groundwater serves as an important water source for residents in and around mining *** achieve scientific planning and efficient utilization of water resources in mining areas,it is essential to figure out the chemical formation process and the ground water sulfur cycle that transpire after the coal mining *** on studies of hydrochemistry and D,^(18)O-H_(2)O,^(34)S-SO_(4)isotopes,this study applied principal component analysis,ion ratio and other methods in its attempts to reveal the hydrogeochemical action and sulfur cycle in the subsidence area of Pingyu mining *** study discovered that,in the studied area,precipitation provides the major supply of groundwater and the main water chemistry effects are dominated by oxidation dissolution of sulfide minerals as well as the dissolution of carbonate and silicate *** sulfate in groundwater primarily originates from oxidation and dissolution of sulfide minerals in coal-bearing strata and human *** mixed sulfate formed by the oxidation of sulfide minerals and by human activities continuously recharges the groundwater,promoting the dissolution of carbonate rock and silicate rock in the process.

Cardiovascular computed tomography angiography(CTA)is a widely used imaging modality in the diagnosis of cardiovascular *** in CT imaging technology have further advanced its applications from high diagnostic value to minimising radiation exposure to *** addition to the standard application of assessing vascular lumen changes,CTA-derived applications including 3D printed personalised models,3D visualisations such as virtual endoscopy,virtual reality,augmented reality and mixed reality,as well as CT-derived hemodynamic flow analysis and fractional flow reserve(FFRCT)greatly enhance the diagnostic performance of CTA in cardiovascular *** widespread application of artificial intelligence in medicine also significantly contributes to the clinical value of CTA in cardiovascular *** value of CTA has extended from the initial diagnosis to identification of vulnerable lesions,and prediction of disease extent,hence improving patient care and *** this review article,as an active researcher in cardiovascular imaging for more than 20 years,I will provide an overview of cardiovascular CTA in cardiovascular *** is expected that this review will provide readers with an update of CTA applications,from the initial lumen assessment to recent developments utilising latest novel imaging and visualisation *** will serve as a useful resource for researchers and clinicians to judiciously use the cardiovascular CT in clinical practice.

Reliability of a Multicomponent Stress-strength Model Based on a Bivariate Kumaraswamy Distribution with Censored Data

Rapid and scalable preparation of highly quaternized polymer networks to achieve efficient simultaneous adsorption of iodide and pertechnetate

The efficient separation of fission products,such as TcO4-and I-,holds strategic significance for the management of radioactive wastes and environmental *** this study,we propose an ultrafast strategy for scalable preparation of a highly quaternized organic network to facilitate efficient and synchronous separation of iodide and *** network can be prepared within a few minutes at room temperature,using polyethylenimine and 1,2,4,5-tetrakis（bromomethyl）benzene as building *** chlorine replacement,the network,abundantly decorated with quaternary ammonium groups （Cl@QPN）,exhibits an ultrahigh positive charge density of 7.6 mmol/*** enables the rapid and efficient enrichment of target anions through strong electrostatic Coulomb *** a result,Cl@QPN exhibits significantly higher adsorption rate constants of 0.830 g/（mg min） for ReO4-（a nonradioactive surrogate of TcO4-） and 0.677 g/（mg min） for I-compared to other ***,it possesses high adsorption capacities,reaching 1,681 mg/g for ReO4-and 917.4 mg/g for I-.Cl@QPN also demonstrates good selectivity towards target ions and shows efficient adsorption for99TcO4-.Additionally,Cl@QPN exhibits high dynamic processing capacities,handling up to 3,100 and 7,400 kg of simulated streams per kilogram of material for I-and ReO4-,respectively.

Objective:The aim of this study was to explore the effects of Babao dan(BBD),a traditional Chinese medicine,on gastric cancer(gC)progression in *** and Methods:A subcutaneous xenograft mouse model of gC was established using MgC80-3 *** terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP:2'-deoxyuridine 5'-triphosphate-biotin nick-end labeling method was adopted to detect cell apoptosis in *** expression levels of proteins associated with proliferation,apoptosis,and angiogenesis were measured by immunohistochemical staining or western blotting(WB).The activation and protein levels of p-c-Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK),p-p38,p-extracellular-regulated kinase 1/2,p-nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB),and p-STAT3 were examined by Bio-plex and ***:BBD significantly inhibited tumor growth in gC mouse models with no adverse effect on body weight or organ *** was also found that BBD significantly suppressed the proliferation of gC tumor cells,induced the apoptosis of tumor cells,and inhibited angiogenesis through inactivating with mitogen-activated protein kinase,NF-κB,and STAT3 ***:BBD exerts suppressive effects on gC tumor growth by regulating multiple pathways in vivo,which may provide a novel treatment option for gC therapy.

Hydrogen bond producers in powerful protic ionic liquids for enhancing dissolution of natural cellulose

The manipulation of hydrogen bonding within protic ionic liquids is conducive to conquering the robust hydrogen bonding interactions in cellulose for its effective dissolution,but it is a great challenge to establish the delicate bal-ance of hydrogen bonding network between solvent and ***,we proposed the concept of“hydrogen bond producers”for urea molecules in 1,1,3,3-tetramethylguanidinium methoxyacetate acid([TMgH][MAA])to enhance the dissolution of *** optimization of physicochemical properties for[TMgH][MAA]solvent as a function of urea concentration revealed a remark-able increase in cellulose solubility from 13%to 17%(w/w)by adding only 0.25 wt%urea,highlighting the efficiency of[TMgH][MAA]as a power-ful solvent for the dissolution of *** experimental and simulation results verified that the significant improvement on dissolution of cellulose was attributed to the hydrogen bonding interaction of urea molecules with ion pairs and part of free ions,reducing the interference with the active ions bonded to ***,the considerable enhancement on compre-hensive properties of regenerated cellulose films demonstrated the effectiveness of[TMgH][MAA]/urea *** concept of“hydrogen bond producers”presented here opens a new avenue for significantly enhancing the dissolu-tion of natural cellulose,promoting the sustainable development in large-scale processing of cellulose.

Nuclear charge radius predictions by kernel ridge regression with odd-even effects

The extended kernel ridge regression(EKRR)method with odd-even effects was adopted to improve the description of the nuclear charge radius using five commonly used nuclear *** are:(i)the isospin-dependent A^(1∕3) formula,(ii)relativistic continuum Hartree-Bogoliubov(RCHB)theory,(iii)Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov(HFB)model HFB25,(iv)the Weizsacker-Skyrme(WS)model WS*,and(v)HFB25**** the last two models,the charge radii were calculated using a five-parameter formula with the nuclear shell corrections and deformations obtained from the WS and HFB25 models,*** each model,the resultant root-mean-square deviation for the 1014 nuclei with proton number Z≥8 can be significantly reduced to 0.009-0.013 fm after considering the modification with the EKRR *** best among them was the RCHB model,with a root-mean-square deviation of 0.0092 *** extrapolation abilities of the KRR and EKRR methods for the neutron-rich region were examined,and it was found that after considering the odd-even effects,the extrapolation power was improved compared with that of the original KRR *** strong odd-even staggering of nuclear charge radii of Ca and Cu isotopes and the abrupt kinks across the neutron N=126 and 82 shell closures were also calculated and could be reproduced quite well by calculations using the EKRR method.

Efficient capture,safe storage and release of tritium from the international thermonuclear experimental reactor(ITER) reaction exhaust gas is a perplexing problem,and the development of an efficient tritium-getter material with ultra-low hydrogenation equilibrium pressure is considered as a reliable *** this work,Zr_(2)Co alloy was selected as a tritium-getter material and prepared through induction levitation *** performance test results show that Zr_(2)Co exhibits an ultra-low hydrogenation equilibrium pressure of 3.22 × 10^(-6) Pa at 25℃ and excellent hydriding kinetics under a low hydrogen pressure of 0.005 ***,unique phase transition behaviors were presented in Zr_(2)Co-H ***,Zr_(2)CoH_(5) formed by Zr_(2)Co hydrogenated at room temperature is initially decomposed into ZrH_(2) and ZrCoH_(3) at200 ℃.With the temperature increasing to 350 ℃,ZrCoH_(3)is dehydrogenated to ZrCo,and then ZrCo further reacts with ZrH_(2) at 650 ℃ to reform Zr_(2)Co and *** the staged phase transition pathways during dehydrogenation,the decomposition of Zr_(2)CoH_(5) occurs preferentially,which is well accordance with both the smallest reaction energy barrier and the maximum reaction spontaneity that are determined respectively from kinetics activation energy and thermodynamics gibbs free ***,first principles calculation results indicate that the stronger binding of hydrogen in interstitial environments of ZrCoH_(3)and ZrH_(2) triggers the hydrogen-stabilized phase transformation of Zr_(2)CoH_(5).The unique phase transition mechanisms in Zr_(2)Co-H system can shed light on the further exploration and regulation of analogous staged phase transition of hydrogen storage materials.
