HIV remains a global health challenge,and research efforts directed towards a functional cure require people living with HIV(PLHIV)in-volvement in clinical *** study assessed willingness to participate in HIV functional cure–related clinical trials and associated factors among PLHIV in Guangzhou,China,using a questionnaire survey *** analyzed responses from 718 questionnaires,finding that 71.2%were willing to participate in Phase Ⅲtrials,while 51.7%were willing to participate in Phase I trials and 42.9%expressed acceptability for analytic treatment *** logistic regression demonstrated that male PLHIV,those with awareness of functional cure,and PLHIV,who had been on antiretroviral therapy(ART)for less than 1 year,were more willing to partic-ipate in Phase Ⅲ*** with a body mass index greater than 24,and those without resistance to ART drug were more willing to participate in Phase I *** major motivations for participation in Phase Ⅲtrials were access to cutting-edge treatments(62.6%)and supporting research(55.3%).Safety was the main concern contributing to *** study revealed a high willingness to participate in HIV functional cure–related trials among PLHIV in Guangzhou,China,and willingness varied across different trial phases and was influenced by multiple *** study provides valuable references for future clinical trial recruitment strategies and public health policy formulation.

为了合理评估海底沉管隧道的抗震性能,基于向量地震动强度指标进行了地震易损性分析,建立了以最大层间位移角和能量比为损伤性能指标的沉管隧道地震易损性曲面.以港珠澳沉管隧道为研究对象,根据地震动强度指标的评价特性(有效性、实用性和效益性)对4个典型的地震动强度指标进行了综合评价,并选取地面峰值加速度和结构基本周期谱加速度作为向量地震动强度指标(IM).考虑地震动的不确定性,对沉管隧道进行了增量动力分析,采用回归分析方法获得了概率地震需求模型,进而构建了不同损伤性能指标的沉管隧道地震易损性曲面,并对向量IM和标量IM的沉管隧道地震易损性分析效率进行了比较分析.研究结果表明:基于向量IM进行地震易损性分析,可以合理地反映两个地震动强度指标对沉管隧道失效概率的影响;基于向量IM进行地震易损性分析的效率更高,向量IM能更好地降低沉管隧道响应预测的离散度,提高沉管隧道抗震性能预测的精度.

Background Brucellosis is a severe zoonotic disease that is often overlooked, particularly in impoverished countries. Timely identification of focal complications in brucellosis is crucial for improving treatment outcomes. However, there is currently a lack of established indicators or biomarkers for diagnosing these complications. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate potential warning signs of focal complications in human brucellosis, with the goal of providing practical parameters for clinicians to aid in the diagnosis and management of *** A multi-center cross-sectional study was conducted in China from December 2019 to August 2021. The study aimed to investigate the clinical characteristics and complications of patients with brucellosis using a questionnaire survey and medical record system. The presence of warning signs for complications was assessed using univariate and multivariate logistic regression models. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves and the area under the curve (AUC) were used for variable screening and model *** A total of 880 participants diagnosed with human brucellosis were enrolled. The median age of the patients was 50 years [interquartile range (IQR): 41.5-58.0], and 54.8% had complications. The most common organ system affected by complications was the osteoarticular system (43.1%), with peripheral arthritis (30.0%), spondylitis (16.6%), paravertebral abscess (5.0%), and sacroiliitis (2.7%) being the most prevalent. Complications in other organ systems included the genitourinary system (4.7%), respiratory system (4.7%), and hematologic system (4.6%). Several factors were found to be associated with focal brucellosis. 江西北武夷地区处于钦杭成矿带上的萍乡-广丰结合带南侧,多期构造事件和岩浆活动在该区形成了复杂的地质构造格局,铜铅锌多金属矿床成矿潜力巨大。但由于江西北武夷地区铅锌矿床普遍规模较小,研究程度不足,缺乏物质来源、成矿条件、矿床成因等问题的深入认识。本文以铅山老虎洞铅锌矿床为研究对象,通过原位主量、微量元素和硫同位素分析技术,揭示主要硫化物的主量、微量元素和硫同位素组成特征,以此探讨成矿温度、物质来源和矿床成因。EPMA测试显示闪锌矿内Fe含量(质量分数)在7.58%~8.27%之间,结合LA-ICP-MS微量元素测试结果,闪锌矿富集Fe、Mn、Cu、Cd元素,Co、Ni、Ag、In、Pb元素含量次之,Ga、Ge、As、Se、Sn、Bi元素含量相对较低。其中,Mn、Fe、Cd、In、Co主要以类质同象的形式赋存于闪锌矿中,Cu、Ag、Pb以类质同象和显微包体两种形式赋存于闪锌矿中。闪锌矿的Fe元素含量、Ga/In值(0.001~0.129)、Zn/Cd值(262~312)及相关公式计算结果均指示闪锌矿形成于中高温条件(327~337℃)。闪锌矿和黄铁矿的δ34S值分别集中在2.07‰~4.16‰和0.82‰~3.19‰之间,指示矿床硫源为岩浆硫。与国内多个典型矿床相比,老虎洞铅锌矿床内闪锌矿微量元素组成与典型矽卡岩型矿床的闪锌矿相吻合。老虎洞铅锌矿床与葛仙山花岗岩杂岩体具有密切的成因联系,矿区附近黑云母花岗斑岩和二长花岗岩的成岩时代(153.9±2.7 Ma和162.8±1.2 Ma)可代表成矿时间的下限,与北武夷地区主要多金属铅锌矿床成矿时代范围一致。

Risk factors associated with intraoperative persistent hypotension in pancreaticoduodenectomy

Heterologous expression， purification and characterization of Lactobacillus acidophilus CICC6074-derived slpX protein and the molecular mechanism of its anti-inflammatory effect on LPS-induced RAW264.7 cells

The role of S-layer proteins (SLP)， which form the outermost layer of cell walls in lactic acid bacteria (LAB)， plays a crucial role in regulating immune-stimulating activity， thereby closely influencing LAB's ability to boost host immunity. In this study， the heterologous expression， purification， and characterization of L. acidophilus CICC6074-derived slpX protein and the molecular mechanism of its anti-inflammatory effect on LPS-induced RAW264.7 cells were investigated. Initially， the PCR results were shown to successfully clone the slpX DNA sequence by homologous recombination to obtain the pet-32a-slpX recombinant plasmid. SDS-PAGE results revealed that slpX protein with a molecular weight of 54 kDa was successfully obtained under 0.7 mmol/L IPTG-induced conditions， which was further demonstrated by western blot(WB) and LC-MS/MS. ELISA， WB and molecular docking results indicated that slpX protein can inhibit LPS-induced cellular inflammatory responses by linking to TLR4 and MD2 via hydrogen bonding and increasing the levels of anti-inflammatory factor IL-10 and decreasing the levels of inflammatory factors (TNF-α， IL-6， NO) and ROS via MAPK and NF-κB signaling pathways. The study is essential for the preparation of pure slpX protein and revealing its anti-inflammatory molecular mechanism.

We demonstrate the photon-number resolution(PNR)capability of a 1.25 GHz gated InGaAs single-photon avalanche photodiode(APD)that is equipped with a simple,low-distortion ultra-narrowband interference circuit for the rejection of its background capacitive *** discriminating the avalanche current amplitude,we are able to resolve up to four detected photons in a single detection gate with a detection efficiency as high as 45%.The PNR capability is limited by the avalanche current saturation,and can be increased to five photons at a lower detection efficiency of 34%.The PNR capability,combined with high efficiency and low noise,will find applications in quantum information processing technique based on photonic qubits.
