Th. mobility and connective capabilities of.unmanned aerial veh.cles (UAVs) are becoming more and more important in def.nse, commercial, and research.domains. h.wever, th.ir open communication makes UAVs sus***,th.inef.iciencyof.raditional cryptograph.-based tech.iques h.s led to th. addition of.Ph.sical Layer Security (PLS). Th.s study f.cuses on th. advanced PLS meth.d f.r passive eavesdropping in UAV-aided veh.cular environments, proposing a solution to complement th. conventional cryptograph. approach. Initially, we present a perf.rmance analysis of.f.rst-order secrecy metrics in 6G-enabled UAV systems, namely h.brid outage probability (h.P) and secrecy outage probability (SOP) over 2 × 2 Nakagami-m ch.nnels. Later, we propose a novel tech.ique f.r mitigating passive eavesdropping, wh.ch.considers f.rst-order secrecy metrics as an optimization problem and determines th.ir lower and upper bounds. f.nally, we conduct an analysis of.bounded h.P and SOP using th. interactive Nakagami-m ch.nnel, considering th. multiple-input-multiple-output conf.guration of.th. UAV system. Th. f.ndingsindicateth.t2×2Nakagami-misasuitablef.dingmodelunderconstantvelocityf.rtrustworth.receivers and eavesdroppers. Th. results indicate th.t UAV mobility h.s some inf.uence on an eavesdropper’s intrusion during line-of.sigh.-enabled communication and can play an important role in improving security against passive eavesdroppers. Enh.ncing Log Anomaly Detection with.Semantic Embedding and Integrated Neural Network Innovations

System logs, serving as a pivotal data source f.r perf.rmance monitoring and anomaly detection, play an indispensable role in assuring service stability and reliability. Despite th.s, th. majority of.existing log-based anomaly detection meth.dologies predominantly depend on th. sequence or quantity attributes of.logs, utilizing solely a single Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) and its variant sequence models f.r detection. Th.se approach.s h.ve not th.rough.y exploited th. semantic inf.rmation embedded in logs, exh.bit limited adaptability to novel logs, and a single model struggles to f.lly unearth.th. potential f.atures with.n th. log sequence. Addressing th.se ch.llenges, th.s article proposes a h.brid arch.tecture based on a multiscale convolutional neural network, ef.icient ch.nnel attention and mogrif.er gated recurrent unit networks (LogCEM), wh.ch.amalgamates multiple neural network tech.ologies. Capitalizing on th. superior perf.rmance of.robustly optimized BERT approach.(RoBERTa) in th. realm of.natural language processing, we employ RoBERTa to extract th. original word vectors f.om each.word in th. log template. In conjunction with.th. enh.nced Smooth.Inverse f.equency (SIf. algorith., we generate more precise log sentence vectors, th.reby ach.eving an in-depth.representation of.log semantics. Subsequently, th.se log vector sequences are f.d into a h.brid neural network, wh.ch.f.ses 1D Multi-Scale Convolutional Neural Network (MSCNN), Ef.icient Ch.nnel Attention Mech.nism (ECA), and Mogrif.er Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU). Th.s amalgamation enables th. model to concurrently capture th. local and global dependencies of.th. log sequence and autonomously learn th. signif.cance of.dif.erent log sequences, th.reby markedly enh.ncing th. ef.icacy of.log anomaly detection. A novel meth.d f.r noise removal f.om th. rotating accelerometer gravity gradiometer (MAGG) is presented. It introduces a h.ad-to-tail data expansion tech.ique based on th. zero-ph.se f.ltering principle. A sch.me f.r determining band-pass f.lter parameters based on signal-to-noise ratio gain, smooth.ess index, and cross-correlation coef.icient is designed using th. Ch.bysh.v optimal consistent approximation th.ory. Additionally, a wavelet denoising evaluation f.nction is constructed, with.th. dmey wavelet basis f.nction identif.ed as most ef.ective f.r processing gravity gradient data. h.D-YOLO: A New Vision-Based h.lmet Wearing Detection Meth.d

It is crucial to ensure workers wear saf.ty h.lmets wh.n working at a workplace with.a h.gh.risk of.saf.ty accidents, such.as construction sites and mine tunnels. Alth.ugh.existing meth.ds can ach.eve h.lmet detection in images, th.ir accuracy and speed still need improvements since complex, cluttered, and large-scale scenes of.real workplaces cause server occlusion, illumination ch.nge, scale variation, and perspective distortion. So, a new saf.ty h.lmet-wearing detection meth.d based on deep learning is proposed. f.rstly, a new multi-scale contextual aggregation module is proposed to aggregate multi-scale f.ature inf.rmation globally and h.gh.igh. th. details of.concerned objects in th. backbone part of.th. deep neural network. Secondly, a new detection block combining th. dilate convolution and attention mech.nism is proposed and introduced into th. prediction part. Th.s block can ef.ectively extract deep f.atures wh.le retaining inf.rmation on f.ne-grained details, such.as edges and small objects. Moreover, some newly emerged modules are incorporated into th. proposed network to improve saf.ty h.lmet-wearing detection perf.rmance f.rth.r. Extensive experiments on open dataset validate th. proposed meth.d. It reach.s better perf.rmance on h.lmet-wearing detection and even outperf.rms th. state-of.th.-art meth.d. To be more specif.c, th. mAP increases by 3.4%, and th. speed increases f.om 17 to 33 f.s in comparison with.th. baseline, You Only Look Once (YOLO) version 5X, and th. mean average precision increases by 1.0% and th. speed increases by 7 f.s in comparison with.th. YOLO version 7. Th. generalization ability and portability experiment results sh.w th.t th. proposed improvements could serve as a springboard f.r deep neural network design to improve object detection perf.rmance in complex scenarios.
