operator from Lp([-2π, 0];X)(resp. Bp,qs([-2π, 0];X)) into X, ut is given by ut(s) = u(t + s) when s ∈ [-2π,0]. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the Lp-well-posedness(resp. Bp,qs-well-posedness)of(P3) are given in the above two function spaces. We also give concrete examples that our abstract results may be applied.

We study the well-posedness of the second order degenerate integro-differential equations （P2）：（Mu）t＇（t）＋ a（Mu）＇（t） = Au（t）＋ ft_c~ a（t - s）Au（s）ds ＋ f（t）, 0 ≤ t ≤ 27r, with periodic boundary conditions Mu（O） = Mu（27r）, （Mu）＇（O） = （Mu）＇（2π）, in periodic Lebesgue-Bochner spaces LP（T,X）, periodic Besov spaces BBp,q（T, X） and periodic Triebel-Lizorkin spaces F~,q（＇F, X）, where A and M are closed linear operators on a Banach space X satisfying D（A） C D（M）, a C LI（R＋） and a is a scalar number. Using known operator- valued Fourier multiplier theorems, we completely characterize the well-posedness of （P2） in the above three function spaces.

In this paper,we investigate a new inertial viscosity extragradient algorithm for solving variational inequality problems for pseudo-monotone and Lipschitz continuous operator and fixed point problems for quasi-nonexpansive mappings in real Hilbert *** convergence theorems are obtained under some appropriate conditions on the ***,we give some numerical experiments to show the advantages of our proposed *** results obtained in this paper extend and improve some recent works in the literature.

An analytical method has been developed to determine bisphenol A and five degradation products of al-kylphenol ethoxylates in sewage and sludge. The parameters of accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) were optimized. C18 cartridge was used to clean up the sewage and the extract of sludge. The sensitivity of the mass detector was improved by adjusting the voltage of the lens manually. The instrumental detection limit was 3.2―17.8 pg. The method detection limits were 2.5―11.4 ng/L and 0.3―2.1 ng/g for sewage and sludge analysis respectively. The recovery and relative standard deviation for sewage analysis were 79.2%―111.4% and 6.9%―12.6%; for sludge analysis were 68.5%―114.0% and 8.9%―16.0%. Finally this method was applied to determin-ing the phenolic endocrine disrupting chemicals in sewage and sludge from a sewage treatment plant in Beijing.

The presence and functions of nuclear actin have been controversial due to the lack of molecular *** actin and actin?『elated proteins (Arps) are subunits of several chromatin remodelers, including the evolutionarily conserved IN080 chromatin-remodeling complex. Here, we present an improved cryo-EM structure of the yeast IN080 complex and the first 3D reconstruction of the IN080 actin/Arp *** modular and subunit architecture is defined using a combination of subunit deletion analysis and published crosslinking-mass spectrometry. The functional interactions of the IN080 actin/Arp module with a nucleosome is 3D EM reconstructed in two different binding states. Nucleosomes initially bind to the Arp8 subunit and the substantial conformational changes maximize nucleosome contacts of the actin/Arp module, which could promote the bound nucleosome to be engaged onto the IN080 ATPase domain. Our findings suggest that the conserved nuclear actin/Arp module acts a conformational switch of the IN080 for nucleosome binding.

Keratinase production and keratin degradation by a mutant strain of Bacillus subtilis

A new feather-degrading bacterium was isolated from a local feather waste site and identified as Bacillus subtilis based on morphological, physiochemical, and phylogenetic characteristics. Screening for mutants with elevated keratinolytic activity using N-methyl-N＇-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine mutagenesis resulted in a mutant strain KD-N2 producing keratinolytic activity about 2.5 times that of the wild-type strain. The mutant strain produced inducible keratinase in different substrates of feathers, hair, wool and silk under submerged cultivation. Scanning electron microscopy studies showed the degradation of feathers, hair and silk by the keratinase. The optimal conditions for keratinase production include initial pH of 7.5, inoculum size of 2% （v/v）, age of inoculum of 16 h, and cultivation at 23 ℃. The maximum keratinolytic activity of KD-N2 was achieved after 30 h. Essential amino acids like threonine, valine, methionine as well as ammonia were produced when feathers were used as substrates. Strain KD-N2, therefore, shows great promise of finding potential applications in keratin hydrolysis and keratinase production.

Entanglement of Non-symmetric Two Atomic Qubits Induced by a Coherent State Field

The entanglement of two atomic qubits, which are coupled to a coherent state field with different couplings, is studied. The dynamical evolution of the concurrence, which measures the degree of the entanglement between the two qubits, is plotted versus the scaled time gt. It is found that the two qubits can be entangled by the coherent state field even when they are initially prepared in the most mixed state, and for very weak field, the most mixed state can be; more easily entangled than some pure states. It is also found that the entanglement between the qubits sensitively depends on the relative difference of the atomic couplings and the mean photon number of the field.
