Optimal operation of the turbo blowers having an inlet vane has been studied to understand the blowers' operating *** analyze three-dimensional flow field in the turbo blowers serially connected,general analysis code,CFX,is introduced in the present *** turbulence model is employed to estimate the eddy *** the numerical analysis,it is found that the flow rates of the turbo blowers can be controlled at the vane angle between 90 (full open condition) degrees and 60 degrees effectively,because pressure loss rapidly increases below 60 degree of a vane *** also has almost the same values from 90 degrees to 60 degrees of a vane *** is noted that the distorted inlet velocity generated in the small vane angle makes performance deterioration of the turbo blowers due to the local leading edge separation and the following non-uniform blade loading.

The enhanced carrier flow at the interface between Au and SnO_(2)semiconductors,which initially form Schottky contacts,is realized using chloride-based combustion ***-based combustion sys-tems can achieve chlorine(Cl)doping effects as well as conversion to crystalline SnO_(2)films at clearly lower temperatures(∼250℃)than conventional *** to the Cl doping effect,the high carrier concentration can induce thin potential barriers at the metal/semiconductor(MS)junctions,resulting in carrier injection by *** a result,compared to conventional SnO_(2)thin-film transistors,the de-vices fabricated by combustion synthesis exhibit significantly improved electrical performance with field-effect mobility of 6.52 cm 2/Vs(∼13 times),subthreshold swing of 0.74 V/dec,and on/offratio of∼10^(7)below 300℃.Furthermore,because of the enhanced tunneling carriers induced by the narrowed barrier width,the Schottky barriers are significantly reduced from 0.83 to 0.29 eV(65%decrease)at 250℃and from 0.42 to 0.17 eV(60%decrease)at 400℃.Therefore,chloride-based combustion synthesis can con-tribute to developing SnO_(2)-based electronics and flexible devices by achieving both high-quality oxide films and improved current flow at the MS interface with low-temperature annealing.

We have realized efficient photopatterning and high-quality ZrO_(2)films through combustion synthesis and manufactured resistive random access memory(RRAM)devices with excellent switching stability at low temperatures(250℃)using these *** synthesis reduces the energy required for oxide conversion,thus accelerating the decomposition of organic ligands in the UV-exposed area,and promoting the formation of metal-oxygen networks,contributing to *** analysis confirmed a reduction in the conversion temperature of combustion precursors,and the prepared combustion ZrO_(2)films exhibited a high proportion of metal-oxygen bonding that constitutes the oxide lattice,along with an amorphous ***,the synergistic effect of combustion synthesis and UV/O_(3)-assisted photochemical activation resulted in patterned ZrO_(2)films forming even more complete metal-oxygen *** devices fabricated with patterned ZrO_(2)films using combustion synthesis exhibited excellent switching characteristics,including a narrow resistance distribution,endurance of 103 cycles,and retention for 105 s at 85℃,despite low-temperature *** synthesis not only enables the formation of high-quality metal oxide films with low external energy but also facilitates improved photopatterning.

Electrically conductive porous structures are ideal candidates for lightweight and absorption-dominant electromagnetic interference(EMI)*** this review,we summarize the recent progress in developing porous composites and structures from emerging two-dimensional(2D)graphene and MXene nanosheets for EMI shielding *** properties contributing to various energy loss mechanisms are probed with a critical discussion on their correlations with EMI shielding *** approaches to constructing bulk porous structures,such as 2D porous films,three-dimensional(3D)aerogels and foams,and hydrogels,are compared to highlight important material and processing parameters required to achieve optimal microstructures.A comprehensive comparison of EMI shielding performance is also carried out to elucidate the effects of different assembly techniques and *** multifunctional applications in adaptive EMI shielding,mechanical force attenuation,thermal management,and wearable devices are introduced,underlining the importance of unique compositions and microstructures of porous *** process–structure–property relationships established in this review would offer valuable guidance and insights into the design of lightweight EMI shielding materials.

There have been no studies reported on the difference in cortical activation during use of volar and dorsal hand *** attempted to investigate the difference in cortical activation in the somatosensory cortical area during use of volar and dorsal hand splints by functional magnetic resonance imaging（f MRI）.We recruited eight healthy volunteers.f MRI was performed while subjects who were fitted with volar or dorsal hand splints performed grasp-release *** of interest were placed on the primary motor cortex（M1）,primary somatosensory cortex（S1）,posterior parietal cortex（PPC）,and secondary somatosensory cortex（S2）.Results of group analysis of f MRI data showed that the total numbers of activated voxels in all ROIs were significantly higher during use of volar hand splint（3,376） compared with that（1,416） during use of dorsal hand *** each ROI,use of volar hand splint induced greater activation in all ROIs（M1：1,748,S1 ：1,455,PPC：23,and S2：150） compared with use of dorsal hand splint（M1：783,S1：625,PPC：0,and S2：8）.The peak activated value was also higher during use of volar hand splint（t-value：17.29） compared with that during use of dorsal hand splint（t-value：13.11）.Taken together,use of volar hand splint induced greater cortical activation relevant to somatosensory function than use of dorsal hand *** result would be important for the physiatrist and therapist to apply appropriate somatosensory input in patients with brain injury.

Recovery mechanisms of somatosensory function in stroke patients: implications of brain imaging studies

Somatosensory dysfunction is associated with a high incidence of functional impairment and safety in patients with stroke. With developments in brain mapping techniques, many studies have addressed the recovery of various functions in such patients. However, relatively little is known about the mechanisms of recovery of somatosensory function. Based on the previous human studies, a review of 11 relevant studies on the mecha- nisms underlying the recovery of somatosensory function in stroke patients was conducted based on the fol- lowing topics：（1） recovery of an injured somatosensory pathway, （2） peri-lesional reorganization, （3） contribu- tion of the unaffected somatosensory cortex, （4） contribution of the secondary somatosensory cortex, and （5） mechanisms of recovery in patients with thalamic lesions. We believe that further studies in this field using combinations of diffusion tensor imaging, functional neuroimaging, and magnetoencephalography are needed. In addition, the clinical significance, critical period, and facilitatory strategies for each recovery mechanism should be clarified.

A Structural Topic Model for Exploring User Satisfaction with Mobile Payments

This study explored user satisfaction with mobile payments by applying a novel structural topic ***,we collected 17,927 online reviews of a specific mobile payment(i.e.,PayPal).Then,we employed a structural topic model to investigate the relationship between the attributes extracted from online reviews and user satisfaction with mobile ***,we discovered that“lack of reliability”and“poor customer service”tend to appear in negative ***,the terms“convenience,”“user-friendly interface,”“simple process,”and“secure system”tend to appear in positive *** the basis of information system success theory,we categorized the topics“convenience,”“user-friendly interface,”and“simple process,”as system *** addition,“poor customer service”was categorized as service ***,based on the previous studies of trust and security,“lack of reliability”and“secure system”were categorized as trust and security,*** outcomes indicate that users are satisfied when they perceive that system quality and security of specific mobile payments are *** the contrary,users are dissatisfied when they feel that service quality and reliability of specific mobile payments is ***,our research implies that a novel structural topic model is an effective method to explore mobile payment user experience.
