Although stem cell-based therapy has demonstrated considerable potential to manage certain diseases more successfully than conventional surgery,it nevertheless comes with inescapable drawbacks that might limit its clinical *** to stem cells,stem cell-derived exosomes possess numerous advantages,such as non-immunogenicity,non-infusion toxicity,easy access,effortless preservation,and freedom from tumorigenic potential and ethical *** can inherit similar therapeutic effects from their parental cells such as embryonic stem cells and adult stem cells through vertical delivery of their pluripotency or *** a thorough search and meticulous dissection of relevant literature from the last five years,we present this comprehensive,up-to-date,specialty-specific and disease-oriented review to highlight the surgical application and potential of stem cell-derived *** derived from stem cells(e.g.,embryonic,induced pluripotent,hematopoietic,mesenchymal,neural,and endothelial stem cells)are capable of treating numerous diseases encountered in orthopedic surgery,neurosurgery,plastic surgery,general surgery,cardiothoracic surgery,urology,head and neck surgery,ophthalmology,and obstetrics and *** diverse therapeutic effects of stem cells-derived exosomes are a hierarchical translation through tissue-specific responses,and cell-specific molecular signaling *** this review,we highlight stem cell-derived exosomes as a viable and potent alternative to stem cell-based therapy in managing various surgical *** recommend that future research combines wisdoms from surgeons,nanomedicine practitioners,and stem cell researchers in this relevant and intriguing research area.

As a calculation method based on the Galerkin variation,the numerical manifold method(NMM)adopts a double covering system,which can easily deal with discontinuous deformation problems and has a high calculation *** at the thermo-mechanical(TM)coupling problem of fractured rock masses,this study uses the NMM to simulate the processes of crack initiation and propagation in a rock mass under the influence of temperature field,deduces related system equations,and proposes a penalty function method to deal with boundary *** examples are employed to confirm the effectiveness and high accuracy of this *** the thermal stress analysis of a thick-walled cylinder(TWC),the simulation of cracking in the TWC under heating and cooling conditions,and the simulation of thermal cracking of the SwedishÄspöPillar Stability Experiment(APSE)rock column,the thermal stress,and TM coupling are *** numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the test data and other numerical results,thus verifying the effectiveness of the NMM in dealing with thermal stress and crack propagation problems of fractured rock masses.

Dielectric and energy storage properties of PbOSrO-Na_(2)O-Nb_(2)O_(5)-SiO_(2)(PSNNS) thin films with annealing temperature from 700 to 850 ℃ were investigated by measuring their capacitance-electric filed curve and hysteresis *** results show that the highest dielectric constant and energy density are 81.2 and 17.0 J·cm^(-3),respectively,which is obtained in the sample with annealing temperature of 800 ℃.Annealed from 700 to800 ℃,the dielectric constant and energy storage performance of PSNNS films are continuously ***,with annealing temperature up to 850 ℃,their dielectric constant decreases,which might be related with the removal of interfacial defects as a function of annealing *** is one of the causes of space charge phenomenon,resulting in the increase in dielectric ***,the micro structure analysis by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscope(TEM) indicates that the change of crystallization phase and interfacial polarization takes responsibility to the results.

Tunnel seismic advance prediction can effectively reduce the construction risk during tunnel *** with the 2-D method,the 3-D method is more conducive to describing the spatial characteristics of the geological body by adding the seismic data in the vertical ***,some drawbacks still need improvement in the current 3-D tunnel seismic prediction method.(1)The geometry is complex,which is destructiveness,high cost,and time-consuming,and will delay the tunnel construction schedule.(2)Illumination of the anomalous body is insufficient,and the precision of migration imaging is low.(3)Shot points are far away from the tunnel face,the energy loss at the shot points is more serious.(4)The received signals at the tunnel wall have the surface wave with strong energy when the shot points are placed on the tunnel wall.(5)The geometry is not linear,so the directional filtering method cannot be used to extract the reflection *** overcome the drawbacks of the current prediction method,a new 3-D symmetrical tunnel seismic prediction method is *** geophones are installed on the tunnel wall,two on the left side,two on the right side,and two on the top ***-four shot points are placed on the tunnel face and near both sides of the tunnel wall,twelve shot points on the left side and twelve shot points on the right *** shot points will move along with the forward excavation of the *** wavefield analysis,illumination statistics,and 3-D reverse time migration imaging are used to evaluate the proposed *** result of modeled data indicates that the proposed 3-D geometry has some advantages:(1)the geometry is simple and the geophone installation time is short;(2)it has high illumination energy,wide illumination range,and can improve the prediction distance and imaging accuracy;(3)the proposed 3-D method can better estimate the velocity of surrounding rock and is more conducive to extracting the reflection wave with high resolut

甲骨文为早期成体系的古代文字,字形仍然保留着较多的形象特征,书写大多不太固定,字形往往呈现出一些差异,如笔画多少不一、形体朝向不定、部件不固定、结构不定型等。但其中的关键细节相对比较一致,具体表现在笔画的曲直、笔画的长短、书写的方向、强化的特征、选取的对象以及部件的组合关系等方面。这些有意为之的细节,除了忠实记录着原始信息之外,也有不少出于区分字形和区别字义的考虑。典型细节中蕴含着的重要的构形信息,对字义的传达至为关键,对字形的演变产生了深远的影响。

目的探讨黄芪提取物调控核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)/抗氧化反应元件(ARE)信号通路对糖尿病肾病大鼠氧化应激的影响。方法用高脂饮食联合腹腔注射链脲佐菌素法构建糖尿病大鼠模型,并随机分为模型组、高剂量+ML385组和低、高剂量实验组,每组12只;另选12只大鼠作为空白组。空白组和模型组大鼠均灌胃等体积的0.9%NaCl,低、高剂量实验组大鼠分别灌胃50、100 mg·kg^(-1)黄芪提取物,高剂量+ML385组大鼠在灌胃100 mg·kg^(-1)黄芪提取物的同时腹腔注射20 mg·kg^(-1)ML385,qd,连续8周。检测大鼠肾组织中氧化应激相关指标含量,用二氢乙啶染色法检测活性氧表达水平,用蛋白质印迹法检测大鼠肾组织中醌氧化还原酶1(NQO1)、血红素加氧酶1(HO-1)及细胞核Nrf2的蛋白相对表达水平。结果空白组、模型组、高剂量实验组和高剂量+ML385组的超氧化物歧化酶分别为(163.89±20.28)、(71.35±12.72)、(132.11±19.29)和(73.04±13.28)U·mg^(-1),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶分别为(12.82±1.57)、(4.91±1.18)、(8.54±1.09)和(5.10±1.43)U·mg^(-1),活性氧分别为0.02±0.01、0.09±0.01、0.05±0.01和0.08±0.01,细胞核Nrf2蛋白相对表达水平分别为0.63±0.09、0.28±0.06、0.60±0.08和0.32±0.05,NQO1蛋白相对表达水平分别为0.58±0.11、0.27±0.07、0.63±0.12和0.31±0.08,HO-1蛋白相对表达水平分别为0.53±0.08、0.23±0.06、0.59±0.09和0.28±0.05。高剂量实验组的上述指标与模型组比较,在统计学上差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);高剂量+ML385组的上述指标与高剂量实验组比较,在统计学上差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论黄芪提取物可以减轻糖尿病肾病大鼠氧化应激损伤,其机制可能是通过调控Nrf2/ARE信号通路实现的。
