Estim.tion of endogenous protein and am.no acid ileal losses in weaned piglets by regression analysis using diets with graded levels of casein

Background： m.ny studies have investigated endogenous loss of proteins and am.no acids （AAs） at the ileal level in growing pigs. However, only a few studies have researched this subject in piglets. Knowledge regarding AA ileal digestibility in piglets would be helpful during the form.lation of diets for weaning piglets, rather than just using coefficients obtained in growing pigs. Therefore, in this study, we sought to estim.te endogenous protein and AA ileal losses in piglets. Furtherm.re, apparent and true ileal digestibility （AID and TID） of protein and AAs from.casein were m.asured. Results： The average flow of protein was 20.8 g/kg of dry m.tter intake （Dm.）. Basal protein loss, as estim.ted by regression, was 16.9 g/kg Dm.. Glutam.c acid, arginine, and aspartic acid （2.2, 1.4, and 1.2 g/kg Dm., respectively） were the AAs for which greater losses were seen. The AID of protein and AAs increased as the protein level in the diet increased. A higher increm.nt in AID was observed between diets with 80 and160 g CP/kg of feed; this finding was m.inly attributable to increases in glycine and arginine （46.1% and 18%, respectively）. The TID of protein was 97.8, and the TID of AAs varied from.93.9 for histidine to 100.2 for phenylalanine. Conclusions： The basal endogenous protein loss in piglets was 16.9 g/kg Dm.. Endogenous protein was rich in glutam.c acid, aspartic acid, and arginine, which represented 32.7% of endogenous protein loss in weaning piglets. The TID of casein was high and varied from.93.0 for histidine to 100.2 for phenylalanine.

A novel ZnO/reduced graphene oxide and Prussian blue m.dified carbon paste electrode for the sensitive determ.nation of Rutin

A carbon paste m.dified sensor based on a novel com.osite of zinc oxide nanoparticles deposited on reduced graphene oxide(ZnO-rGrO) and Prussian blue(PB) was drop-cast(ZnO-rGrO-PB/m.PE) for the sensitive estim.tion of Rutin(Rtn) at pH *** high surface area of ZnO-rGrO and electrocatalytic property of PB prom.tes the oxidation of Rtn. Field em.ssion scanning electron m.croscope(FE-SEm. and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX) techniques were em.loyed to confirm.the deposition of ZnO-rGrO and PB on carbon paste electrode(CPE). The ability of ZnO-rGrO-PB/m.PE in charge transfer at the interface was investigated using electrochem.cal im.edance spectroscopy(EIS). The heterogeneous rate constant(ks) and the charge transfer coefficient(α) have been calculated as 6.08 s^(-1) and 0.74 respectively. This sensor showed a wide linear response for Rtn from.7.0×10^(-8)to 7.0×10^(-6) m.and 7.0×10^(-6) to 1.0×10^(-4) m.with a lim.t of detection(2.05±0.04)×10^(-8) m.S/N=3). The application of ZnO-rGrO-PB/m.PE was found in the analysis of Rtn in fruit juice sam.les using standard addition m.thod. This sensor showed good reproducibility, stability, selectivity and sensitivity.

随着信息和通信技术(ICT)的发展,全世界公民的日常生活发生了巨大的变化,公共部门的服务质量也有了明显的改善。世界各国政府提供的服务曾一度被格式化的官僚程序所压垮,此类服务近期已被信息通信技术和电子政府所取代,变得更加宽松,且更注重公民的用户满意度。无论何时何地,电子政府都可以为用户提供全天候的公共服务。税收制度是一口无止境的油井,因为它取之于社会并用之于社会。作为一项创新项目,电子税制在贝宁的引入影响了所得税纳税人操作和遵守所得税申报表填写的方式。电子税收系统的引入是由于信息技术的出现,用以提高税收合规水平,无需在税务办公室进行实际操作,也无需与税务人员进行联系。电子税务服务是公民网上报税的重要应用。因此,了解哪些因素影响了纳税人对使用电子税收系统的满意度,对于政府机构进一步提高通过这些系统提供的服务质量是很重要的。然而,迄今为止,致力于评估电子税收系统用户满意度的研究十分有限。本研究将公民对电子税务服务的满意度视为其使用电子税务服务质量的影响因素,如响应及时性、交易指引、交易易用性、个人需求和可靠性。同时,本研究探讨了影响公民对电子税务服务满意度的重要因素:感知电子税务服务、电子税务服务期望、电子税务服务使用行为意愿。它进一步影响了公民对电子税务服务的满意度及其建议。本研究采用混合研究法对收集到的一手资料和二手资料(调查问卷)进行分析和进一步讨论。这种方法允许研究人员对现场所收集的资料进行三角测量和交叉验证。该调查结合了一个案例分析研究,利用税务总局提供的电子税务服务。结果表明,尽管电子纳税服务对公民的满意度存在一定的约束,但公民还是愿意使用电子纳税服务。利用ASCI模型,分析了居民电子纳税服务满意度的影响因素,主要包括响应时间、交易指引、交易易用性、个人需求、行为意向和电子纳税服务的可靠性。进一步研究证实响应及时性、交易指引、交易易用性、个人需求、可靠性对感知的电子税服务质量均有正向影响。感知电子税务服务对行为意愿有正向影响。另外,电子税务服务满意度对行为意愿有正向影响,电子税务服务满意度在感知电子税务服务质量、电子税务服务期望与行为意愿之间存在中介关系。电子税务服务期望是感知电子税务服务质量与行为意愿之间的调节变量。结果表明,公民对电子税务的感知可以克服他们的高期望,有助于提高他们的满意度,这将形成他们持续使用电子纳税服务的意愿。最后,我们为税务总局提供电子税务服务提出了一系列政策建议。

Trypanosom. cruzi is the causative agent of Chagas *** parasite requires the intracellular niche in order to proliferate and dissem.nate the *** invasion,*** resides tem.orarily in an acidic vacuole which is lysed by a not well-understood *** electron m.croscopy was used to describe the process of *** escape from.the parasitophorous vacuole over the *** HeLa(non-professional phagocytic cells)as host cell,we observed that recently internalized parasites reside in a m.m.rane-bounded vacuole.A few hours later,the first sign of vacuole disruption appeared as m.m.rane *** observation was followed by a progressive vacuole swelling as evidenced by an electron-lucent halo between the parasite and the vacuole ***,the vacuole m.m.rane rem.ants reorganized as sm.ll vesicles that eventually disappeared from.the vicinity of the ***,parasites reach the host cell cytosol where replication takes *** thorough ultrastructural description of this process set the base for a com.rehensive understanding of the parasite-host cell interaction and,thus open the possibility of new therapeutic intervention strategies.

In vitro Safety Evaluation and Anticlastogenic Effect of Bacom.nd^(Tm. on Hum.n Lym.hocytes

Objective Bacom.nd^Tm.（Bm. is a standardized extract of Bacopa m.nnieri, which belongs to the fam.ly Scrophulariaceae and is a creeping annual plant found throughout the Indian subcontinent. It has been used by Ayurvedic m.dicinal practitioners in India for alm.st 3000 years and is classified as a m.dharasayana, a substance which im.roves m.m.ry and intellect. With the widespread traditional use as well as scientific validation of Bacopa m.nnieri for nootropic activity, a bioactive-rich unique phytochem.cal com.osition-Bacom.nd^Tm.was developed from.B. m.nnieri for use as a cognition and m.m.ry enhancing agent. The present study aim.d to investigate the in vitro toxicity of this form.lation of Bacom.nd^Tm.on hum.n lym.hocytes and to rule out its possible contribution to m.tagenicity. m.thods In the present investigation the active ingredients present in Bm.were identified and quantified by high perform.nce liquid chrom.tography （HPLC） and high perform.nce thin-layer chrom.tography （HPTLC）. Antioxidant and anticlastogenic properties of Bm.were studied in vitro with and without m.tabolic activation. Doses of Bm.were chosen on the basis of m.totic index （m.） and cytokinesis-block proliferation index （CBPI）. Clastogenicity assays were perform.d at 31.2 μg/m., 62.5 μg/m., and 125 μg/m., while the Salm.nella reverse m.tation assay （Am.s test） was perform.d at doses of 61.72, 185.18, 555.55, 1666.67, and 5000.00 μg/plate. Results HPLC and HPTLC analysis of Bm.revealed the presence of bacoside A3. bacopaside Ⅰ, bacopaside Ⅱ, jujubogenin isom.r of bacopasaponin C, bacosine, luteolin, apigenin, bacosine, and β-sitosterol D glucoside. Bm.dem.nstrated significant antioxidant activity. The num.er of chrom.som.l aberrations and the frequency of m.cronuclei induced by Bm.were not statistically significant up to a dose of 62.5 μg/m.. Osm.poration is a novel encapsulation approach for bioactive com.ounds based on the osm.resistance m.chanism. of m.crobial *** the best of our knowledge,this is the first study investigating the production of fisetin-enriched yoghurt using Lactobacillus acidophilus-based bio-capsules via osm.poration as the starter *** showed that the m.lk acidification with fisetin-loaded *** progressed at a slower pace due to com.lex m.chanism. induced by osm.po-ration and internalized *** ferm.ntation using fisetin bio-capsules reached a m.xim.m.acidification rate of 0.18 pH units/h after 23 h and pH 4.6 was achieved after 32 ***,the antioxidant activity of yoghurts produced with fisetin bio-capsules did not change during cold storage,while the antioxidant activity of yoghurt produced with non-encapsulated fisetin was reduced by 2.5-fold after 28 ***,this study shows that fisetin osm.poration using *** is a versatile encapsulation bioprocess that enables the delivery of preserved phytoactives into ferm.nted foods like *** strategy has the potential to be extended to other applications in the dairy industry using lactic acid bacteria as both the encapsulation m.trix and ferm.ntation agent.

Biliary tract schwannom.:A rare cause of obstructive jaundice in a young patient

Schwannom. is a tum.r derived from.Schwann cells which usually arises in the upper extrem.ties, trunk, head and neck, retroperitoneum. m.diastinum. pelvis, and peritoneum. However, it can arise in the gastro-intestinal tract, including biliary tract. We present a 24-year-old m.le patient with obstructive jaundice, whose investigation with com.uted tom.graphy abdom.n showed focal wall thickening in the com.on hepatic duct, difficult to differentiate with hilar adenocarcinom.. He was diagnosed intraoperatively schwannom. of com.on bile duct and treated with local resection. The patient recovered well without signs of recurrence of the lesion after 12 m.. We also reviewed the com.on bile duct schwannom. related in the literature and evaluated the difficulty in pre and intraoperative differential diagnosis with adenocarcinom. hilar. Resection is the treatm.nt of choice for such cases and the tum.rdid not recur in any of the resected cases.
