Photocatalytic reduction of CO_(2) into fuel represents a promising approach for achieving carbon neutrality,while realizing high selectivity in this process is challenging due to uncontrollable reaction intermediate and retarded desorption of target products.Engineering the interface microenvironment of catalysts has been proposed as a strategy to exert a significant influence on reaction outcomes,yet it remains a significant challenge.In this study,amino alkylation was successfully integrated into the melem unit of polymeric carbon nitrides(PCN),which could efficiently drive the photocatalytic CO_(2) reduction.Experimental characterization and theoretical calculations revealed that the introduction of amino alkylation lowers the energy barrier for CO_(2) reduction into^(*)COOH intermediate,transforming the adsorption of^(*)COOH intermediate from the endothermic to an exothermic process.Notably,the as-prepared materials demonstrated outstanding performance in photocatalytic CO_(2) reduction,yielding CO_(2)at a rate of 152.8μmol h^(-1) with a high selectivity of 95.4%and a quantum efficiency of 6.6%.

杨树烂皮病生防菌株X4筛选与鉴定

采用稀释法从杨树根际土壤分离到若干细菌,通过平板对峙法筛选出对杨树烂皮病病原污黑腐皮壳菌(Valsa sordida Nit)的拮抗菌株X4,其抑菌率达83.96%。菌株形态学、生理生化特征以及16S rDNA基因序列分析的鉴定结果表明:生防菌株为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis)。生防菌株X4还对松球壳孢(Sphaeropsis sapinea)、立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)、腐皮镰刀菌(Fusarium solani)、交链格孢(Alternaria alternata)、希金斯炭疽菌(Colletotrichum higginsianum)、杨灰星叶点霉(Phyllosticta populea)等病原菌有抑制作用,抑菌谱比较广。贝莱斯芽孢杆菌X4具有一定的林木病害防治应用潜力,可为研发杨树烂皮病生物防治提供新途径。

one of the purposes of the reform of Japanese teaching mode in university is to promote the formation of students’ personalized learning methods and the development of their autonomous learning ability. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the autonomous learning of college Japanese in the information era. Combining with the characteristics of autonomous learning and the process of language autonomous learning, this paper proposes the cultivation of the autonomous learning ability in college Japanese teaching in the information age: strengthen the construction of teachers and give full play to the guiding role of Japanese teachers;stimulate students’ interest in learning and improve their information selection and search ability;create a rich language learning environment and actively guide students to study independently;Improve students’ information technology literacy, escort for independent learning;add comprehensible input and develop students’ metacognitive strategies.

目的探究多囊卵巢综合征(脾虚痰湿型)不孕患者联合采用调周法和针灸的临床疗效。方法简单随机选取2022年1月—2023年1月青岛市黄岛区中医医院收治的100例多囊卵巢综合征(脾虚痰湿型)不孕患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分组,50例/组,对照组采用调周法治疗,观察组在其基础上联合针灸治疗。比较两组治疗有效率、性激素水平。结果观察组总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.761,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组性激素指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多囊卵巢综合征(脾虚痰湿型)不孕患者实施中医调周法和针灸疗法协同施治,可以更好地调节激素水平,提高妊娠成功率。

历史街区中的公共空间为各种活动的开展提供了必要的场所,评价和改善其品质对丰富市民生活和提升游客的游览体验起到积极作用。文章以逢源大街历史文化街区作为研究对象,采用PSPL调研法对街区内公共空间品质和人群活动特征进行调研。首先以主观问卷和客观量表相结合的方法从便利性、安全性、可达性、空间容量四个方面对街区公共空间质量进行评价,发现公共空间中存在便利性和可达性不足的问题。其次,观察公共空间中的人群分布、公共活动类型,发现存在空间活力不足、活动单一的问题,并针对这一点对使用者的活动偏好进行调研,为未来的提升与改造提供参考。

Ben Cao Gang Mu(Compendium of Materia Medica),written by Li Shizhen,an outstanding medical expert in the Ming Dynasty,lasted 27 years and had three drafts changed.Once published,it was translated to all over the world with its great influence and spread in many countries in Asia,Europe,and America successively,becoming one of the best medical works ever and translated into different foreign languages.This paper focuses on the dissemination of Ben Cao Gang Mu in America and Japan to explore the differences between the Japanese world and the English world in the translation and introduction of traditional Chinese medicine classics.

目的:探讨混合式教学模式在非医高等院校学生CPR培训中的应用效果,为推进社会公众CPR技能培训提供方法和策略。方法:选取某地2所非医学高等院校学生,实施基于BOPPPS模型的混合式教学模式的CPR技能培训,分别调查培训前后CPR相关知识掌握情况、CPR急救意愿和学习意愿,并在培训后进行急救技能操作水平、教学效果满意度评价。结果:培训前后大学生对CPR认知和知识掌握情况对比具有显著差异(P<0.001);培训后CPR操作考核平均得分为84分,正确实施按压的比例高达92.0%;培训后大学生对CPR和AED操作有实践自信的比例分别为87.9%和84.7%,且对基于BOPPPS模型的混合式教学模式的CPR技能培训效果满意度为97.7%。结论:基于BOPPPS模型的混合式教学模式在大学生CPR培训中收到较好效果,能够有效促进大学生CPR实践自信。

Prober： exploiting sequential characteristics in buffer for improving SSDs write performance

Solid state disks （SSDs） are becoming one of the mainstream storage devices due to their salient features, such as high read performance and low power consump- tion. In order to obtain high write performance and extend flash lifespan, SSDs leverage an internal DRAM to buffer frequently rewritten data to reduce the number of program operations upon the flash. However, existing buffer manage- ment algorithms demonstrate their blank in leveraging data access features to predict data attributes. In various real-world workloads, most of large sequential write requests are rarely rewritten in near future. Once these write requests occur, many hot data will be evicted from DRAM into flash mem- ory, thus jeopardizing the overall system performance. In order to address this problem, we propose a novel large write data identification scheme, called Prober. This scheme probes large sequential write sequences among the write streams at early stage to prevent them from residing in the buffer. In the meantime, to further release space and reduce waiting time for handling the incoming requests, we temporarily buffer the large data into DRAM when the buffer has free space, and leverage an actively write-back scheme for large sequential write data when the flash array turns into idle state. Experi- mental results demonstrate that our schemes improve hit ratio of write requests by up to 10%, decrease the average response time by up to 42% and reduce the number of erase opera- tions by up to 11%, compared with the state-of-the-art buffer replacement algorithms.

Investigation of 3D Dirac semimetal supported terahertz dielectric-loaded plasmonic waveguides

The tunable propagation properties of 3D Dirac semimetal(DSM)-supported dielectric-loaded surface plasmons structures have been investigated in the THz regime,including the influences of the Fermi level of 3D DSM layer,the fiber shape and operation frequencies.The results indicate that the shape of dielectric fiber affects the hybrid mode significantly,on the condition that if ax(the semi-minor axis length of the dielectric semi-ellipse)is relatively small,the fiber shows good mode confinement and low loss simultaneously,and the figure of merit reaches more than 200.The propagation property can be manipulated in a wide range by changing the Fermi level of 3D DSM,e.***.if the Fermi level varies in the range of 0.05 eV–0.15 eV,the propagation length changes in the range of 9.073×10^(3)–2.715×10^(4)μm,and the corresponding modulation depth is 66.5%.These results are very helpful to understand the tunable mechanisms of the 3D DSM plasmonic devices,such as switchers,modulators,and sensors.

Neuronal differentiation effects of vascular endothelial factor on bone marrow stromal cells

BACKGROUND：Studies have demonstrated that bone marrow stromal cells （BMSCs） undergo neuronal differentiation under certain in vitro conditions.However,very few inducers of BMSC differentiation have been used in clinical application.The effects of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） on in vitro neuronal differentiation of BMSCs remain poorly understood.OBJECTIVE：To investigate the effect of VEGF on neuronal differentiation of BMSCs in vitro,and to determine the best VEGF concentration for experimental induction.DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING：In vitro comparative study was performed at the Central Laboratory and Laboratory of Male Reproductive Medicine,Shenzhen Hospital of Peking University from October 2008 to August 2009.MATERIALS：Recombinant human VEGF165 was purchased from Peprotech Asia,Rehovot,Israel.Neuron-specific enolase （NSE） was purchased from Beijing Biosynthesis Biotechnology,China.METHODS：BMSCs were harvested from adult Sprague Dawley rats.The passaged cells were pre-induced with 10 ng/mL basic fibroblast growth factor for 24 hours,followed by differentiation induction with 0,5,10,and 20 ng/mL VEGF,respectively.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES：Morphological changes in BMSCs prior to and following VEGF induction.Expression of NSE following induction was determined by immunocytochemistry.RESULTS：Shrunken,round cells,with a strong refraction and thin bipolar or multipolar primary and secondary branches were observed 3 days after induction with 5,10,and 20 ng/mL VEGF.However,these changes were not observed in the control group.At 10 days after induction,the number of NSE-positive cells was greatest in the 10 ng/mL VEGF-treated group （P〈 0.05）.The number of NSE-positive cells was least in the control group at 3 and 10 days post-induction （P〈 0.05）.Moreover,the number of NSE-positive cells was greater at 10 days compared with at 3 days after induction （P〈 0.05）.CONCLUSION：Of the VEGF concentrations tested,10 ng/mL induced the greatest number of neuronal-like cells in vitro from BMSCs.
