Effects of free iron oxyhydrates （Fed） and soil organic matter （SOM） on copper （Cu^2＋） sorption-desorption behavior by size fractions of aggregates from two typical paddy soils （Ferric-Accumulic Stagnic Anthrosol （Soil H） and Gleyic Stagnic Anthrosol （Soil W）） were investigated with and without treatments of dithionite-citrate-bicarbonate and of H2O2. The size fractions of aggregates were obtained from the undisturbed bulk topsoil using a low energy ultrasonic dispersion procedure. Experiments of equilibrium sorption and subsequent desorption were conducted at soil water ratio of 1：20, 25℃. For Soil H, Cu^2＋ sorption capacity of the DCB-treated size fractions was decreased by 5.9% for fine sand fraction, by 40.4% for coarse sand fraction, in comparison to 2.9% for the bnlk sample. However, Cu^2＋ sorption capacities of the H2O2-treated fractions were decreased by over 80% for the coarse sand fraction and by 15% for the clay-sized fraction in comparison to 88% for bulk soil. For Soil W, Cu^2＋ sorption capacity of the DCB-treated size fraction was decreased by 30% for the coarse sand fraction and by over 75% for silt sand fraction in comparison to 44.5% for the bulk sample. Cu^2＋ sorption capacities of the H2O2-treated fractions were decreased by only 2.0% for the coarse sand fraction and by 15% for the fine sand fraction in comparison to by 3.4% for bulk soil. However, Cu^2＋ desorption rates were increased much in H2O2-treated samples by over 80% except the clay-sized fraction （only 9.5%） for Soil H. While removal of SOM with H2O2 tendend to increase the desorption rate, DCB- and H2O2-treatments caused decrease in Cu^2＋ retention capacity of size fractions, Particularly, there hardly remained Cu^2＋ retention capacity by size fractions from Soil H after H2O2 treatment except for clay-sized fraction. These findings supported again the dominance of the coarse sand fraction in sorption of metals and the preference of absorbed metals bound to SOM in differently stabilized

With the widespread use of Internet of Things(IoT)technology in daily life and the considerable safety risks of falls for elderly individuals,research on IoT-based fall detection systems has gainedmuch *** paper proposes an IoT-based spatiotemporal data processing framework based on a depthwise separable convolution generative adversarial network using skip-connection(Skip-DSCGAN)for fall *** method uses spatiotemporal data from accelerometers and gyroscopes in inertial sensors as input data.A semisupervised learning approach is adopted to train the model using only activities of daily living(ADL)data,which can avoid data imbalance ***,a quantile-based approach is employed to determine the fall threshold,which makes the fall detection frameworkmore *** proposed fall detection framework is evaluated against four other generative adversarial network(GAN)models with superior anomaly detection performance using two fall public datasets(SisFall&MobiAct).The test results show that the proposed method achieves better results,reaching 96.93% and 92.75% accuracy on the above two test datasets,*** the same time,the proposed method also achieves satisfactory results in terms ofmodel size and inference delay time,making it suitable for deployment on wearable devices with limited *** addition,this paper also compares GAN-based semisupervised learning methods with supervised learning methods commonly used in fall *** clarifies the advantages of GAN-based semisupervised learning methods in fall detection.

黄茅海跨海通道全长31.26 km,跨海段长约14.5 km,设置2座主桥跨越3条航道。2座主桥分别采用主跨2×720 m三塔斜拉桥方案和主跨700 m双塔斜拉桥方案。综合通航、建设风险和线形指标等因素,比选确定了中线“大C湾”线位方案。采用极简美学设计思想,结合台风登陆区灾害防控要求,提出了变截面独柱式桥塔+分体式钢箱梁+中央辅助索的超大跨三塔斜拉桥结构体系和关键结构,显著提升了三塔斜拉桥主梁竖向刚度,颤振临界风速达90 m/s。研发了风嘴+隔涡板组合气动控制措施,可有效抑制分体式钢箱梁的涡激振动。

Background： Tenofovir disoproxil （TDF） is a promising salvage therapy for patients with chronic hepatitis B （CHB） who failed regimens of other nucleoside analogues （NAs）. In this study, we aimed to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety ofTDF monotherapy in Chinese CHB patients with genotypic resistance. Methods： A total of 33 CHB patients who had tailed treatment with other NAs and had genotypic resistance were switched to TDF monotherapy for 48 weeks. Patients＇ demographic data （age, sex, history of hepatitis B virus [HBV] therapy）, laboratory testing results （hepatitis B e antigen [HBeAg] status, HBV DNA levels, alanine aminotransferase [ALT] levels, serum creatinine, urinary protein, genotypic assay）, clinical symptoms, and liver color ultrasound examinations were collected for evaluation at day 0 （baseline） and the 12th, 24th, 36th, and 48th weeks after initiating treatment. Statistical analyses were carried out using rank sum test or rank correlation. Results： With regard to efficacy, the study found that all patients who switched to TDF monotherapy had undetectable HBV DNA levels after 48 weeks. In addition, patients with lower baseline HBV DNA levels realized earlier virological undetectability （r = 0.39, P = 0.030）. AET levels were normal in 30 of 33 patients （91%）. HBeAg negative conversion occurred in 7 of 25 patients （28%）, among whom HBeAg seroconversion （12%） and H BeAg seroclearance （16%） occurred. The time of complete virological response was significantly affected by the number of resistance loci （r = 0.36, P = 0.040）. Concerning safety, the study found that no adverse events were observed during the 48 weeks. Conclusion： TDF monotherapy is an effective and safe salvage treatment for CHB patients who are resistant to other NAs.

目的儿童肺炎是呼吸道常见炎症性疾病,是全球5岁以下儿童常见死因。探索儿童肺炎早期诊断关键基因及通路对研究肺炎发病机制具有重要意义。方法从基因表达谱(gene wxpression omnibus,GEO)数据库筛选儿童肺炎数据集,通过GEO2R筛选差异基因(differentially expressed genes,DEGs),对DEGs进行分析筛选关键基因和核心基因。最后,通过GSE42834验证集进行受试者工作特征(receiver operating characteristic,ROC)曲线分析。结果共获得375个DEGs,其中96个上调,279个下调。基因本体(geneontology,GO)分析揭示差异基因主要在免疫效应过程、细胞活化、细胞分泌、免疫分子结合、补体受体活性等富集;京都基因与基因组百科全书(kyotoencyclopedia of genes and genomes,KEGG)分析提示差异基因主要在免疫和感染性疾病通路富集。通过蛋白互作分析获得前5位关键基因,分别是HLA-A、MAPK14、CD8A、HIST2H2AC、IL2RB,ROC曲线分析揭示MAPK14、CD8A、HIST2H2AC和IL2RB基因的AUC均>0.7;进一步分析提示IL2RB可能是通过调控JAK-STAT信号通路参与肺炎发病机制的核心基因。结论HLA-A、MAPK14、CD8A、HIST2H2AC、IL2RB是儿童肺炎早期诊断关键基因,核心基因IL2RB通过调控JAK-STAT信号通路参与儿童肺炎发病机制。

everal studies have demonstrated that 30%-40% of cancer patients suffer from psychiatric problems such as depression, anxiety and adjustment disorders. The more positively the breast cancer patients rated their appraisal and tangible dimensions of social support, the lower value their mean cortisol level. Malignant melanoma patients who received 6-week structured intervention showed a lessening of emotional discomfort, augmentation of immune function and a decreased recurrence rate and mortality.

Background Brain-derived neurotrophic factor （BDNF） is a stress-responsive intercellular messenger modifying hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal （HPA） axis activity. The interaction between stress and age in BDNF expression is currently not fully understood. This study was conducted to observe unpredictable stress effect on behavior and BDNF expression in CA3 subfield （CA3） and dentate gyrus of hippocampus in different aged rats. Methods Forty-eight Wistar rats of two different ages （2 months and 15 months） were randomly assigned to six groups： two control groups and four stress groups. The rats in the stress group received three weeks of unpredictable mild stress. The depression state and the stress level of the animals were determined by sucrose preference test and observation of exploratory behavior in an open field （OF） test. The expressions of BDNF in CA3 and dentate gyrus of the hippocampus were measured using immunohistochemistry. Results Age and stress had different effects on the behavior of different aged animals （age： F=6.173, P〈0.05, stress： F=6.056, P 〈0.05）. Stress was the main factor affecting sucrose preference （F=123.608, P 〈0.05）. Decreased sucrose preference and suppressed behavior emerged directly following stress, lasting to at least the eighth day after stress in young animals （P 〈0.05）. The older stress rats showed a lower sucrose preference than young stress rats （P 〈0.05）. Older control rats behaved differently from the younger control animals in the OF test, spending more time in the central square （P 〈0.05）, exhibiting fewer vertical movements （P 〈0.05） and less grooming （P 〈0.05）. Following exposure to stress, older-aged rats showed no obvious changes in vertical movement and grooming. This indicates that aged rats were in an unexcited state before the stress period, and responded less to stressful stimuli than younger rats. Edible plant derived exosome-like nanoparticles(ELNs)have been shown to have multiple nutraceutical ***,the diversity of plant materials makes the plant derived ELN study *** efforts are still needed to explore the feasible isolation methods of edible plant derived ELNs and the possible roles of food-derived ELNs in improving human *** this study,a size exclusion chromatography based method was compared with the traditional ultracentrifugation method to isolate blueberry derived ELNs(B-ELNs),and the miRNA profile of B-ELNs was analyzed by high-throughput sequencing.A total of 36 miRNAs were found to be enriched in B-ELNs compared with berry tissue,and their potential cross-kingdom human gene targets were further *** showed that size exclusion chromatography was effective for B-ELN *** most abundant miRNAs in B-ELNs mainly belonged to the miR166 family and miR396 *** gene prediction indicated that B-ELNs could potentially regulate pathways related to the human digestive system,immune system and infectious diseases.
