通过析出硬化提高Al−Si−Cu合金的力学性能。这些合金对时效硬化的反应非常缓慢。为了解决这一问题,在Al−10.5Si−3.4Cu合金中分别加入0.2%、0.4%和0.7%(质量分数)的镁。该新型合金在固溶处理阶段经过两种不同的析出硬化过程。结果表明,添加不同含量的镁可加速该合金对时效处理的响应,提高其硬度和强度。双级固溶热处理可以提高合金的力学性能。添加0.2%Mg的Al−10.5Si−3.4Cu合金通过双级固溶热处理后获得最佳的性能,其极限抗拉强度为383.9 MPa,屈服强度为289.7 MPa,伸长率为3.97%,可替代需要高强度和优良铸造性能的铝铸件。

Lysiphlebus testaceipes （Hymenoptera： Braconidae： Aphidiinae） is a generalist endoparasitoid attacking more than 100 aphid species. In L. testaceipes, wing fanning is a main male courtship display evoked by a female-borne sex pheromone. However, no information is available on the characteristics and behavioral role of male fanning during courtship in this parasitoid. Here, the courtship behavior of a wild strain ofL. testaceipes was quantified and the male wing fanning performances were analyzed through high-speed video recordings and examined in relation to mating success. Courtship sequence of wild L. testaceipes did not substantially differ from that previously reported for other populations mass reared on aphids. We observed that the male courtship duration did not affect mating success. However, video analysis revealed that the males producing high-frequency fanning signals achieved higher mating success over those that display low-frequency fanning. Wing fanning before successful and unsuccessful courtship differed in amplitude of wing movements and alignment toward the mate, highlighting that frontal courtship positively influence the female mating decisions. This study increases knowledge on sexual behavior in a key parasitoid of aphids, highlighting the importance of wing fanning among the range of sensory modalities used in the sexual communication ofL. testaceipes. From a practical point of view, this information is useful in L. testaceipes-based biocontrol strategies, since it can help to establish parameters for quality checking of mass-reared wasps over time.

Freeze-thaw Resistance of Concrete in Seawater

The effect of freeze-thaw cycles in seawater on the performance of concrete was studied in this paper. Concrete samples with different water binder ratio and different component were prepared,and were then put into fresh water and synthesized seawater. After the experiments of freeze-thaw cycles,the mass loss,relative dynamic elastic modulus (RDEM) and compressive strength of each sample were tested. The results obtained reveal that with the increase of the water binder ratio,the resistance ability of freeze-thaw impact in seawater of concrete decrease dramatically. When the concrete contain 15% fly ash and 20% slag,its resistance ability to the freeze-thaw impact in seawater is the optimal. Compared to the seawater corrosion,the impact of freeze-thaw cycles to the properties of concrete is severer.

Tremendous progress has been made in the past decade regarding our understanding of the gut microbiome’s role in human ***,however,a comprehensive and focused review marrying the two distinct fields of gut microbiome and material research is *** bridge the gap,the current paper discusses critical aspects of the rapidly emerging research topic of“material engineering in the gut microbiome and human health.”By engaging scientists with diverse backgrounds in biomaterials,gut-microbiome axis,neuroscience,synthetic biology,tissue engineering,and biosensing in a dialogue,our goal is to accelerate the development of research tools for gut microbiome research and the development of therapeutics that target the gut *** this purpose,state-of-the-art knowledge is presented here on biomaterial technologies that facilitate the study,analysis,and manipulation of the gut microbiome,including intestinal organoids,gut-on-chip models,hydrogels for spatial mapping of gut microbiome compositions,microbiome biosensors,and oral bacteria delivery *** addition,a discussion is provided regarding the microbiome-gut-brain axis and the critical roles that biomaterials can play to investigate and regulate the ***,perspectives are provided regarding future directions on how to develop and use novel biomaterials in gut microbiome research,as well as essential regulatory rules in clinical *** this way,we hope to inspire research into future biomaterial technologies to advance gut microbiome research and gut microbiome-based theragnostics.

Hemostatic genes in symptomatic and hidden forms of thrombotic complications in *** given article we present the results of genetic testing for the factors of hemostasis in 30 patients during pregnancy and postnatal period which constitute a single group due to common mechanisms of complications(thrombosis in placenta,central or peripheral veins)and clinically manifested by severe preeclampsia,intrauterine growth restriction,premature detachment of normally situated placenta,venous thrombosis during pregnancy and after *** detectedС677Тpolymorphism of MTHFR gene in 33.3%,F5 g1691A in23.3%,F1g455A in 36.7%.The most frequent mutations were in genes of anticoagulant system:PAI-1 gene(93.3%in a general group;100%in the group of women with thrombosis),ACE gene(60%),ITgB(40%).In majority of observed cases we defined combinations of mutations of different *** all women of the study complications developed on a background of risk factors such as caesarian section,infection,hormonal therapy,bed *** consider that both genetic polymorphisms and risk factors of thrombosis should be detected in early terms of pregnancy and presence of their combination requires a thromboprophylaxis during pregnancy and after delivery,especially after Cesarean section.

Spinal cord injury(SCI) is a serious medical condition that causes functional, psychological and socioeconomic disorder. Therefore, patients with SCI experience significant impairments in various aspects of their life. The goals of rehabilitation and other treatment approaches in SCI are to improve functional level, decrease secondary morbidity and enhance health-relatedquality of life. Acute and long-term secondary medical complications are common in patients with SCI. However, chronic complications especially further negatively impact on patients' functional independence and quality of life. Therefore, prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of chronic secondary complications in patients with SCI is critical for limiting these complications, improving survival, community participation and health-related quality of life. The management of secondary chronic complications of SCI is also important for SCI specialists, families and caregivers as well as patients. In this paper, we review data about common secondary longterm complications after SCI, including respiratory complications, cardiovascular complications, urinary and bowel complications, spasticity, pain syndromes, pressure ulcers, osteoporosis and bone fractures. The purpose of this review is to provide an overview of risk factors, signs, symptoms, prevention and treatment approaches for secondary long-term complications in patients with SCI.

The Burpers vectore of these diBlocation ledges weredetermined to be 1/2[110] and 1/2g to the 90 dey. and 30 *** partials at noral ledges, i.e. 90 dep. The jormation mechanism of this new tare of dislocation ledgewas discussed.
