促排卵是多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症的一线治疗方案。卵巢对促排卵治疗的排卵应答差被认为与胰岛素抵抗和高雄激素血症相关。在一个包含1000名PCOS不孕妇女(PCOSAct)的前瞻性队列中,我们开展了一项全外显子联合靶向单核苷酸多态性(SnP)测序以及代谢组学研究。在全基因组水平找出与无排卵显著相关的常见变异和罕见突变,并通过机器学习算法构建排卵预测模型。研究发现,ZnF438基因中标记为rs2994652(p=2.47×10^(-8))的常见变异和REC114基因中的一个罕见功能突变(rs182542888,p=5.79×10^(-6))与促排卵治疗失败显著相关。携带rs2994652 A等位基因和REC114 ***101Leu(rs182542888)的PCOS不孕妇女进行促排卵治疗的总排卵率更低(分别为比值比(OR)=1.96,95%置信区间(CI)[1.55~2.49];OR=11.52,95%CI[3.08~43.05]),出现排卵的间隔时间更长(平均56.7天vs.49.0天,pnF438基因的一个常见变异和REC114基因的一个罕见功能突变,以及与二者相关的苯丙氨酸和花生四烯酸代谢物改变,与PCOS女性不孕症的促排卵治疗失败相关。

An important aspect in the restoration of longitudinal connectivity in rivers and streams is the implementation of fish migration systems at the upstream of the functional hydraulic structures(weirs,drop structures or river sills).The diversity of these existing structures as well as the different locations of these weirs within the river,watershed and riparian zone challenge the design engineers to find new holistic solutions for fish migration *** Azuga River study area requires a new synergistic fish migration design *** a mountain area,rapid increase in water level is quite frequent,especially after heavy or prolonged rainfalls and during spring snow ***,it is necessary to design a specific system for fish migration to meet this location’s *** to the characteristics in this location of the Azuga river,the classic fish migration systems would not be *** indigenous/mountain trout is considered as the target species in this *** this is a good swimming species,the use of classical systems could,due to exhaustion,prevent and/or reduce the movement of fish upstream of the two weirs(also known as river sills).This new,comprehensive solution,presented in this paper includes:(i)the restoration and stabilization works of the right bank in the weir study area by using biotechnical measures and(ii)the upstream migration system itself-for supporting the migration of fish on the Azuga River.

Seasonal or permanent water scarcity in off-grid communities can be alleviated by recycling water in decentralized wastewater treatment ***-based solutions,such as constructed wetlands(CWs),have become popular solutions for sanitation in remote *** typical CWs can efficiently remove solids and organics to meet water reuse standards,polishing remains necessary for other parameters,such as pathogens,nutrients,and recalcitrant *** CW designs and CWs coupled with electrochemical technologies have been proposed to improve treatment *** systems(ECs)have been either implemented within the CW bed(ECin-CW)or as a stage in a sequential treatment(CW+EC).A large body of literature has focused on ECin-CW,and multiple scaled-up systems have recently been successfully implemented,primarily to remove recalcitrant ***,only a few reports have explored the opportunity to polish CW effluents in a downstream electrochemical module for the electro-oxidation of micropollutants or electro-disinfection of pathogens to meet more stringent water reuse *** paper aims to critically review the opportunities,challenges,and future research directions of the different couplings of CW with EC as a decentralized technology for water treatment and recovery.

＜正＞ Deposition of plaques containing amyloid beta （A beta） peptides is a neuropathologicalhallmark of Alzheimer disease （AD）. Here we demonstrate that neuronal overexpression of the epsilon isozyme of PKC decreases A beta levels, plaque burden, and plaque - associated neuritic dystrophy and reactive astrocytosis in transgenic mice expressing familial AD - mutant forms of the human amyloid precursor protein （APP）. Compared with APP singly transgenic mice. APP/PKCe doubly transgenic mice had decreased A beta levels but showed no evidence for altered cleavage of APP. Instead. PKCe overexpression selectively increased the activity of endothelin converting enzyme （ECE）. which degrades A beta. The activities of other A beta - degrading enzymes, insulin degrading enzyme and neprilysin. were unchanged. These results indicate that increased neuronal PKCe activity can promote A beta clearance and reduce AD neuropathology through increased ECE activity.

The full array of the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory(LHAASO)has been in operation since July *** its kilometer-square array(KM2A),we optimized the selection criteria for very high and ultrahigh energyγ-rays using data collected from August 2021 to August 2022,resulting in an improvement in significance of the detection in the Crab nebula of approximately 15%,compared with that of previous *** the implementation of these new selection criteria,the angular resolution was also significantly improved by approximately 10%at tens of *** aspects of the full KM2A array performance,such as the pointing error,were also calibrated using the Crab *** resulting energy spectrum of the Crab nebula in the energy range of 10-1000 TeV are well fitted by a log-parabola model,which is consistent with the previous results from LHAASO and other experiments.

A study to evaluate the physico-chemical and bacteriological quality of groundwater was carried out in the commune of Mbankomo(Centre-Cameroon)at 4 wells and 4 springs during the period from March to *** physico-chemical parameters were measured by the standard *** bacteria of fecal contamination,namely HAB(Heterotrophic Aerobic Bacteria),total and faecal coliforms(Escherichia coli),and faecal streptococci were isolated by the surface spreading technique on PCA(Plate Count Agar),Endo and BEA(Bile Esculin Azide)agar respectively,and sulphite-reducing clostridia by the incorporation method on Tryptone Sulfite Cycloserine(TSC)*** a physico-chemical point of view,the groundwater in Mbamkomo is characterized by an average temperature(24.24±0.24°C);it is polluted with organic matter,acid and poorly *** was noted from a bacteriological point of view that these waters have a high and varied bacterial load with an average value of 100.8 × 10^(5) CFU/100 mL for coliforms,16.3 × 10^(5) CFU/100 mL for fecal streptococci,5.6 × 10^(5) CFU/100 mL for Escherichia coli and 4.8 ×10^(²)CFU/100 mL for Clostridium *** concentrations are all higher than the WHO(World Health Organization)standards which are set at 0 CFU/100 mL for coliforms,fecal streptococci and Clostridium perfringens and indicate fecal pollution of these *** coli cell densities were significantly correlated with dissolved oxygen in the water(r=0.510;pn of the quality of these waters is favored by their proximity to pollution sources,poor maintenance and poor protection of the *** waters,without any treatment,are not recommended for human consumption according to the standards of the WHO.

目的使用13n-nH，PET显像检测冠脉血流储备（CFR）和相对血流储备（RFR），分析两者之间的关系以诊断冠心病。方法69例稳定性心绞痛患者在2周内接受13n—nH，PET显像和cT冠脉造影（CTA），必要时还行介入冠脉造影（CAG）。通过13n-nH，PET显像检测心肌血流（MBF）、CFR、RFR和相关冠脉供血区域的冠脉血管阻力（CVRref）。采用CTA和CAG评价冠脉明显狭窄（SS）和弥漫性动脉粥样硬化（DA）。比较有和无SS和DA的各冠状动脉的PET检测功能参数。结果有SS和DA的冠状动脉其负荷态MBF显著降低，有SS的冠脉其RFR显著降低，而CFR没有降低。有DA的冠脉其CFR显著降低，而RFR没有降低。在没有SS的冠脉中，有DA的其CFR显著降低，但在有SS的冠脉中，无论有无DA，CFR都相近。相反，无论有无DA，存在SS的冠脉其RFR显著降低。CFR和RFR在24例中（35％）呈不一致的弱正相关性（r=0．269）。在CFR和RFR不一致的冠脉中，CFR降低而RFR正常的冠脉其DA的发生率高于CFR正常而RFR降低的冠脉（75％比25％，P=0．028）。有DA的冠脉其CVR。显著升高，表明DA与潜在的微血管病变具有相关性。结论心肌血流灌注PET显像测定CFR和RFR为诊断CAD提供了更丰富的信息。

A sub-array of the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory(LHAASO),KM2A is mainly designed to observe a large fraction of the northern sky to hunt for γ-ray sources at energies above 10 *** though the detector construction is still underway,half of the KM2A array has been operating stably since the end of *** this paper,we present the KM2A data analysis pipeline and the first observation of the Crab nebula,a standard candle in very high energy γ-ray *** detect γ-ray signals from the Crab nebula in both energy ranges of 10-100 TeV and>100 TeV with high significance,by analyzing the KM2A data of 136 live days between December 2019 and May *** the observations,we test the detector performance,including angular resolution,pointing accuracy and cosmic-ray background rejection *** energy spectrum of the Crab nebula in the energy range 10-250 TeV fits well with a single power-law function dn/dE=(1.13±0.05stat±0.08sys)×10^(-14).(E/20 TeV)-309±0.06stat±0.02syscm^(-2) s^(-1) TeV^(-1).It is consistent with previous measurements by other *** opens a new window of γ-ray astronomy above 0.1 PeV through which new ultrahigh-energy γ-ray phenomena,such as cosmic PeVatrons,might be discovered.
