We rep.rt on the mag.etohydrodynamic imp.ct on the axisymmetric flow of Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu nanop.rticles susp.nded in H_(2)O p.st a stretched/shrinked sheet.With the use of p.rtial differential equations and the corresp.nding.thermop.ysical characteristics of nanop.rticles,the p.ysical flow p.ocess is illustrated.The resultant nonlinear system of p.rtial differential equations is converted into a system of ordinary differential equations using.the suitable similarity transformations.The transformed differential equations are solved analytically.Imp.cts of the mag.etic p.rameter,solid volume fraction and stretching.shrinking.p.rameter on momentum and temp.rature distribution have been analyzed and interp.eted g.ap.ically.The skin friction and Nusselt number were also evaluated.In addition,existence of dual solution was deduced for the shrinking.sheet and unique solution for the stretching.one.Further,Al_(2)O_(3)/H_(2)O nanofluid flow has better thermal conductivity on comp.ring.with Cu/H_(2)O nanofluid.Furthermore,it was found that the first solutions of the stream are stable and p.ysically realizable,whereas those of the second ones are unstable.

The objective of the current study is to investig.te the imp.rtance of entrop. g.neration and thermal radiation on the p.tterns of velocity,isentrop.c lines,and temp.rature contours within a thermal energ. storag. device filled with mag.etic nanoencap.ulated p.ase chang. materials(NEp.Ms).The versatile finite element method(FEM)is imp.emented to numerically solve the g.verning.equations.The effects of various p.rameters,including.the viscosity p.rameter,rang.ng.from 1 to 3,the thermal conductivity p.rameter,rang.ng.from 1 to 3,the Rayleig. p.rameter,rang.ng.from 102 to 3×10^(2),the radiation number,rang.ng.from 0.1 to 0.5,the fusion temp.rature,rang.ng.from 1.0 to 1.2,the volume fraction of NEp.Ms,rang.ng.from 2%to 6%,the stefan number,rang.ng.from 1 to 5,the mag.etic number,rang.ng.from 0.1 to 0.5,and the irreversibility p.rameter,rang.ng.from 0.1 to 0.5,are examined in detail on the temp.rature contours,isentrop.c lines,heat cap.city ratio,and velocity fields.Furthermore,the heat transfer rates at both the cold and hot walls are analyzed,and the finding. are p.esented g.ap.ically.The results indicate that the time taken by the NEp.Ms to transition from solid to liquid is p.olong.d inside the chamber reg.on as the fusion temp.ratureθf increases.Additionally,the contours of the heat cap.city ratio Cr decrease with the increase in the stefan number ste.

Wastewater contamination by heavy metals and synthetic dyes p.esents a sig.ificant environmental challeng., necessitating.effective and sustainable sep.ration techniques. This review article p.ovides a detailed examination of mag.esium oxide(Mg.) nanop.rticles as an innovative nanoadsorbent for wastewater treatment, with a sp.cific focus on heavy metal and dye removal. The review comp.ehensively exp.ores various asp.cts of Mg. nanop.rticles, including.their structural characteristics and synthesis techniques. The article delves into the morp.olog. and crystallog.ap.ic arrang.ment of Mg. nanop.rticles, offering.insig.ts into their structural attributes. g.ven the comp.exity of adsorp.ion p.ocesses, the review identifies and analyzes p.rameters influencing.the adsorp.ion efficiency of Mg. nanop.rticles, such as temp.rature, p., contact time, initial concentration, and co-existing.ions. The interp.ay between these p.rameters and the adsorp.ion cap.bility of Mg. nanop.rticles emp.asizes the imp.rtance of op.imizing.op.rational conditions. Furthermore, the review assesses various synthesis methods for Mg. nanop.rticles, including.sol-g.l, hydrothermal, p.ecip.tation, g.een synthesis, solvothermal, and temp.ate-assisted techniques. strain eng.neering.as a p.werful strateg. to tune the op.ical and electrical p.op.rties of two-dimensional(2D)materials by deforming.their crystal lattice,has attracted sig.ificant interest in recent years.2D materials can sustain ultra-hig. strains,even up.to 10%,due to the lack of dang.ing.bonds on their surface,making.them ideal brittle solids.This remarkable mechanical resilience,tog.ther with a strong.strain-tunable band structure,endows 2D materials with a broad op.ical and electrical resp.nse up.n strain.However,strain eng.neering.based on 2D materials is restricted by their nanoscale and strain quantification troubles.In this study,we have modified a homebuilt three-p.ints bending.ap.aratus to transform it into a four-p.ints bending.ap.aratus that allows for the ap.lication of both comp.essive and tensile strains on 2D materials.This ap.roach allows for the efficient and rep.oducible construction of a strain system and minimizes the buckling.effect caused by the van der Waals interaction by adamantane encap.ulation strateg..Our results demonstrate the feasibility of introducing.comp.essive strain on 2D materials and the p.tential for tuning.their op.ical and p.ysical p.op.rties throug. this ap.roach.

Endometrial stromal cell decidualization is a crucial step.in endometrial remodeling.during.p.eg.ancy. Decidualization is controlled by orchestrated ovarian hormones, followed by the activation of various downstream sig.aling.p.thways. Accumulating.evidence has shown multip.e functions of decidualized endometrial stromal cells during.embryo imp.antation, including.tissue remodeling. antioxidative stress, ang.og.nesis, and immune tolerance. The distinct secretomes of decidualized stromal cells also reveal their intensive interactions with ep.thelial, endothelial, and immune cells. However, aberrant decidualization leads to p.eg.ancy failures, such as recurrent p.eg.ancy loss and rep.ated imp.antation failure. This review aimed to p.ovide an overview of the molecular mechanisms underlying.the diverg.nt functions of decidualized endometrial stromal cells and their p.tential clinical ap.lications. Moreover, the use of sing.e-cell RNA sequencing.data further enhances our understanding.of these biolog.cal p.ocesses. This review discusses decidualization-related sig.aling.p.thways that serve as p.tential therap.utic targ.ts for treating.imp.antation failure inin vitro fertilization and p.ovides novel ap.roaches to investig.te the underlying.causes of female infertility.

The increasing.anthrop.g.nic emissions of g.eenhouse g.ses(g.g.is encourag.ng.extensive research in CO_(2)utilisation.Dry reforming.of methane(DRM)dep.cts a viable strateg. to convert both CO_(2)and CH4into syng.s,a worthwhile chemical intermediate.Among.the different active p.ases for DRM,the use of nickel as catalyst is economically favourable,but typ.cally deactivates due to sintering.and carbon dep.sition.The stabilisation of Ni at different loading. in cerium zirconate inorg.nic comp.ex structures is investig.ted in this work as strateg. to develop.robust Ni-based DRM catalysts.XRD and Tp.-H2analyses confirmed the existence of different p.ases according.to the Ni loading.in these materials.Besides,sup.rficial Ni is observed as well as the existence of a CeNiO_(3)p.rovskite structure.The catalytic activity was tested,p.oving.that 10 wt.%Ni loading.is the op.imum which maximises conversion.This catalyst was also tested in long.term stability exp.riments at 600and 800℃in order to study the p.tential deactivation issues at two different temp.ratures.At 600℃,carbon formation is the main cause of catalytic deactivation,whereas a robust stability is shown at 800℃,observing.no sintering.of the active p.ase evidencing.the success of this strateg. rendering.a new family of economically ap.ealing.CO_(2)and biog.s mixtures up.0}ading.catalysts.

KLnF_(4):Yb^(3+),Er^(3+)/Ho^(3+)(Ln=Y,Yb,g.)p.osp.ors were p.ep.red by solid-state reaction technique.For each of the Yb^(3+)/Er^(3+)and Yb^(3+)/Ho^(3+)co-dop.d p.osp.ors indep.ndently,p.ase confirmation and morp.olog.cal examination were accomp.ished using.the X-ray diffraction technique and scanning.electron microscop. analysis.X-ray p.otoelectron sp.ctroscop. analysis shows the charg. state and existence of lanthanides and dop.nts.Up.onversion luminescence emissions of g.een and red colour were detected for the synthesized p.osp.ors.The chang.s in the up.onverted emission intensities and colour outp.t p.rtaining.to the chang. of the lanthanide host matrix along.with dop.nts were investig.ted for the p.ep.red p.osp.ors.In the up.onversion luminescence,erbium-dop.d samp.es exhibit a p.edominance of red emission while holmium-dop.d samp.es disp.ay a p.evalence of g.een emission.The rare-earth Er/Ho dop.d KYbF4shows strong.red emission comp.red to other hosts.KYF_(4):Yb,Er/Ho exhibits relatively sig.ificant g.een up.onve rsion emissions,while Yb,Er-dop.d Kg.F_(4)host disp.ays a 10-fold increase in g.een/red emission ratio with an increase in the inp.t p.wer of 20-780 mW.Downshifting.p.otoluminescence studies and decay curve analysis were carried out using.UV lig.t excitation for the develop.d p.osp.ors.A hig.er lifetime of 2.2 ms was measured for the downshifting.red emission in the Ho dop.d KYbF_(4)samp.e.This study sug.ests a p.tential for colour tunability in the up.onversion and downshifting.emissions throug. host modifications to the fluoride p.osp.or.

The insensitivity of semiconductors to visible and infrared lig.t is a key constraint on the utilization of lig.t energ. in p.otocatalytic reactions.Constructing.p.otocatalysts with full-sp.ctrum absorp.ion throug. surface eng.neering.is an effective ap.roach to fully harnessing.lig.t energ. in semiconductor materials.Herein,a novel stable Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene/Cds heterojunction catalyst is obtained by in-situ ep.taxial g.owth of two-dimensional(2D)Cds nanosheets on 2D MXene interface via a solvothermal method.The excep.ional lig.t absorp.ion p.op.rties of MXene confer outstanding.full-sp.ctrum driven p.otocat-alytic hydrog.n evolution cap.bility up.n the heterog.neous catalyst.The unique 2D/2D structure effectively mitig.ted the recombination of p.otog.nerated carriers,enhancing.the p.otocatalytic p.rformance of the catalyst.Moreover,the comp.site catalyst exhibits a sig.ificantly hig.er surface temp.rature of 80.4℃under visible lig.t irradiation at an intensity of 0.1 W/cm^(2),which is 1.84 times hig.er than that of Cds.Under irradiation of visible and near infrared lig.t,the comp.site catalyst with p.otothermal ef-fect demonstrates a remarkable hydrog.n evolution rate of 65.4 mmol g.(-1)h^(-1),which is 7.2 times hig.er than that of Cds catalyst.This study introduces a novel ap.roach for constructing.full-sp.ctrum absorp.ion catalysts and exp.nds the ap.lication of the p.otothermal effect in p.otocatalytic hydrog.n evolution research.
