In the current situation where the practical application of silicon anode materials encounters great challenges,silicon oxide(SiO_(x),0≤x≤2)has attracted the attention of researchers due to its relatively small volume expansion,stable cycling performance,and low cost,which is possible to realize commercial applications earlier than silicon anode.However,it remains a challenge to prepare SiO_(x)materials with long-term stable cycling performance and high Coulombic efficiency using low-cost methods.In this work,SiO_(x)anode material with high Coulombic efficiency and good long-term cycling stability was prepared at a low cost by hydrolysis of siloxane and in situ polymerization of phenolic resin.The hydrolysis of siloxane was further regulated by different silane coupling agents to regulate the size and microstructure of prepared SiO_(x)materials,which displayed the substantially improved electrochemical performance.The excellent electrochemical performance of SiO_(x)prepared by regulated hydrolysis of siloxane with silane coupling agents is attributed to the effect of silane coupling agent on size and microstructure of SiO_(x),revealing that the strategy of modulating the hydrolysis of siloxane by silane coupling agent is a potential method to prepare high-performance SiO_(x)materials.

The basic high-temperature properties of iron ore play a crucial role in optimizing sintering and ore blending,but the testing process for these properties is complex and has significant lag time,which cannot meet the actual needs of ore blending.A prediction model for the basic high-temperature properties of iron ore fines was thus proposed based on a combination of machine learning algorithms and genetic algorithms.First,the prediction accuracy of different machine learning models for the basic high-temperature properties of iron ore fines was compared.Then,a random forest model optimized by genetic algorithms was built,further improving the prediction accuracy of the model.The test results show that the random forest model optimized by genetic algorithms has the highest prediction accuracy for the lowest assimilation temperature and liquid phase fluidity of iron ore,with a determination coefficient of 0.903 for the lowest assimilation temperature and 0.927 for the liquid phase fluidity after optimization.The trained model meets the fluctuation requirements of on-site testing and has been successfully applied to actual production on site.

Variations in stratospheric water vapor (SWV) impact not only dynamic and chemical stratospheric processes but also the rate of global warming by influencing the Earth’s energy budget. Multiple observations have indicated a significant increasing trend in SWV since 2005. Here， using both observations and idealized sensitivity experiments with a numerical model， we find that the warming in the tropical Atlantic is the main contributor to the increasing SWV trend since 2005. The warming of both the tropical Indian and Atlantic oceans elicits a Gill-Matsuno responses， and the tropopause warming caused by Atlantic warming is located over the Indo-Pacific warm pool， which tends to efficiently increase the SWV after 2005. The North Pacific warming， which weakens the Hadley cell， results in a reduction in the tropical tropopause height and consequential tropopause warming， especially over the warm pool， which also contributes to the SWV increase.

Complex networks are becoming more complex because of the use of many components with diverse technologies. In fact, manual configuration that makes each component interoperable has breed latent danger to system security. There is still no comprehensive review of these studies and prospects for further research. According to the complexity of component configuration and difficulty of security assurance in typical complex networks, this paper systematically reviews the abstract models and formal analysis methods required for intelligent configuration of complex networks, specifically analyzes, and compares the current key technologies such as configuration semantic awareness, automatic generation of security configuration, dynamic deployment, and verification evaluation. These technologies can effectively improve the security of complex networks intelligent configuration and reduce the complexity of operation and maintenance. This paper also summarizes the mainstream construction methods of complex networks configuration and its security test environment and detection index system, which lays a theoretical foundation for the formation of the comprehensive effectiveness verification capability of configuration security. The whole lifecycle management system of configuration security process proposed in this paper provides an important technical reference for reducing the complexity of network operation and maintenance and improving network security.

Yield improvement has long been an important task for soybean breeding in the world in order to meet the increasing demand for food and animal feed. mi R396 genes have been shown to negatively regulate grain size in rice,but whether mi R396 family members may function in a similar manner in soybean is unknown. Here, we generated eight soybean mutants harboring different combinations of homozygous mutations in the six soybean mi R396genes through genome editing with clustered regularly interspaced palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated nuclease(Cas)12SF01 in the elite soybean cultivar Zhonghuang 302(ZH302). Four triple mutants (mir396aci, mir396acd, mir396adf, and mir396cdf), two quadruple mutants(mir396-abcd and mir396acfi), and two quintuple mutants(mir396abcdf and mir396bcdfi) were characterized. We found that plants of all the mir396 mutants produced larger seeds compared to ZH302 plants. Field tests showed that mir396adf and mir396cdf plants have significantly increased yield in growth zones with relatively high latitude which are suited for ZH302 and moderately increased yield in lower latitude. In contrast, mir396abcdf and mir396bcdfiplants have increased plant height and decreased yield in growth zones with relatively high latitude due to lodging issues, but they are suited for low latitude growth zones with increased yield without lodging problems.Taken together, our study demonstrated that loss-of-function of mi R396 genes leads to significantly enlarged seed size and increased yield in soybean, providing valuable germplasms for breeding high-yield soybean.

Neodymium naphthenate-loaded organic phase stripping using sodium oxalate solution was studied to explore the feasibility of synchronous rare earth-loaded organic phase stripping,rare earth precipitation,and blank organic phase saponification.Experimental results show that loaded organic phase stripping,rare earth precipitation,and blank organic phase saponification can be realized simultaneously.When using 20% excess of sodium oxalate over the stoichiometry with the volume ratio of organic phase to aqueous phase of 1:1 at 25℃ for 40 min,the single stage stripping rate and saponification value are about 40% and 0.29 mol/L,respectively.After 16 stages of countercurrent continuous stripping,the stripping rate of neodymium can reach 99%,the saponification value is 0.42 mol/L,the Nd^(3+) concentration in saponified organic phase is less than 0.0020 mol/L,and the main phase in precipitation isNd_(2)(C2 O_(4))3·10 H_(2) O.Afterwards,this saponified organic phase can be used in the extraction of NdCl_(3) solution,and then the loaded organic phases(neodymium naphthenate) with 0.16 mol/L Nd^(3+) can be retrieved.The morphology,particle size distribution,and composition of theNd_(2)(C2 O_(4))3·10 H_(2) O products are similar to those of the current direct precipitation products.The neodymium oxide prepared by continuous calcination of neodymium oxalate meets the national standard of China(GB/T 5240-2015).These results prove the feasibility of stripping neodymium naphthenate-loaded organic phase by using sodium oxalate solution.Sodium oxalate can serve as a stripping agent,a saponifier,and a precipitator,thereby simplifying rare earth extraction and separation.This study provides theoretical and technical support for the development of a novel method for rare earth extraction and separation.

Transfer RNA(t RNA)-derived small RNAs(ts RNAs) are a recently established family of regulatory small non-coding RNAs that modulate diverse biological processes. Growing evidence indicates that ts RNAs are involved in neurological disorders and play a role in the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative disease. However, whether ts RNAs are involved in traumatic brain injury-induced secondary injury remains poorly understood. In this study, a mouse controlled cortical impact model of traumatic brain injury was established, and integrated ts RNA and messenger RNA(m RNA) transcriptome sequencing were used. The results revealed that 103 ts RNAs were differentially expressed in the mouse model of traumatic brain injury at 72 hours, of which 56 ts RNAs were upregulated and 47 ts RNAs were downregulated. Based on micro RNA-like seed matching and Pearson correlation analysis, 57 differentially expressed ts RNA-m RNA interaction pairs were identified, including 29 ts RNAs and 26 m RNAs. Moreover, Gene Ontology annotation of target genes revealed that the significantly enriched terms were primarily associated with inflammation and synaptic function. Collectively, our findings suggest that ts RNAs may be associated with traumatic brain injury-induced secondary brain injury, and are thus a potential therapeutic target for traumatic brain injury. The study was approved by the Beijing Neurosurgical Institute Animal Care and Use Committee(approval No. 20190411) on April 11, 2019.

After brain injury, infiltration and abnormal activation of neutrophils damages brain tissue and worsens inflammation, but the mediators that connect activated neutrophils with neuroinflammation have not yet been fully clarified. To identify regulators of neutrophil-mediated neuroinflammation after traumatic brain injury, a mouse model of traumatic brain injury was established by controlled cortical impact. At 7 days post-injury(sub-acute phase), genome-wide transcriptomic data showed that interleukin 17 A-associated signaling pathways were markedly upregulated, suggesting that interleukin 17 A may be involved in neuroinflammation. Double immunofluorescence staining showed that interleukin 17 A was largely secreted by neutrophils rather than by glial cells and neurons. Furthermore, nuclear factor-kappaB and Stat3, both of which are important effectors in interleukin 17 A-mediated proinflammatory responses, were significantly activated. Collectively, our findings suggest that neutrophil-derived interleukin 17 A participates in neutrophil-mediated neuroinflammation during the subacute phase of traumatic brain injury. Therefore, interleukin 17 A may be a promising therapeutic target for traumatic brain injury.
