利用高温冶金炼铁、炼钢技术,开发了一种新型的垃圾气化与熔融系统.住友金属开发的这种体系具有下列基本概念:用顶吹和侧吹氧枪实现稳态生产,产生无二恶英的高热值净化气和高质量的炉渣.系统的基本概念用一台规模为2 t/d的城市垃圾处理小型炉得到澄清.利用顶吹氧枪,由于在炉子上部产生均匀气流,从而可稳定炉子顶气的成分.顶吹氧枪的使用可防止粗粉尘(尺寸＞0.1 mm)的飞散,使熔化的粉尘均匀沉积在炉子内壁上.内壁上形成的粉尘沉积层不但可防止粉尘飞散,而且能保护炉子内壁.在2t/d规模小型炉试验结果的基础上,进一步启动了一台20 t/d规模的示范炉.示范炉和小型炉一样不用焦炭,能稳定地气化和熔化城市垃圾.由于在高温还原气氛下气化和快速冷却,结果可产生无二恶英的高热值净化气.垃圾中的灰分在高温还原气氛下熔融,得到不含重金属的高质量炉渣.

Selective Adsorption Properties and Stable Solidification of Cs by Insoluble ferrocyanide Loaded Zeolites

In fukushima NPP-1, large amounts of HALW （high-activity-level water） accumulated in the reactor, turbine building and the trench in the facility is treated by circulating injection cooling system. The development of highly functional adsorbents and stable solidification method contributes to the advancement of the decontamination system and environmental remediation. The present study deals with：（1） preparation of insoluble ferrocyanide loaded zeolites; （2） selective uptake of Cs~ in seawater; and （3） estimation of Cs immobilization ratio and stable solidification. Various kinds of Cs-selective composites loaded with insoluble ferrocyanides （CofC, NifC） into the zeolites （zeolite A （A51, A-51J）, zeolite X （LSX）, chabazite （modified chabazite） and natural mordenite （SA-5）） matrices have been prepared to use successive impregnation/precipitation methods by Tohoku University. As for Cs~ adsorption, these composites had relatively large uptake （%） over 95%, distribution coefficients （Kd） above 103 cm3/g and excellent adsorption kinetics even in seawater. The immobilization ratio （%） of Cs for the CofC saturated with Cs＋was estimated at different calcination temperatures up to 1,200 ℃ in advance. The immobilization ratio was less than 0.1% above 1,000℃, indicating that the adsorbed Cs~ ions are completely volatilized and insoluble ferrocyanides had no immobilization ability for Cs. In contrast, the insoluble ferrocyanide-loaded zeolites had excellent Cs immobilization ability; in the case of insoluble ferrocyanide-loaded natural zeolites （NifC-SA-5, CofC-modified chabazite）, the immobilization ratio was above 99% and 96% even after calcination at 1,000 ℃ and 1,100 ℃, respectively, indicating that nearly all Cs ions are immobilized in the sintered solid form. AIM: To compare Helicobacter pyloriinfection and gastric mucosal histological features of gastric ulcer patients with chronic gastritis patients in different age groups and from different biopsy ***: The biopsy specimens were taken from the antrum, corpus and upper angulus of gastric ulcer and chronic gastritis patients. Giemsa staining, improved Toluidine-blue staining and H pylori-specific antibody immune staining were performed as appropriate for the histological diagnosis of H pylori infection. Hematoxylineosin staining was used for the histological diagnosis of activity of H pylori infection, mucosal inflammation,glandular atrophy and intestinal metaplasia and scored into four grades according to the Updated Sydney ***: Total rate of H pylori infection, mucosal inflammation, activity of H pylori infection, glandular atrophy and intestinal metaplasia in 3 839 gastric ulcer patients (78.5%, 97.4%, 82.1%, 61.1% and 64.2%,respectively) were significantly higher than those in 4 102chronic gastritis patients (55.0%, 90.3%, 56.2%, 36.8%,and 37.0%, respectively, P＜0.05). The rate of H pylori colonization of chronic gastritis in ＜30 years, 31-40 years,41-50 years, 51-60 years, 61-70 years and ＞70 years age groups in antrum was 33.3%, 41.7%, 53.6%, 57.3%,50.7%, 43.5%, respectively; in corpus, it was 32.6%,41.9%, 53.8%, 60.2%, 58.0%, 54.8%, respectively; in angulus, it was 32.4%, 42.1%, 51.6%, 54.5%, 49.7%,43.5%, respectively. The rate of Hpyloricolonization of gastric ulcer in ＜30 years, 31-40 years, 41-50 years,51-60 years, 61-70 years and ＞70 years age groups in antrum was 60.5%, 79.9%, 80.9%, 66.8%, 59.6%, 45.6%,respectively; in corpus, it was 59.7%, 79.6%, 83.6%,80.1%, 70.6%, 59.1%, respectively; in angulus, it was61.3%, 77.8%, 75.3%, 68.8%, 59.7%, 45.8%,respectively. The rate of H pylori colonization at antrum was similar to corpus and angulus in patients, below50 years, with chronic gastritis and in patients, below40 years, with gastric ulcer.

目的病毒感染经常使慢性鼻-鼻窦炎（chronic rhinosinusitis，CRS）病情加重。病毒感染时，基质金属蛋白酶（matrix metalloproteinases，MMPs）调节机制的破坏是导致病情加重的机制之一。本研究试图更好地了解病毒感染后鼻上皮细胞MMPs的表达。方法取鼻内镜手术时CRS患者的鼻息肉组织，分离培养鼻上皮细胞，以合成的双链RNA类似物——多聚次黄嘌呤胞嘧啶核苷酸[polyinosinic—polycytidylic acid，poly（I：C）]刺激原代鼻上皮细胞后，检测鼻上皮细胞中MMP-2、MMPO和组织金属蛋白酶抑制物-1（tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1，TIMP-1）mRNA的相对表达量。结果poly（I：C）刺激后，鼻上皮细胞中MMP-9 mRNA的相对表达量（x^-±sx^-，以下同）较同一患者未刺激的细胞增高（22．61±5．47）倍，差异有统计学意义（Z=-2．52，P=0．012）。poly（I：C）刺激后，鼻上皮细胞中MMP-2和TIMP-1 mRNA的相对表达量没有明显改变。结论双链RNA刺激离体培养的人鼻上皮细胞后，MMP-9 mRNA表达显著增高，且不受TIMP-1的调节。由此可能导致CRS患者病情加重。

背景幽门螺杆菌(***)感染已被确认为慢性胃炎的主要病因,由慢性非萎缩性胃炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎至肠化生,经过数十年最终可能导致胃癌发生。目的评价***感染与胃镜检查正常者、慢性胃炎、早期胃癌和进展期胃癌患者胃黏膜组织学特点的关系。方法在受检者胃窦大弯侧、胃体大弯侧和胃角处各取一块黏膜活检标本,以Giemsa染色和免疫组化染色检测***感染情况;以HE染色评价胃黏膜炎症、活动性、萎缩和肠化生情况。结果慢性胃炎、早期胃癌和进展期胃癌患者的总体***感染率均显著高于胃镜检查正常者(52.4%、52.4%和81.2%对44.9%,P<0.05),慢性胃炎与早期胃癌患者的感染率无显著差异,但均显著低于进展期胃癌患者(P<0.05)。胃镜检查正常和慢性胃炎组***感染者的胃黏膜炎症、活动性、萎缩和肠化生检出率均显著高于无感染者(P<0.05);早期胃癌和进展期胃癌组***感染者的炎症活动性检出率显著高于无感染者(P<0.05),而炎症、萎缩和肠化生检出率与无感染者无显著差异。结论由***感染引起的胃黏膜慢性炎症、萎缩和肠化生可能在胃癌的发生、发展过程中起直接或间接作用。

背景糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）与高糖所致的视网膜色素上皮（RPE）细胞的氧化损伤密切相关，近年来人们广泛地致力于保护RPE细胞的研究。目的研究胰岛B细胞株MIN-6细胞对RPE细胞高糖损伤的保护作用。方法将RPE细胞体外培养4d，待贴壁生长良好后分为正常对照组、高糖对照组和MIN-6细胞共培养组，ABC法鉴定RPE细胞。用含5mmol／L葡萄糖的RPE细胞培养液进行培养作为正常对照组，高糖对照组用含30mmol／L葡萄糖的培养液进行培养，MIN-6细胞共培养组为含5×10^4个MTN-6细胞以及30mmol／L葡萄糖的培养液进行培养。各组继续培养24h后，应用四甲基偶氮唑蓝（MTT）法测量高糖对已贴壁生长良好的RPE细胞的损伤作用以及MIN一6细胞对RPE细胞高糖损伤的保护作用。结果ABC法鉴定RPE细胞可见95％以上呈棕色着色，为阳性细胞。各组继续培养24h后，正常对照组、高糖对照组和MIN-6细胞共培养组RPE细胞的吸光度（A_540）值差异有统计学意义（f=19．94，P〈0．01），正常对照组的A。值为0．44±0．02，高糖对照组为0．30±0．01，差异有统计学意义（t=6．85，P〈0．01）；MIN-6细胞共培养组的A。值为0．41±0．01，与高糖对照组的0．30±0．叭比较，差异有统计学意义（t=5．62，P〈0．01）。正常对照组RPE细胞的生存率为（97．5±3．3）％，高糖对照组为（68．2±4．5）％，差异有统计学意义（t=11．30，P〈0．01）。结论高糖导致贴壁生长良好的RPE细胞损伤，MIN-6细胞可以明显保护高糖所致的RPE细胞损伤。
