Background The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic,a global health crisis,profoundly impacted all aspects of daily ***,a pivotal stage of psychological and social development,is heavily influenced by the psychosocial and socio-cultural ***,it is imperative to thoroughly understand the psychosocial changes adolescents experienced during the pandemic and implement effective management *** sources We examined the incidence rates of depressive and anxiety disorders among adolescents aged 10–19 years globally and *** utilized data from the Global Burden of Diseases,Injuries,and Risk Factors Study(GBD)2021 to compare pre-pandemic(2018–2019)and pandemic(2020–2021)*** investigation covered 204 countries and territories across the six World Health Organization *** conducted a comprehensive literature search using databases including PubMed/MEDLINE,Scopus,and Google Scholar,employing search terms such as“psychosocial”,“adolescent”,“youth”,“risk factors”,“COVID-19 pandemic”,“prevention”,and“intervention”.Results During the pandemic,the mental health outcomes of adolescents deteriorated,particularly in terms of depressive and anxiety *** to GBD 2021,the incidence rate of anxiety disorders increased from 720.26[95%uncertainty intervals(UI)=548.90–929.19]before the COVID-19 pandemic(2018–2019)to 880.87 per 100,000 people(95%UI=670.43–1132.58)during the COVID-19 pandemic(2020–2021).Similarly,the incidence rate of major depressive disorder increased from 2333.91(95%UI=1626.92–3138.55)before the COVID-19 pandemic to 3030.49 per 100,000 people(95%UI=2096.73–4077.73)during the COVID-19 *** worsening was notably pronounced in high-income countries(HICs).Rapid environmental changes,including heightened social anxiety,school closures,economic crises,and exacerbated racism,have been shown to adversely affect the mental well-being of *** The abrupt shift to remote learning and

The current pandemic of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), commonly referred to as COVID-19, brings myriad challenges to research conducted among those more susceptible to the virus. According to the United States (US) Centers for Disease Control (CDC), eight out of ten re-ported COVID-19 deaths are among people > 65 years of age and older. Nonetheless, researchers must continue the crucial work of investigating and understanding diseases that affect the elderly. The focus of this white paper is to assess the challenges associated with research within the elderly population with neurocognitive conditions. Specifically, this paper addresses the need for the standardized administration of performance measures (e.g., neurocognitive assessments) among a dementia population while ensuring the physical safety of participants. Consideration is given to the administration of performance measures and the availability and feasibility of administering these measures remotely to a population that may have difficulty using novel technologies. In implementing remote research assessments, it is suggested that researchers fol-low a GAMma approach by: 1) establishing clear Guidance on remote visit expectations and processes;2) establishing Appropriate exclusionary criteria in the development of the study design;3) providing subjects Appropriate study materials for visual processing;4) incorporating Multiple data sources in the overall study design (e.g., caregiver input);and 5) Acknowledging that there will be study limitations as researchers use emerging technology with this patient population, and using mitigation strategies for these limitations where possible.

为实现配方烟草样品等温吸湿曲线、水活度的预测,对smith模型、DLP模型在描述不同类型样品等温吸湿曲线的适用性方面进行了考察,根据质量平衡方程构建了配方烟草样品等温吸湿的预测模型,对模型预测配方烟草样品等温吸湿曲线、水活度的效果进行了验证。结果表明:在描述不同类型烟草样品等温吸湿特性上,DLP模型的拟合精度高于smith模型,并有较宽的水活度适用范围;6种样品(再造烟叶丝、梗丝、叶丝、烟支、烟支烟丝段、烟支滤嘴段)的等温吸湿曲线预测模型的最大平均相对误差为4.51%;18个配方烟草样品水活度预测值的最大相对偏差为6.33%,最小相对偏差为0.58%,平均相对偏差为1.90%,预测值与实验值的决定系数R2为0.993 9。因此,该模型在预测配方烟草样品等温吸湿曲线和水活度方面有较高的准确性。

20世纪七八十年代是英国政治、经济的转轨时期,也是英国智库发展的"第二波",涌现出经济事务学会、政策研究中心、亚当·斯密研究所等诸多智库。就成立缘由、组织结构和运作方式而言,这些智库兼具时代特征与自身特色。它们以各自的理念和实践方式,与政府、政党以及公众展开辩论与互动,形成的研究成果和营造的意见氛围,对政府政策的制定产生了重要影响。但是,透过智库自身话语中夸大的炫耀成分,智库的真实影响并非如想象中那么具有关键性,反而呈现出意识形态色彩强烈、影响"外围"化、为政策失败承担责任等多重侧面。产生或壮大于转轨时期的"第二波"智库在英国智库发展史和智识实践史上扮演了承上启下、继往开来的特殊角色。
