The properties of the composite nanomaterials (CNM) based on bovine serum albumin (BSA) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT), both functionalized and non-functionalized, were investigated. In order to obtain the solid-state bulk CNM from the ultradispersed aqueous solutions of 25 wt.% BSA and (0.0015 - 0.04) wt.% MWCNT, the methods of nanotechnology and laser technology were used. It is revealed that the CNM density is 10% - 20% higher than that of water and the hardness is higher than that of BSA by a factor of 3 - 6 times. An increase in hardness Hv (by Vickers) of CNM correlated with an increase in the concentration of MWCNT, and Hyreached ~300 MPa for the case of the non-functionalized MWCNT, while for the case of the functionalized MWCNT, i.e. MWCNTf, Hy was 25% lower.

Global warming causes changes of those natural resources like power resources, water resources, agroclimatic and ecological resources etc. And these changes depend on climate. Dynamics of resources depends both on planned economic activities and on changes of a climate. In this work the climatic component of changes is discussed. Projecting results used in this paper are based on the data of the CMIP3 (coupled model intercomparison project) in the framework of Working Group on Coupled Modelling. This project includes the world’s best climate models. Results of modelling and the data of meteorological observations expressed by probability distribution functions (or empirical orthogonal functions) were compared. It was shown that the modelling data were much more reliable over flat territories. In result 11 most successful models were selected. They can be used for the forecast within the framework of known IPCC scenario A2 at the 21st century. Estimations of changes of volumes of a river runoff and conditions of humidity of territory have been allowed to determine that the serious reduction of resources is expected in the southern part of the East European plain. Its central and northern parts practically will not demonstrate changes.

Multidrug resistance protein 7(MRP7,ABCC10)is a recently identified member of the ATP-binding cassette(ABC)transporter family,which adequately confers resistance to a diverse group of antineoplastic agents,including taxanes,vinca alkaloids and nucleoside analogs among *** studies indicate an increased MRP7 expression in non-small cell lung carcinomas(NSCLC)compared to a normal healthy lung *** studies revealed increased paclitaxel sensitivity in the Mrp7^(-/-)mouse model compared to their wild-type *** demonstrates that MRP7 is a key contributor in developing drug *** our group reported that PD173074,a specific fibroblast growth factor receptor(FGFR)inhibitor,could significantly reverse P-glycoprotein-mediated ***,whether PD173074 can interact with and inhibit other MRP members is *** the present study,we investigated the ability of PD173074 to reverse MRP7-mediated *** found that PD173074,at non-toxic concentration,could significantly increase the cellular sensitivity to MRP7 *** studies indicated that PD173074(1μmol/L)significantly increased the intracellular accumulation and in-turn decreased the efflux of paclitaxel by inhibiting the transport activity without altering expression levels of the MRP7 protein,thereby representing a promising therapeutic agent in the clinical treatment of chemoresistant cancer patients.

在海事请求中,30%的案件为船舶碰撞案件。虽然近年来随着现代船舶技术的发展,船舶碰撞的数量有所减少,但蒸汽导航和钢体外壳船舶的出现增加了碰撞损伤的严重程度。船舶碰撞之后会对海洋和人类生活以及环境带来无法估量的有害影响。与以前相比,现代航运设备能够帮助我们更准确地找到船舶碰撞的责任人。由于船舶潜在的沉没危险以及碰撞所造成的巨大破坏,船舶碰撞无疑是海员所面临的最可怕的灾难之一。船舶碰撞通常源于人为失误,因此,人为因素是找到在瞭望或者防碰撞演习中导致失误的原因时所必须考虑的因素,这样就可以找到弥补这些失误的方法了。船舶碰撞的另一点特殊之处在于,在海商法下,它们受益于特定的制度,包括在法国法律中,其法律制度也是以过失和疏忽为基础的少数制度之一。然而,船舶碰撞法律制度是一个古老的法律制度,需要适应现代海上运输方式的演变。这种特殊性还会通过专门的司法管辖转化:海事商事法院以及明确的商船船员惩戒条例。本文的写作目的是为了明确法国法下海上碰撞概念的法律地位、船舶碰撞责任确立及分担所要考虑的法律依据、当前国际公约中对于船舶碰撞这一问题的相关规定及如何明确损害赔偿责任分摊问题的规定所产生的众多影响。同时,本文意在借助船舶碰撞案件将法国与中国法律法规进行对比,找到其中的关联性并进行分析。本文从国家法律和相关国际公约的角度,对两国的碰撞制度和损害赔偿制度进行了比较,以期对受害方进行赔偿。本文共分为五章,作者从不同章节的论述中得出了最终结论。第一章"导论",表明了本文的研究背景、研究方法以及写作目的。第二章"碰撞案件的管辖权和法律适用",阐述了船舶碰撞诉讼中的管辖权,以及本文涉及的基本概念,如船舶碰撞的定义、特征和构成要件。同时区别了法国船舶碰撞法律的国际渊源和适用于船舶碰撞案件的国内法的不同之处。第三章"碰撞责任制度"。本章借鉴国际公约对法国海商法关于赔偿责任制度的影响,重点分析和比较了法国和中国对船舶碰撞损害赔偿责任主体的立法。第四章"碰撞损害"。本章指出了法国可恢复补偿的损害赔偿的不同种类及其评估原则。第五章"结语:中国和法国法律对比"。总结了由船舶碰撞产生的不同之处,法国与中国法律关于船舶碰撞规定的相同点和不同点。
