Testicular damage is one of the most hazardous effects as it’s associated with ***(Bu)is a highly toxic chemotherapeutic drug that affects *** male Swiss albino mice divided into six groups of 5 animals ***(oral 0.9%saline daily for 75 days);Mel(20 mg/kg/day orally for 30 days);ZnO NPs(5 mg/kg/day *** 30 days);BU(single *** of 40 mg/kg and then left for 45 days);BU+Mel(single 40 mg/kg dose of BU and left for 45 days followed by 20 mg/kg/day Mel for 30 days);BU+ZnO NPs(single dose of 40 mg/kg of BU and left for 45 days,then 5 mg/kg/day ZnO NPs for 30 days).Preparation and Characterization of ZnO *** from testis prepared for ultrastructural investigations using TEM after Masson’s trichrome and toluidine blue *** induced histological and ultrastructural damage of the ***,the present results could be concluded that Mel or ZnO NPs can protect the testicular tissue against ultrastructural alterations induced by BU by its antioxidant and anti-apoptotic effects.

The hepatotoxic effect of potassium bromide(KBr)on rat liver tissues were determined,as well as the potential protective effect of Tegillaraca granosa(***)flesh body *** adult male albino rats were equally distributed into four groups;Group(I)treated with physiological saline(control group),Group(II)was orally gavaged by 200 mg/kg of *** body extract day after day,Group(III)was intoxicated by KBr(150 mg/kg bwt day after day orally)and finally,Group(IV)was given a combination of *** flesh body extract plus KBr with similar doses in the second and third *** the end of one month,blood,liver tissue and bone marrow samples were collected to be used for the required laboratory *** response to KBr toxicity,there was a significant increase in serum antioxidant biomarkers,which was accompanied by a significant change in hepatocyte ultrastructure and a significant change in carbohydrate and protein levels within the liver *** addition,KBr intoxication resulted in a substantial increase in the incidence of chromosomal aberrations such as holes,splits,deletions,fragments,ploidy,and ring chromosomes,as well as significant upregulation of TGF-1,VEGF,and COX-2 gene *** hepatotoxic effect of KBr was counteracted by treatment with *** flesh body *** flesh body extract has a curative antioxidant and numerous protective effects against KBr hepatotoxicity.

Since Type 1 diabetes(T1DM)occurs whenβ-cells mass is reduced to less than 20%of the normal level due to autoimmune destruction of cells resulting in the inability to secrete insulin,preservation or replenishment of the functionalβ-cells mass has become a major therapeutic focus for this diabetic type ***,this 4-week work plan was designed to determine which mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)type is more appropriate to alleviate pancreatic hazards resulting from diabetes induction;via tracking a comparative study between MSCs derived from adipose tissue(AD-MSCs)and from bone marrow(BM-MSCs)in management of T1DM considering their immunomodulatory,anti-apoptotic and antioxidative *** were divided randomly into 4 groups;control,STZdiabetic(D),D+AD-MSCs,and D+BM-MSCs *** stem cells types in this study were ***,both oxidative stress and antioxidant markers were evaluated using colorimetric analysis,while inflammatory,immune and apoptotic markers were assessed through flow cytometric *** showed that diabetic rats treated with either AD-MSCs or BM-MSCs exhibited marked pancreatic antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities that were able to initiate pancreatic immunomodulation and reducingβ-cells apoptotic death,thus,help to restore their normal insulin secretion and hypoglycemic ***,AD-MSCs injection was shown to be superior as a pancreatic regenerative tool in overcoming diabetes;owing to their marked antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,immunomodulatory,and anti-apoptotic characteristics over BM-MSCs treatment.

This paper emphasizes a faster digital processing time while presenting an accurate method for identifying spinefractures in X-ray pictures. The study focuses on efficiency by utilizing many methods that include picturesegmentation, feature reduction, and image classification. Two important elements are investigated to reducethe classification time: Using feature reduction software and leveraging the capabilities of sophisticated digitalprocessing hardware. The researchers use different algorithms for picture enhancement, including theWiener andKalman filters, and they look into two background correction techniques. The article presents a technique forextracting textural features and evaluates three picture segmentation algorithms and three fractured spine detectionalgorithms using transformdomain, PowerDensity Spectrum(PDS), andHigher-Order Statistics (HOS) for *** an emphasis on reducing digital processing time, this all-encompassing method helps to create asimplified system for classifying fractured spine fractures. A feature reduction program code has been built toimprove the processing speed for picture classification. Overall, the proposed approach shows great potential forsignificantly reducing classification time in clinical settings where time is critical. In comparison to other transformdomains, the texture features’ discrete cosine transform (DCT) yielded an exceptional classification rate, and theprocess of extracting features from the transform domain took less time. More capable hardware can also result inquicker execution times for the feature extraction algorithms.

In recent years, there are many types of semantic similarity measures, which are used to measure the similarity between two concepts. It is necessary to define the differences between the measures, performance, and evaluations. The major contribution of this paper is to choose the best measure among different similarity measures that give us good result with less error rate. The experiment was done on a taxonomy built to measure the semantic distance between two concepts in the health domain, which are represented as nodes in the taxonomy. Similarity measures methods were evaluated relative to human experts’ ratings. Our experiment was applied on the ICD10 taxonomy to determine the similarity value between two concepts. The similarity between 30 pairs of the health domains has been evaluated using different types of semantic similarity measures equations. The experimental results discussed in this paper have shown that the Hoa A. Nguyen and Hisham Al-Mubaid measure has achieved high matching score by the expert’s judgment.

The data and applications in cloud computing reside in cyberspace, that allowing to users access data through any connection device, when you need to transfer information over the cloud, you will lose control of it. There are multi types of security challenge must be understood and countermeasures. One of the major security challenges is resources of the cloud computing infrastructures are provided as services over the Internet, and entire data in the cloud computing are reside over network resources, that enables the data to be access through VMs. In this work, we describe security techniques for securing a VCCI, VMMs such as Encryption and Key Management (EKM), Access Control Mechanisms (ACMs), Virtual Trusted Platform Module (vTPM), Virtual Firewall (VF), and Trusted Virtual Domains (TVDs). In this paper we focus on security of virtual resources in Virtualized Cloud Computing Infrastructure (VCCI), Virtual Machine Monitor (VMM) by describing types of attacks on VCCI, and vulnerabilities of VMMs and we describe the techniques for securing a VCCI.

Diabetes mellitus(DM)could negatively affect patients’health via inducing a lot of serious functional hazards in many tissues’cells at molecular ***,many scientists had proposed stem cell therapy being an appropriate alternative treatment protocol for numerous health threatening issues including ***,the current study was designed to investigate the antioxidant potentiality of two MSCs types in alleviating tissues’oxidative stress dramatic elevation resulting as a consequence of Type 1 DM *** our 4 weeks study,animals were divided into four groups:control group,STZ-diabetic group(D),D+AD-MSCs group and D+BM-MSCs *** reported that diabetic rats treated with either AD-MSCs or BM-MSCs exhibited a marvelous body tissues(Pancreas,Liver and Kidney)enhancing capabilities in attenuating the oxidative stress status;as evidenced by XO,ROS,and MDA levels down-regulation;with a general concomitant elevation in the antioxidants’content;evidenced by many enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidants up-regulation;relative to the diabetic untreated ***,comparing both treatments with each other and to control group,most of the measured parameters were reverted back to near normal levels after AD-MSCs injection;which clearly point out their stunning health benefits and superiority as anti-diabetic agent in overcoming different tissues’complications;owing to their marked cytoprotective and regenerative potentialities.

With the development of hardware devices and the upgrading of smartphones,a large number of users save privacy-related information in mobile devices,mainly smartphones,which puts forward higher demands on the protection of mobile users’privacy *** present,mobile user authenticationmethods based on humancomputer interaction have been extensively studied due to their advantages of high precision and non-perception,but there are still shortcomings such as low data collection efficiency,untrustworthy participating nodes,and lack of *** this end,this paper proposes a privacy-enhanced mobile user authentication method with motion sensors,which mainly includes:(1)Construct a smart contract-based private chain and federated learning to improve the data collection efficiency of mobile user authentication,reduce the probability of the model being bypassed by attackers,and reduce the overhead of data centralized processing and the risk of privacy leakage;(2)Use certificateless encryption to realize the authentication of the device to ensure the credibility of the client nodes participating in the calculation;(3)Combine Variational Mode Decomposition(VMD)and Long Short-TermMemory(LSTM)to analyze and model the motion sensor data of mobile devices to improve the accuracy of model *** experimental results on the real environment dataset of 1513 people show that themethod proposed in this paper can effectively resist poisoning attacks while ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of mobile user authentication.

With the rapid growth of internet usage,a new situation has been created that enables practicing *** has increased over the past decade,and it has the same adverse effects as face-to-face bullying,like anger,sadness,anxiety,and *** the anonymity people get on the internet,they tend to bemore aggressive and express their emotions freely without considering the effects,which can be a reason for the increase in cyberbullying and it is the main motive behind the current *** study presents a thorough background of cyberbullying and the techniques used to collect,preprocess,and analyze the ***,a comprehensive review of the literature has been conducted to figure out research gaps and effective techniques and practices in cyberbullying detection in various languages,and it was deduced that there is significant room for improvement in the Arabic *** a result,the current study focuses on the investigation of shortlisted machine learning algorithms in natural language processing(NLP)for the classification of Arabic datasets duly collected from Twitter(also known as X).In this regard,support vector machine(SVM),Naive Bayes(NB),Random Forest(RF),Logistic regression(LR),Bootstrap aggregating(Bagging),Gradient Boosting(GBoost),Light Gradient Boosting Machine(LightGBM),Adaptive Boosting(AdaBoost),and eXtreme Gradient Boosting(XGBoost)were shortlisted and investigated due to their effectiveness in the similar ***,the scheme was evaluated by well-known performance measures like accuracy,precision,Recall,and ***,XGBoost exhibited the best performance with 89.95%accuracy,which is promising compared to the state-of-the-art.
