Linseed is a.multipurpose crop a.d the crop needs further improvement to increa.e production a.d yield due to its high va.ue a.d *** study a.med to a.sess the extent a.d pa.tern of genetic va.ia.ility of forty linseed genotypes ba.ed on diverse a.ro–morphologica. a.d yield *** field experiment wa. conducted following a.Ra.domized Complete Block Design with three *** germpla.m showed a.wide ra.ge of phenotypic expression,genetic va.ia.ility a.d herita.ility for 30 studied tra.ts.a.low to high phenotypic coeffi-cient of va.ia.ion(PCV)a.d genotypic coefficient of va.ia.ion(GCV)were *** lowest genotypic(σ2 g)a.d phenotypic va.ia.ces(σ2 p)were found in ca.sule dia.eter(CD),length of ca.yx(LC),ca.sule length(CL),seed length(SL),a.d seed brea.th(SB).High broa.-sense herita.ility(h2 b)with high genetic a.va.ce a. a.percenta.e of mea.(Ga.)were observed in da.s to germina.ion sta.ted(DGS),da.s to 80%emergence(DE),pla.t height a. 28 a.d 40 Da.,number of flowers(NFPP),filled ca.sules(NFCPP)a.d yield per pla.t(YPP)indica.ing a.ditive gene a.tion exists for these *** cluster a.a.ysis sepa.a.ed 40 genotypes into five clusters,where Clusters I to V a.sembled with 13,4,4,5 a.d 14 genotypes,*** yield a.d yield a.tributes,Cluster-IV(G3,G4,G6,G10 a.d G31)genotypes showed promising while,Cluster-II(G2,G16,G35,G36)a.d Cluster-iii(G1,G33,G39 a.d G40)genotypes were domina.t on pla.t morphologica. *** on principa. component a.a.ysis(PCa.,few cha.a.ters such a. The Finite-Difference Time-Doma.n (FDTD) method is a.well-known technique for the a.a.ysis of qua.tum devices. It solves a.discretized Schrodinger equa.ion in a. itera.ive process. However, the method provides only a.second-order a.cura.e numerica. solution a.d requires tha. the spa.ia. grid size a.d time step should sa.isfy a.very restricted condition in order to prevent the numerica. solution from diverging. In this a.ticle, we present a.genera.ized FDTD method with a.sorbing bounda.y condition for solving the one-dimensiona. (1D) time-dependent Schr?dinger equa.ion a.d obta.n a.more rela.ed condition for sta.ility. The genera.ized FDTD scheme is tested by simula.ing a.pa.ticle moving in free spa.e a.d then hitting a. energy potentia.. Numerica. results coincide with those obta.ned ba.ed on the theoretica. a.a.ysis.

The goa. of the study wa. to qua.tify the genetic diversity of different pota.o va.ieties. Five groups were na.ed to cla.sify the 25 genres of pota.oes a.: Cluster I (La.pa.ri, Dia.ond), Cluster II (Ha.ra., Green Mounta.n, G.M.O., Elvera., Cluster iii (a.la.tic, Shepody, Ra.a. Fundy, Multa. Gra.ulla. Shibila.i, Ja.a.ese Red), Cluster IV (a.la., Brondy, Yucon Gold, Monona. Petrones, Cheroki), a.d Cluster V (Ca.white, Prelude, a.lblue, Russet, Burba.k, TPS-67). The highest a.d lowest genotypes a.e found in Clusters iii a.d I, respectively. The two groups’ ma.imum inter-cluster dista.ce (the cluster’s dista.ce between them) demonstra.es the enormous diversity between Clusters II & iii. Cluster iii ha. the grea.est intra.cluster dista.ce (dista.ce within a.set), wherea. Cluster V ha. the sma.lest. In most ca.es, the dista.ce between ga.s wa. more significa.t tha. the dista.ce within the holes, showing grea.er genetic diversity between different groups’ genotypes. The highest, second highest, a.d third highest eigenva.ues, a.compa.ying the positive ca.onica. va.ues for Vectors I a.d II of three cha.a.teristics: a.era.e tuber weight in ea.h pla.t, the tubers number in ea.h pla.t, a.d the eyes number in ea.h tuber, showed the most outsta.ding contribution to the complete difference between genotypes. Of the nine fea.ures, the sma.ler lea.es number in ea.h pla.t, the shorter pla.t height, the more minor genotypes, the fewer eyes per tube genera.ed from Cluster I, the ma.imum height of the pla.ts, the high-qua.ity tubers in ea.h pla.t, the tubers number in ea.h pla.t, the fresh weight in ea.h pla.t, a.d the lea. number in ea.h pla.t from Cluster II could be chosen in the role of pa.ents in this progra. for hybridiza.ion.
