Platelet concentration near the blood vessel wall is one of the major factors in the adhesion of platelets to the *** our previous studies,it was found that swirling flows could suppress platelet adhesion in small-caliber artificial grafts and end-to-end *** order to better understand the beneficial effect of the swirling flow,we numerically analyzed the near-wall concentration distribution of platelets in a straight tube and a sudden tubular expansion tube under both swirling flow and normal flow *** numerical models were created based on our previous experimental *** simulation results revealed that when compared with the normal flow,the swirling flow could significantly reduce the near-wall concentration of platelets in both the straight tube and the expansion *** present numerical study therefore indicates that the reduction in platelet adhesion under swirling flow conditions in small-caliber arterial grafts,or in end-to-end anastomoses as observed in our previous experimental study,was possibly through a mechanism of platelet transport,in which the swirling flow reduced the near-wall concentration of platelets.

Carotid artery stenting presents challenges of in-stent restenosis and late thrombosis, which are caused primarily by alterations in the mechanical environment of the artery after stent implantation. The present study constructed patient-specific carotid arterial bifurcation models with lipid pools and calcified components based on magnetic resonance imaging. We numerically analyzed the effects of multicomponent plaques on the distributions of von Mises stresses (VMSs) in the patient-specific models after stenting. The results showed that when a stent was deployed, the large soft lipid pool in atherosclerotic plaques cushioned the host artery and reduced the stress within the arterial wall; however, this resulted in a sharp increase of VMS in the fibrous cap. When compared with the lipid pool, the presence of the calcified components led to slightly increased stresses on the luminal surface. However, when a calcification was located close to the luminal surface of the host artery and the stenosis, the local VMS was elevated. Overall, compared with calcified components, large lipid pools severely damaged the host artery after stenting. Furthermore, damage due to the calcified component may depend on location.

Iodine is an important constituent for the synthesis of thyroid hormone. Deficient or excessive iodine intake may affect thyroid size and function. 1 The strategy of Universal Salt lodination （USI） has been implemented in China since 1996. The median urinary iodine （MUI） was 330 μg/L in 1997, and 306 μg/L in 1999. We conducted a cross-sectional epidemiological study in three counties （rural communities） in 1999 to investigate the effect of iodine intake on the prevalence of hypothyroidism.

为研究4′-氯地西泮和二氯西泮在人体内的代谢产物,本研究通过体外温孵体系肝微粒体代谢模型进行实验,在Wistar大鼠雌雄混合肝微粒体中分别加入4′-氯地西泮和二氯西泮对照品各1μg,模拟人体内的代谢过程孵育4 h后,采用Agilent Eclipse plus C18色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm×5μm)进行分离,以20 mmol/L乙酸铵-0.1%甲酸-5%乙腈(A)和乙腈(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,液相色谱-Q-Exactive组合型四极杆Orbitrap质谱(LC-Q-Exactive-Orbitrap-MS)对肝微粒体温孵体系中的Ⅰ相、Ⅱ相代谢产物及其代谢途径进行分析。结果表明,4′-氯地西泮经过代谢共产生5种Ⅰ相代谢产物和2种葡萄糖醛酸化的Ⅱ相代谢产物,二氯西泮经过代谢共产生6种Ⅰ相代谢产物和1种葡萄糖醛酸化的Ⅱ相代谢产物,包含的主要代谢途径为脱烷基化、羟基化以及与葡萄糖醛酸结合,代谢产物的不同可能来源于氯原子的取代位置。本研究阐述了4′-氯地西泮和二氯西泮在大鼠肝微粒体体外温孵体系中的代谢产物、代谢途径以及代谢特点,可为临床医学及法医学实验室相关案件的检测提供参考。

本研究运用网络药理学和动物模型验证方法探究绞股蓝治疗慢性疲劳综合征(chronic fatigue syndrome,CFS)的有效活性成分及作用机制。通过TCMSP、TCMID、BATMAN-TCM和SWISS-TARGET数据库中发掘绞股蓝的有效成分及作用靶点;通过OMIM、GeneCards数据库获取CFS靶点;将药物靶点与疾病靶点映射后筛选出交集靶点并绘制活性成分-共有靶点网络;通过String数据库及Cytoscape3.7.1构建PPI网络;通过R语言对核心靶点进行GO和KEGG富集分析;通过Autodock Vina对核心成分与核心靶点进行分子对接;建立慢性疲劳综合征小鼠模型,并使用绞股蓝对慢性疲劳综合征的治疗作用进行动物试验验证。结果得到绞股蓝有效成分17个,对应靶点583个,慢性疲劳综合征的靶点数为2692个,共有靶点筛选结果有266个,核心靶点数为96个。KEGG富集通路主要包括P13K-AKT、脂质和动脉硬化、流体剪切应力和动脉粥样硬化等信号通路。分子对接结果显示绞股蓝核心成分与CFS核心靶点结合力良好。动物实验显示,绞股蓝可延长模型组小鼠运动时间,显著降低小鼠血清尿素氮水平及乳酸脱氢酶活性。Western blot实验显示绞股蓝提取物可显著上调慢性疲劳小鼠肌肉组织PI3K、AKT蛋白的表达,显著下调P-PI3K、P-AKT、STAT3蛋白的表达。综上所述,本研究初步提示绞股蓝可能通过调控STAT3、TP53、SRC、AKT1、HSP90AA1等核心靶点及PI3K/AKT信号通路发挥治疗慢性疲劳综合征的作用。

Early detection and diagnosis of stable coronary artery disease (SCAD) is essential for proactive secondary prevention of myocardial infarction (MI), control of disease progress, and reduction of mortality. Clinical decision-making in modern medicine is increasingly dependent on cardiovascular imaging techniques. 2012 ACCF/AHA/ACP/AATS/PCNA/SCAI/STS guideline for the diagnosis and management of patients with stable ischemic heart disease has been issued by American Heart Association (AHA). European Society of Cardiology (ESC) has issued 2013 ESC guidelines on the management of stable coronary artery diseased. Non-invasive imaging examination is recommended as the cornerstone for diagnosis in these guidelines. In China, despite the availability of multiple non-invasive imaging modalities such as electrocardiogram (ECG),echocardiography, radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI), cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging (CMR), and coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) in clinical practice, the utilization, clinical indication, and technical operations are not standardized. In the course of diagnosis and treatment, imaging examinations have been focused on "emphasizing structure and disregarding function; simplifying diagnosis and stressing therapy". In addition, clinicians' training and knowledge of examination techniques are limited and thus they do not master indications and contraindications of each specific modality. Moreover, current Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic stable angina pectoris and expert consensus for examination techniques have not provided standard and systematic guidance for non-invasive imaging examination pathways.

Characteristics and mechanisms of subthreshold voltage hysteresis in 4H-SiC MOSFETs

In order to investigate the characteristics and mechanisms of subthreshold voltage hysteresis(ΔV_(th,sub)) of 4 H-SiC metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors(MOSFETs),4 H-SiC planar and trench MOSFETs and corresponding P-type planar and trench metal-oxide-semiconductor(MOS) capacitors are fabricated and *** with planar MOSFEF,the trench MOSFET shows hardly larger ΔV_(th,sub) in wide temperature range from 25 0 C to 300 0 *** operating temperature range is from 25 ℃ to 300 ℃,the off-state negative V_(gs) of planar and trench MOSFETs should be safely above-4 V and-2 V,respectively,to alleviate the effect of ΔV_(th,sub) on the normal *** the help of P-type planar and trench MOS capacitors,it is confirmed that the obvious ΔV_(th,sub) of 4 H-SiC MOSFET originates from the high density of the hole interface traps between intrinsic Fermi energy level(E_(i)) and valence band(E_(v)).The maximumΔV_(th,sub) of trench MOSFET is about twelve times larger than that of planar MOSFET,owing to higher density of interface states(D_(it)) between E_(i) and E_(v).These research results will be very helpful for the application of 4 H-SiC MOSFET and the improvement of ΔV_(th,sub) of 4 H-SiC MOSFET,especially in 4 H-SiC trench MOSFET.
