of main observation and conclusion An enantioselective deoxygenative cyanation of benzyl alcohols was accomplished for the first time through the synergistic photoredox and copper *** reaction features the use of organic photosensitizer and low-cost 3d metal catalyst,simple and safe operations,and extremely mild conditions.A variety of chiral benzyl nitriles were produced in generally good yields and high level of enantiocontrols from readily available feedstocks(22 examples,up to 93%yield and 92%ee).

Due to their superior fluorescence,phosphorescence,and catalytic capabilities,carbon dots(CDs),an emerging class of fluorescent carbon nanomaterials,have a wide range of potential *** properties of CDs have recently been controlled extensively by heteroatom *** atoms have been effectively doped into the structure of CDs due to their similar size to carbon atoms and excellent electron-absorbing ability to further improve the performance of *** this review,we summarize the research progress of boron-doped CDs in recent years from the aspects of doping strategies,effects of boron doping on different performances of CDs and *** from the two aspects of single boron doping and boron and other atom co-doping,from different precursor materials to different synthesis methods,the doping strategies of boron-doped CDs are reviewed in ***,the effects of boron doping on the fluorescence,phosphorescence and catalytic performance of CDs and applications of boron-doped CDs in optical sensors,information encryption and anti-counterfeiting are ***,we further provide a prospect towards the future development of boron-doped CDs.

Identification of Novel and Differentially Expressed MicroRNAs in the Ovaries of Laying and Non-Laying Ducks

MicroRNAs （miRNAs）, which post-transcriptionally regulate gene expression by binding to the 3′untranslated region of mRNAs to either inhibit or enhance translation, are involved in diverse biological processes. The use of high-throughput Solexa sequencing plays important roles in the discovery of miRNAs. In this study, we used high-throughput Solexa sequencing to identify novel duck miRNAs and compare the miRNA expression profiles in laying and non-laying duck ovaries. Using a bioinformatic analysis, we discovered 86 potential duck miRNAs similar to known chicken miRNAs and 43 unique sequences that matched known miRNAs of other species. We also found that miRNA variations and isoforms were widespread in our two RNA libraries, with most of the variations occurring in the 3′region of the miRNAs. furthermore, we detected 55 miRNAs that exhibited significant expression differences between laying and non-laying ducks. Gene ontology （GO） and kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes （KEGG） enrichment analyses of the potential targets of the differentially expressed miRNAs indicated these miRNAs may play key roles in the egg laying process. Finally, we confirmed the differential expression of 5 miRNAs in the laying and non-laying samples by qRT-PCR. Cumulatively, our work provides the first look at the miRNA expression profile of the duck ovary and provides novel insight into the roles of miRNAs in egg laying and reproduction.

A cross-association model was proposed for CO2-alcohol mixtures based on the statistical associating fluid theory (SAFT).CO2 was treated as a pseudo-associating molecule and both the self-association between alcohol hydroxyls and the cross-association between CO2 and alcohol hydroxyls were *** equilibrium properties from low temperature-pressure to high temperature-pressure were investigated using this *** calculated p-x and p-p diagrams of CO2-methanol and CO2-ethanol mixtures agreed with the experimental *** results showed that when the cross-association was taken into account for Helmholtz free energy,the calculated equilibrium properties could be significantly improved,and the error prediction of the three phase equilibria and triple points in low temperature regions could be avoided.

We cloned the complete coding sequences of porcine Gpr3, Gpr6, and Gpr12 genes. further, on the basis of their high levels of sequence similarity, these genes are identified as a subfamily of G protein-coupled receptors. These putative protein sequences also showed high sequence identity with other mammalian orthologs, including several highly conserved motifs. A wide expression of the Gpr3 gene in pigs was observed through tissue distribution analysis by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） and real-time PCR, specially in the brain, pituitary, fat, liver and oocyte, where its strong expression was observed. The Gpr3 gene was found to be located on chromosome 6 and a single exon coded for the entire open reading frame. Expression of porcine Gpr3 in HEK293 cells resulted in constitutive activation of adenylate cyclase （AC） similar in amplitude to that produced by fully stimulated Gs coupled receptors. Moreover, sphingosine 1-phosphate （S1P） could increase AC activation via the constitutively active Gpr3 receptor. When a Gpr3-green fluorescent protein （GFP） construct was expressed in HEK293 cells, GFP-labeled Gpr3 protein was shown to be localized in the plasmalemma and subcellular membranes. After S1P treatment, agonist-mediated internalization could be visualized by confocal microscopy. In short, our findings suggest the porcine Gpr3, Gpr6, and Gpr12 genes as a subfamily of G protein-coupled receptors, and porcine Gpr3 was a constitutively active G protein-coupled receptor. Constitutive activation of AG and agonist-mediated internalization of Gpr3 receptor could be modulated by the S1 P, suggesting that S1P might act as an activator for porcine Gpr3 receptor.

Under the development of computing and network convergence,considering the computing and network resources of multiple providers as a whole in a computing force network(CFN)has gradually become a new ***,since each computing and network resource provider(CNRP)considers only its own interest and competes with other CNRPs,introducing multiple CNRPs will result in a lack of trust and difficulty in unified *** addition,concurrent users have different requirements,so there is an urgent need to study how to optimally match users and CNRPs on a many-to-many basis,to improve user satisfaction and ensure the utilization of limited *** this paper,we adopt a reputation model based on the beta distribution function to measure the credibility of CNRPs and propose a performance-based reputation update ***,we formalize the problem into a constrained multi-objective optimization problem and find feasible solutions using a modified fast and elitist non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-II).We conduct extensive simulations to evaluate the proposed *** results demonstrate that the proposed model and the problem formulation are valid,and the NSGA-II is effective and can find the Pareto set of CFN,which increases user satisfaction and resource ***,a set of solutions provided by the Pareto set give us more choices of the many-to-many matching of users and CNRPs according to the actual situation.

The accumulation of coal gangue(CG)from coal mining is an important source of heavy metals(HMs)in *** spatial distribution and environment risk assessment are extremely important for the management and remediation of *** soil samples were collected from the high-sulfur CG site in northern China and analyzed for six *** results showed that the soil was heavily contaminated by Mn,Cr and Ni based on the Nemerow index,and posed seriously ecological risk depended on the geo-accumulation index,potential ecological risk index and risk assessment *** semi-variogram model and ordinary kriging interpolation accurately portrayed the spatial distribution of ***,Mn,and Cr were distributed by band diffusion,Ni was distributed by core,the distribution of Cu had obvious patchiness and Zn was more *** spatial autocorrelation indicated that all HMs had strong spatial *** BCR sequential extraction was employed to qualify the geochemical fractions of *** data indicated that Fe and Cr were dominated by residual fraction;Cu,Ni and Zn were dominated by reducible and oxidizable fractions;Mn was dominated by reducible and acid-extractable(25.38%-44.67%)*** correlation analysis showed that pH was the main control factor affecting the non-residue fractions of ***,acid production from high sulfur CG reduced soil pH by 2-3,which indirectly promoted the activity of ***,the conceptual model of HMs contamination at the CG site was proposed,which can be useful for the development of ecological remediation strategies.
