The synthesis of mesoporous zeolite-anchored atomically dispersed metal catalysts(ADCs)is a considerable challenge in chemistry and materials science.Here we report the synthesis of atomically dispersed cationic nickel-confined mesoporous ZSM-48(ANMZ-48)by in situ hydrothermal reaction employing a designed tri-functional metal complex template,by which the triquaternary ammonium groups in the hydrophilic region direct the formation of ZSM-48 zeolite;the aromatic groups in the hydrophobic tail generate the mesopores through π-π stacking;and the complexes formed by nickel ions coordinated with terpyridyl groups generate atomically dispersed Ni2+confined in zeolite frameworks due to the strong sintering resistance generated by the strong coordination interaction.The ANMZ-48 is consisting of stacking of sheet-like ZSM-48 domains connected by multiply crystal twinning sharing the common(011)plane,generating abundant of imbedded mesopores with the uniform thickness of~2.4 nm and with the width of 10-50 nm.The excellent catalytic activity and stability of ANMZ-48 were also reflected in the dry reforming of methane(DRM)reaction.

To the Editor:Major depressive disorder(MDD)is a mood disorder characterized by complex patterns of emotional,cognitive,and behavioral symptomology and deficits in daily functioning.Genital symptoms,including a reduction in libido and menstrual disturbances,have been considered to be a classic symptom of MDD for many decades.Previous evidence has reached a broad consensus that the incidence of genital symptoms is higher in patients with MDD than in the general population.A systematic review and meta-analysis found a bidirectional association between MDD and genital symptoms,with patients with MDD showing a 50–70%increased risk of developing genital symptoms,while individuals with genital symptoms had a 130–210%increased risk of developing MDD.^([1])As previously reported,50–70%of people with MDD experience sexual dysfunction.^([2])To date,few studies have focused on the comparison of clinical features between patients with MDD with and without genital symptoms,and the longitudinal prognosis.

目的评价海博麦布治疗高胆固醇血症的有效性及安全性。方法检索国内外有关数据库与临床试验注册网站(截至2023年3月27日),收集海博麦布治疗高胆固醇血症的随机对照试验(RCT)。试验组为海博麦布单药或联合其他降血脂药,对照组为安慰剂或与试验组相同的其他降血脂药。有效性主要结局指标为低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL⁃C)的变化率,安全性主要结局指标为总体不良事件(AE)、严重AE(SAE)、因AE终止试验、与研究药物相关AE的发生率,安全性次要结局指标为≥2项研究中报道的主要AE发生率。使用RevMan 5.4软件进行meta分析。计数资料效应指标为相对危险度(RR)及其95%置信区间(CI);计量资料效应指标为均数差(MD)及其95%CI。结果纳入分析的RCT共4项,涉及1488例患者,其中试验组952例,对照组536例。meta分析结果显示,治疗8~12周时试验组(海博麦布20 mg/d和10 mg/d联合或不联合阿托伐他汀10 mg/d)LDL⁃C降幅显著大于对照组(海博麦布20 mg/d:MD=-13.36%,95%CI:-15.28%~-11.44%,P0.05)。结论海博麦布可以有效降低高胆固醇血症患者的LDL⁃C水平,且安全性良好。

目的·系统评价体动记录仪对于抑郁症患者昼夜节律特征的评估效果。方法·检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、PsycINFO、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang)、中国生物医学文献数据库(Chinese biomedical literature database,CBM),检索文献发表时间为从各数据库建库开始至2023年05月05日,收集使用体动记录仪评估抑郁症患者的昼夜节律并与健康对照进行比较的横断面研究。由2名研究者根据纳入与排除标准独立筛选文献,并采用Newcastle-Ottawa Scale(NOS)文献质量评价量表对纳入的文献进行质量评价,最后使用RevMan5.4软件进行meta分析。结果·共纳入9篇文献,包括抑郁症患者390名,健康对照288名。Meta分析结果显示,抑郁症患者昼夜节律余弦函数的中值(midline statistic of rhythm,MESOR)(SMD=−0.29,95%CI−0.51~−0.07,P=0.009)小于健康对照;抑郁症患者的入睡时间(sleep onset)(MD=33.06,95%CI 14.90~51.23,P=0.000)和觉醒时间(sleep offset)(MD=53.80,95%CI 22.38~85.23,P=0.000)晚于健康对照;抑郁症患者和健康对照1 d中最活跃的10 h的活动量(activity during the 10 most active hours,M10)(SMD=−0.26,95%CI−0.52~0.01,P=0.060)间差异无统计学意义,但抑郁症患者的活动量有小于健康对照的趋势;抑郁症患者和健康对照昼夜节律余弦函数的峰值相位(acrophase)(MD=25.33,95%CI−12.41~63.06,P=0.190)间差异无统计学意义;抑郁症患者和健康对照昼夜节律余弦函数的振幅(amplitude)(SMD=−0.14,95%CI−0.42~0.14,P=0.340)以及1 d中最不活跃的5 h的活动量(activity during the 5 least active hours,L5)(SMD=0.31,95%CI−0.10~0.71,P=0.140)间差异的统计学意义并不明确。结论·体动记录仪能够在一定程度上反映抑郁症患者的昼夜节律紊乱,但因纳入研究数量有限,研究人群及方法不一致,对分析质量和结果产生了一定影响,需要更多高质量的临床试验提供证据。

Major depressive disorder(MDD)is one of the most common and serious mental diseases.Its overall 12-month prevalence rate is〜6%,while the lifetime risk increases about twofold(15%-18%),which means almost one in five people will experience at least one depressive episode during their lifetime[1].MDD is characterized by sad emotion accompanied by anhedonia,lack of energy or appetite,sleep disturbance,and low self-evaluation.In severe cases,suicidal ideation/attemp^ehavior or self-injurious behavior may occur,which seriously affects patients'daily life and social function.In 2010,MDD was listed as the second greatest disease burden in the world,and is expected to rank first by 2030[2].

糖尿病肾病伴系膜增生性病变患者肾功能减退速度的影响因素

目的:探究糖尿病肾病伴系膜增生性病变患者的临床病理特征及预后情况,并分析影响其肾功能减退速度的因素。方法:回顾性分析2006年1月至2020年1月于国家肾脏疾病临床医学研究中心经肾活检明确诊断为糖尿病肾病的2型糖尿病患者中,病理表现为系膜增生性病变者。根据每年估算的肾小球滤过率下降速率(ΔeGFR)的四分位点分为Q1~Q4四组,比较四组患者的临床病理资料及预后差异;根据《改善全球肾脏病预后组织指南》将肾功能快速下降定义为ΔeGFR>5 mL/(min·1.73m^(2)·年),并分析肾功能快速减退速度的影响因素及其对预后的影响。结果:符合入选标准的183例患者中,男性76例(41.5%),平均年龄47.8±9.2岁。肾功能下降速率更快的患者于活检时合并外周神经病变比例更高,基线的尿蛋白定量、尿素氮、血清肌酐、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平更高;血清白蛋白、血钙水平更低(P<0.05),且系膜增生病变程度更重(P=0.005)、肾间质炎症评分更高(P=0.029)、间质纤维化与肾小管萎缩评分更高(P=0.029)。基线血钙、基线HbA1c、肾脏病理间质炎症评分是预测肾功能快速下降的独立预测因素,构建预测肾功能快速下降模型方程:Logit(快速下降)=0.876×间质炎症评分-4.122×血钙+0.347×HbA1c+4.778 (AUC=0.736, 95%CI 0.645~0.828,P<0.001)。结论:糖尿病肾病伴系膜增生性病变患者的肾功能快速进展与肾间质炎症评分、基线血钙及HbA1c水平相关,提示控制血糖和肾脏炎症,可能有助于延缓患者的肾功能进展。

Major depressive disorder(MDD),also referred to as depression,is one of the most common psychiatric disorders with a high economic burden.The etiology of depression is still not clear,but it is generally believed that MDD is a multifactorial disease caused by the interaction of social,psychological,and biological aspects.Therefore,there is no exact pathological theory that can independently explain its pathogenesis,involving genetics,neurobiology,and neuroimaging.At present,there are many treatment measures for patients with depression,including drug therapy,psychotherapy,and neuromodulation technology.In recent years,great progress has been made in the development of new antidepressants,some of which have been applied in the clinic.This article mainly reviews the research progress,pathogenesis,and treatment of MDD.

目的探讨CBL教学法在应用型医学检验人才培养中的教学效果。方法选择2018级检验本科学生为对照组,采用常规教学法授课;选择2019级检验本科学生为实验组,采用CBL教学法授课。通过问卷调查、期末成绩、毕业生去向等方面评估CBL教学法在应用型医学检验人才培养中教学效果。结果调查问卷显示实验组学生的学习自主性和分析解决问题能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);实验组学生的理论成绩和实践成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 CBL教学法能培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力;提高学生学习自主性和学习兴趣从而提高学习成绩,是一种适合应用型医学检验技术人才培养的教学方法。

Role of biological rhythm dysfunction in the development and management of bipolar disorders: a review

Disturbance of biological rhythms contributes to the onset of bipolar disorders and is an important clinical feature of the condition.To further explore the role of biological rhythms in bipolar disorders,95 English articles published between 1968 and 2019 were retrieved from the PubMed database and analysed.We herein review the outcomes of studies on biological rhythm disturbance in bipolar disorders,including the epidemiology,aetiology,clinical features(eg,sleep,feeding and eating disorders)and treatment of the condition evaluated by patients*selfreport and biological indicators such as melatonin.Our report supports the characterisation of biological rhythm disturbance as a significant clinical feature affecting the onset and development of bipolar disorders and reviews classical and novel treatments,such as chronotherapy,that can be applied in the clinical practice.Our analysis indicates that a more comprehensive study of the pathophysiology,clinical phenomenology and treatment of biological rhythm disturbance is required.

为探究不同生育期不同程度复合高温干旱胁迫对夏玉米生长发育及产量形成的影响,以夏玉米品种“登海685”为试验材料,于2022年6—9月在衡水农业气象试验站开展夏玉米高温干旱田间胁迫试验。在拔节—抽雄和抽雄—乳熟两个生育期分别进行试验。干旱处理设置为轻旱和重旱两个水平。通过增温箱分别在两个生育期进行高温处理,这样每个生育期有轻旱、轻旱高温、重旱、重旱高温四种胁迫处理,各处理有两个重复。此外设置全生育期增温无旱处理和对照组,共10个处理,对株高、叶面积、干物质重及产量构成要素进行观测。结果显示,夏玉米全生育期增温会增加株高和叶面积,但会降低干物质积累导致产量下降;夏玉米在拔节—抽雄和抽雄—乳熟期发生严重的干旱可显著降低株高,但干旱复合高温后影响程度变弱;两个时期发生高温复合干旱与单一干旱相比对玉米叶面积的降低程度更明显;两个时期发生高温干旱胁迫对玉米植株干物质的降低主要由果实干物质降低带来;这两个阶段高温干旱胁迫均会影响产量形成,但拔节—抽雄期干旱对产量形成的影响更大,而抽雄—乳熟期高温的影响更大。
