The load partitioning between the magnesium and titanium phases in an extruded Mg-15%Ti(vol.%) composite from room temperature up to 300 ℃ using synchrotron radiation diffraction during in-situ compression tests. During compression, the magnesium matrix composite deforms mainly by the activation of the extension twinning system up to 200 ℃. The volume fraction of twins increases with the plastic strain but decrease with the compression temperature. Hard titanium particles bear an additional load transferred by the soft magnesium matrix from room temperature up to 300 ℃. This effect is amplified after yield stress during plastic deformation. Additionally, twins within magnesium grains behaves as an additional reinforcement at low temperature(below 200 ℃) inducing an increase in the work hardening of the composite.

The infiuence of small calcium additions on the high-temperature mechanical behaviour in an extruded Mg-6Zn-l Y(wt.%)alloy reinforced by the I-phase has been *** promotes the formation of the intermetallic Mg6Zn3Ca2 phase instead of 1-phase,which results in a noticeable improvement of the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength of the alloy above 100℃.The strength of the alloys was analysed taking into account the contribution due to the grain size,the crystallographic texture and the volume fraction and nature of second phase *** situ synchrotron radiation diffraction experiments have been used to evaluate the load partitioning between the magnesium matrix and the second phase particles(1-and MgeZgCa?phases)in both *** load transfer from the magnesium matrix towards the MgeZihCa?phase is markedly more effective than that for the I-phase over the entire temperature range,especially at 200°C,temperature at which the reinforcement effect of the I-phase is null.

The deformation behavior of the as-extruded Mg-Y-Ni alloys with different volume fraction of long period stacking ordered(LPSO)phase during tension and compression was investigated by in-situ synchrotron *** micro-yielding,macro-yielding,tension-compression asymmetry and strain hardening behavior of the alloys were explored by combining with deformation *** micro-yielding is dominated by basal slip of dynamic recrystallized(DRXed)grains in tension,while it is dominated by extension twinning of non-dynamic recrystallized(non-DRXed)grains in *** macro-yielding,the non-DRXed grains are still elastic deformed in tension and the basal slip of DRXed grains in compression are ***,the LPSO phase still retains elastic deformation,but can bear more load,so the higher the volume fraction of hard LPSO phase,the higher the tensile/compressive macro-yield strength of the *** from the low volume fraction of the non-DRXed grains and the delay effect of LPSO andγphases on extension twinning,the as-extruded alloys exhibit excellent tension-compression *** the volume fraction of LPSO phase reaches∼50%,tension-compression asymmetry is reversed,which is due to the fact that the LPSO phase is stronger in compression than in *** tensile strain hardening behavior is dominated by dislocation slip,while the dominate mechanism for compressive strain hardening changes from twinning in theα-Mg grains to kinking of the LPSO phase with increasing volume fraction of LPSO *** activation of kinking leads to the constant compressive strain hardening rate of∼2500 MPa,which is significantly higher than the tensile strain hardening rate.

醇类化合物选择性氧化为醛、酸和酯在工业应用中是一类重要的化学反应.按照绿色化学的要求,无溶剂、无外加碱源,以分子氧为氧化剂,对醇类氧化反应提出了重要挑战,特别是无溶剂氧化醇制备酯类化学品.因此开发高效催化剂应用于无溶剂醇氧化成为研究热点.目前Pd基贵金属催化剂应用于醇的无溶剂氧化已取得一定进展,但贵金属的稀缺性限制了其工业应用.由于碱性环境可以有效促进醇的氧化,但碱性物质的添加可能导致反应体系的二次污染.此外,Co基非贵金属催化剂可以有效无溶剂氧化醇,但稳定性一般.因此,合成高活性高稳定性催化剂用于醇类化合物的无溶剂选择性氧化是重要的科学问题.本文采用电弧熔炼法可控制备半金属CoSi合金(AM-CoSi),在无溶剂无碱条件下将其应用于六种芳香醇的选择性氧化.采用X射线吸收精细结构谱、电子顺磁共振和球差扫描透射电镜对AM-CoSi催化剂进行结构表征,发现其以钴硅合金的形式存在,具有Co空穴和Si空穴,并且以Si空穴为主.反应结果表明,使用AM-CoSi催化剂在220℃可完全转化苯甲醇,并以70%的产率得到苯甲酸苄酯(BBE),使用无缺陷CoSi合金,只得到9.5%的BBE,说明Si空穴存在可以高效的转化苯甲醇并高产率得到BBE.此外,通过调控反应温度,使用AM-CoSi无溶剂氧化六种芳香醇(带有不同吸电子基团和供电子基团)可高选择性得到对应的醛,选择性高达84%以上.中间体反应实验结果表明,AM-CoSi催化剂具有很好的酯化催化活性,苯甲醇首先氧化成苯甲醛,再氧化成苯甲酸,然后苯甲酸与苯甲醇发生酯化反应生成BBE.采用单组分合金成分和无空穴CoSi合金(S-CoSi)进行催化剂对比实验,发现合金结构和空穴有利于苯甲醇的氧化.设计无空穴CoSi合金、Co空穴CoSi合金和Si空穴CoSi合金三种催化剂模型,并利用密度泛函理论计算模拟苯甲醇在这三种模型上的氧化路径,结果表明,CoSi合金结构促进醇的转化,Si空穴有利于BBE的产生.综上,本文将为其他半金属合金催化剂的合成和应用提供了新思路.

The importance triiodide （CH3NH3PbI3 or of methylammonium lead MAPbI3） organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites has shot up dramatically since their use in highly efficient thin-film perovskite solar cells （PSCs）. However, the basic structural characterization of these fascinating materials remains sparse. In particular, Raman spectroscopy, which is a powerful vibrational spectroscopy characterization tool and complements other characterization methods, of MAPbI3 under ambient conditions is plagued with difficulties. Here, a systematic ambient Raman spectroscopy characterization study of MAPbI3 thin films is conducted under different conditions （excitation laser wavelength, integration time, filter characteristic）. The results from this study help elucidate the possible sources of artifacts in the Raman spectra, and raise the awareness of the challenges in the ambient Raman spectroscopy of MAPbI3 perovskites. Approaches to overcome these challenges are suggested.

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary free fatty acid(FFA)content and degree of fat saturation on production performance,lipid and calcium digestibility,and intestinal function of laying *** a 15-week period,a total of 144 laying hens(19 weeks old)were randomly assigned to 8 dietary treatments,which were obtained by gradually replacing crude soybean oil with soybean acid oil(AO),or crude palm oil with palm fatty acid distillate(FAD).Thus,there were 4 soybean and 4 palm diets with 6%added fat varying in their FFA percentage(10%,20%,30%,and 45%),following a 2×4 factorial *** treatment included 6 replicates with 3 birds per *** daily feed intake and final body weight were significantly higher in palm diets(Pgg mass and feed conversion *** levels of FFA in soybean diets resulted in lower egg production and higher egg weight(linear,Pgarding the degree of fat saturation,hens fed soybean diets presented higher digestibility of ether extract(EE),fatty acids,and calcium than palm diets(Pge negatively affected the digestibility of EE and calcium(Pg little effect on FA *** was a significant interaction in the AME;lower values were reported in soybean diets as the dietary FFA percentage increased(linear,Pgastrointestinal weight and ***,the jejunum of soybean diets showed higher villus height and higher villus height-to-crypt depth ratio than palm diets(Pge increased the crypt depth and decreased the villus height-to-crypt depth ratio(linear,Pg dietary FFA content did not affect fat utilization as much as the degree of saturation did,supporting the use of AO and FAD as alternative fat ingredients.

Objective: To observe the conversion disorder in a neurological emergency department. Methods: It is common that the initial approach to this patients include the use of various diagnostic exams. In this series we reviewed 94 patients that arrived a neurological emergency room in a 3 year period. Results: 72 patients were females (76%), and the initial presumptive diagnosis were: neurovascular syndrome in 36 patients (38.3%), convulsive disorder in 20 patients (21.28%), and conversive disorder in 8 patients (8.51%). 82 patients had motor symptoms and 61 sensitive symptoms. 88 patients (93%) required neuroimaging studies, 77 (81%) patients underwent through basic biochemical panels. Other tests performed were:electroencephalogram in 12 patients (12.77%), electromyography in 11 patients (11.7%), lumbar punction in 8 patients (8.04%) and regarding the medical consult in the care of these patients 11 were evaluated by 1 specialists, 35 (37.2%) by 2 different specialties, 42 (44.63%) patients required evaluation by 3, and 6 patients (6.38%) required evaluation by 4 different specialties. Conclusions: Based on this data, we conclude that conversion disorders require a lot of resources in the emergency room and that the similarities with neurological diseases demands a complete workup including expensive diagnostic tools. However, this patients can be discharged safely without requiring hospitalization.

AIM: To determine reproducibility of perioperative chemotherapy for gastric cancer(gC) on our settings by identifying patient's overall survival and comparing them to larger ***: Retrospective analysis of our series,where we present our eleven-year's experience on gC managed according to perioperative approach of three preoperative chemotherapy cycles followed by surgery and finally three postoperative chemotherapy *** scheme used was Xelox(Oxaliplatin and Capecitabine).Epidemiologic parameters as well as surgical variables were analysed,presented,and compared to other series with similar *** was estimated by Kaplan Meier/log rank method and also compared to these ***: Mean age was 65 years *** survival in our series was 37.7%,similar to other groups using perioperative *** was 4% and morbidity 30%,which are also similar to those *** curves were compared to larger studies,finding similarities on *** survival analysis between chemotherapy responders and non-responders didn't reach statically significant ***: Perioperative chemotherapic scheme can be reproduced on our setting with good results and without increasing morbidity or mortality.
