Crop Discrimination Using f.eld Hyper Spectral Remotely Sensed Data

Crop discrimination through satellite imagery is still problematic. Accuracy of.crop classif.cation f.r high spatial resolution satellite imagery in the intensively cultivated lands of.the Egyptian Nile delta is still low. Theref.re, the main objective of.this research is to determine the optimal hyperspectral wavebands in the spectral range of.(400 - 2500 nm) to discriminate between two winter crops (Wheat and Clover) and two summer crops (Maize and Rice). This is considered as a f.rst step to improve crop classif.cation through satellite imagery in the intensively cultivated areas in Egypt. Hyperspectral ground measurements of.ASD f.eld Spec3 spectroradiometer was used to monitor the spectral ref.ectance prof.le during the period of.the maximum growth stage of.the f.ur crops. 1-nm-wide was aggregated to 10-nm-wide bandwidths. Af.er accounting f.r atmospheric windows and/or areas of.signif.cant noise, a total of.2150 narrow bands in 400 - 2500 nm were used in the analysis. Spectral ref.ectance was divided into six spectral zones: blue, green, red, near-inf.ared, shortwave inf.ared-I and shortwave inf.ared-II. One Way ANOVA and Tukey’s HSD post hoc analysis was perf.rmed to choose the optimal spectral zone that could be used to dif.erentiate the dif.erent crops. Then, linear regression discrimination (LDA) was used to identif. the specif.c optimal wavebands in the spectral zones in which each crop could be spectrally identif.ed. The results of.Tukey’s HSD showed that blue, NIR, SWIR-1 and SWIR-2 spectral zones are more suf.icient in the discrimination between wheat and clover than green and red spectral zones. At the same time, all spectral zones were quite suf.icient to discriminate between rice and maize. The results of.(LDA) showed that the wavelength zone (727:1299 nm) was the optimal to identif. clover crop while three zones (350:712, 1451:1562, 1951:2349 nm) could be used to identif. wheat crop. The excitation mechanism of.coronal quasi-period f.st-propagating(Qf.)wave trains remains *** Atmospheric Imaging Assembly onboard the Solar Dynamics Observatory observations,we study a narrow and a broad Qf. wave trains excited one af.er another during the successive eruptions of.f.laments hosted within a f.n-spine magnetic system on October 20,*** consecutive occurrence of.these two types of.Qf. wave trains in the same event provides an excellent opportunity to explore their excitation mechanisms and compare their physical *** observational results reveal that narrow and broad Qf. wave trains exhibit distinct speeds,periods,energy f.uxes,and relative intensity amplitudes,although originating f.om the same active region and being associated with the same GOES C2.9 *** wavelet analysis,we f.nd that the narrow Qf. wave train shares a similar period with the f.are itself.suggesting its possible excitation through the pulsed energy release in the magnetic reconnection process that generated the accompanying *** the other hand,the broad Qf. wave train appears to be associated with the energy pulses released by the successive expansion and unwinding of.f.lament ***,it is plausible that the broad Qf. wave train was also excited by the sequential stretching of.closed magnetic f.eld lines driven by the erupting *** f.ndings shed light on the dif.erent excitation mechanisms and origins of.the Qf. wave trains.

In our investigation,we explore the quantum dynamics of.charge-f.ee scalar particles through the Klein–Gordon equation within the f.amework of.rainbow gravity,considering the Bonnor–Melvin-Lambda(BML)space-time *** BML solution is characterized by the magnetic f.eld strength along the axis of.the symmetry direction which is related to the cosmological constantΛand the topological parameterαof.the *** behavior of.charge-f.ee scalar particles described by the Klein–Gordon equation is investigated,utilizing two sets of.rainbow f.nctions:(i)f.χ)=■,h(χ)=1 and(ii)f.χ)=1,h(χ)=1+βХ/*** 0f.r the scalar particles and conduct a thorough analysis of.the obtained ***,we study the quantum dynamics of.quantum oscillator f.elds within this BML space-time,employing the Klein–Gordon *** also,we choose the same sets of.rainbow f.nctions and obtain the approximate eigenvalue solution f.r the oscillator ***,we demonstrate that the relativistic approximate energy prof.les of.charge-f.ee scalar particles and oscillator f.elds get inf.uenced by the topology of.the geometry and the cosmological ***,we show that the energy prof.les of.scalar particles receive modif.cations f.om the rainbow parameter and the quantum oscillator f.elds by both the rainbow parameter and the f.equency of.oscillation.

Application of.Synthetic Iron Oxyhydroxide with Inf.uencing f.ctors f.r Removal of.As(Ⅴ) and As(Ⅲ) f.om Groundwater

Synthesized iron oxyhydroxide was applied f.r the adsorptive removal of.As(V)and As(III)f.om the aquas ***,this investigation highlighted the synergistic ef.ect of.calcium carbonate in conjunction with iron oxyhydroxide,resulting in enhanced removal *** experiment was conducted under various conditions:concentration,dosage,pH,agitation,and *** characterizations such as Brunauer Emmett Teller,X-ray dif.raction,scanning electron microscopy,and f.urier transf.rm inf.ared spectroscopy were implied to understand adsorption *** Langmuir model revealed optimal concentrations f.r As(V)=500μg/L at pH-5 and As(III)=200μg/L at pH-7,resulting in 95%and 93%adsorption ef.iciencies,*** adsorption capacities“qm”were f.und to be 1266.943μg/g f.r As(V)and 1080.241μg/g f.r As(III).f.eundlich model demonstrated f.vorable adsorption by indicating“n>1”such as As(V)=2.542 and As(III)=2.707;similarly,the speciation f.ctor“RLf.r both species as As(V)=0.1 and As(III)=0.5,*** kinetic study presented a pseudo-second-order model as best f.tted,indicating throughout chemisorption processes f.r removing As(V)and As(III).f.rthermore,incorporating calcium carbonate presented a signif.cant leap in the removal ef.iciency,indicating As(V)f.om 95%to 98%and As(III)f.om 93%to 96%,*** f.ndings of.er prof.und motivation f.r developing ef.ective and sustainable solutions to tackle arsenic contamination,underscoring the exceptional promise of.iron oxyhydroxide in conjunction with calcium carbonate to achieve maximum removal ef.iciency.

Topological def.cts on solutions of.the non-relativistic equation f.r extended double ring-shaped potential

In this study, we f.cus into the non-relativistic wave equation described by the Schrodinger equation, specif.cally considering angular-dependent potentials within the context of.a topological def.ct background generated by a cosmic string. Our primary goal is to explore quasi-exactly solvable problems by introducing an extended ring-shaped potential. We utilize the Bethe ansatz method to determine the angular solutions, while the radial solutions are obtained using special f.nctions. Our f.ndings demonstrate that the eigenvalue solutions of.quantum particles are intricately inf.uenced by the presence of.the topological def.ct of.the cosmic string,resulting in signif.cant modif.cations compared to those in a f.at space background. The existence of.the topological def.ct induces alterations in the energy spectra, disrupting ***, we extend our analysis to study the same problem in the presence of.a ring-shaped potential against the background of.another topological def.ct geometry known as a point-like global monopole. f.llowing a similar procedure, we obtain the eigenvalue solutions and analyze the results. Remarkably, we observe that the presence of.a global monopole leads to a decrease in the energy levels compared to the f.at space results. In both cases, we conduct a thorough numerical analysis to validate our f.ndings.

Background Resuscitation can sometimes be f.tile and making a do-not-resuscitate(DNR)decision is in the best interest of.the *** electronic poor outcome screening(ePOS)score was developed to predict 6-month poor outcomes of.critically ill *** explored the diagnostic accuracy of.the ePOS score in predicting DNR decisions in the intensive care unit(ICU).Methods This study was conducted at the ICU of.a tertiary ref.rral hospital in Saudi Arabia between March and May ***,we calculated ePOS scores f.r all eligible consecutive admissions af.er 48 h in the ICU and recorded the DNR *** ability of.the score to predict DNR was explored using logistic ***'s ideal cut-of. value was calculated using the DeLong method,and dif.erent diagnostic accuracy measures were generated with corresponding 95%conf.dence intervals(CIs).Results We enrolled 857 patients,125 received a DNR order and 732 did *** average ePOS score of.DNR and non-DNR patients was 28.2±10.7 and 15.2±9.7,*** score,as a predictor of.DNR order,had an area under receiver operator characteristic(AUROC)curve of.81.8%(95%CI:79.0 to 84.3,Pf. value>17 was associated with a sensitivity of.87.2(95%CI:80.0 to 92.5,Pf.city of.63.9(95%CI:60.3 to 67.4,Pf.29.2(95%CI:24.6 to 33.8,Pf.96.7(95%CI:95.1 to 98.3,Pf.rmed well as a diagnostic test f.r patients who will be labeled as DNR during their ICU stay.A cut-of. score>17 may help guide clinical decisions to withhold or commence resuscitative measures.

The conversion of.the cartesian coordinates of.a point to its geodetic equivalent coordinates in ref.rence to the geodetic ellipsoid is one of.the main challenges in *** ellipse equation in the meridian plane signif.cantly inf.uences the value of.the geodetic *** research analyzes this inf.uence and how it can contribute to their *** study investigates the mathematical relation between them and presents an exact f.rmula relating to the geodetic height and the ellipse *** addition,a heuristic f.rmula f.r the relation between the geodetic height and the ellipse equation is proposed,which is independent of.the geodetic latitude and has a relative accuracy better than 99.9 %.The calculation is stable,and the cost is low.

Microbial f.el cells(Mf.s)are innovative devices that combine microbial processes with electrochemical reactions to convert organic matter in wastewater into electricity while simultaneously treating the *** such application is the treatment of.spent wash,a highly polluting ef.luent generated f.om the distillery industry af.er crude mesh is separated into ethanol and spent *** wash,also known as distillery ef.luent or stillage,is a highly challenging wastewater treatment method due to its high chemical oxygen demand(COD),biological oxygen demand(BOD),and total dissolved solids(TDS).These characteristics make it a complex and polluting industrial ef.luent that requires specialized treatment processes to reduce its environmental impact ***,Mf.s have shown promise in treating spent wash,as they can utilize the organic matter in wastewater as a f.el source f.r microbial growth as well as f.r electricity *** the treatment of.spent wash,Saccharomyces cerevisiae *** used as a biocatalyst along with 340 mol/L potassium f.rricyanide in the cathode chamber and 170 mol/L methylene blue in the anode as a *** tests were conducted by balancing a one-liter volume f.r power production f.om spent wash in Mf. with the optimal conditions of.10%agarose,pH 8.5,300 mL/min of.aeration in the cathode chamber,and 40%(in weight)substrate *** an ideal concentration,the maximum current and power density are roughly 53.41 mA/m^(2)and 72.22 mW/m^(2),*** each litre of.processed spent wash,a maximum voltage of.850 mV(4.5 mA)was ***,91%of.COD and BOD were removed f.om the ef.luent *** f.ndings show that Mf.s are capable of.producing electricity and ef.iciently removing COD f.om wasted wash at the same time.
