Paleoproterozoic volcanic rocks in the southern margin of the North China Craton, central China:Implications for the Columbia supercontinent

The volcanic rocks of the Xiong’er Group are situated in the southern margin of the North China Craton(NCC).Research on the Xiong er Group is important to understand the tectonic evolution of the NCC and the Columbia supercontinent during the *** this study,to constrain the age of the Xiong’er volcanic rocks and identify its tectonic environment,we report zircon LA-ICP-MS data with Hf isotope,whole-rock major and trace element compositions and Sr-Nd-Pb-Hf isotopes of the volcanic rocks of the Xiong’er *** Xiong’er volcanic rocks mainly consist of basaltic andesite,*** and rhyolite,with minor *** new sets of data combined with those from previous studies indicate that Xiong’er volcanism should have lasted from 1827 Ma to 1746 Ma as the major phase of the *** volcanics have extremely low *** and Ni contents,are enriched in LREEs and LILEs but depleted in HFSEs(Nb,Ta,and Ti),similar to arc-related volcanic *** are characterized by negative zirconεHft values of-17.4 to 8.8,whole-rock initial 87Sr/86Sr values of 0.7023 to 0.7177 andεNd(t)values of-10.9 to *** Pb isotopes(206Pb/204Pb=14.366-16.431,207Pb/204Pb=15.106-15.371,208Pb/204Pb=32.455-37.422).The available elemental and Sr-Nd-Pb-Hf isotope data suggest that the Xiong’er volcanic rocks were sourced from a mantle contaminated by continental *** volcanic rocks of the Xiong’er Group might have been generated by high-degree partial melting of a lithospheric mantle that was originally modified by oceanic subduction in the ***,we suggest that the subduction-modified lithospheric mantle occurred in an extensional setting during the breakup of the Columbia supercontinent in the Late Paleoproterozoic,rather than in an arc setting.

Optimization of a hydrogen-based hybrid propulsion system under aircraft performance constraints

This paper addresses the topic of the conceptual design of a regional aircraft with hybrid electric propulsion based on hydrogen fuel *** aims at providing an optimization-based method to design a hybrid propulsive system comprising two power sources(jet fuel and hydrogen)for the generation of the required propulsive power and at studying the impact of fuel cell technologies on the aircraft ***,by performing optimizations for two hybrid propulsive systems using either low temperature or high temperature proton-exchange membrane fuel cells,this study provides a preliminary assessment of the impact of the fuel cell operating temperature on the system design and the overall aircraft ***,this paper gives a description of the baseline turboprop regional aircraft with a focus on its high speed and low speed flight performances which will serve as requirements for the design of the hybrid ***,the hybrid electric architecture and the sizing models of the propulsion system are ***,optimizations are performed to design two parallel hybrid propulsive systems based on different fuel cells technologies and aimed at minimizing the block fuel per passenger over a mission of 200 n *** show how the proposed methodology and models lead to design two propulsive systems capable of reducing the fuel consumption per passenger by more than 30%compared to the baseline *** study also shows that the choice of fuel cell operating temperature has a first-order impact on the total mass.

Bulk geochemistry,Sr,Nd,and O-H isotope systematics are reported for the first time on banded iron formation(BIF)-hosted high-grade iron ore at the northwestern segment of Congo Craton(CC).Located in Mbalam iron ore district,Southern Cameroon,Metzimevin iron ore deposit is a hematite-magnetite BIF system,dominated by SiO_(2)+Fe_(2)O_(3)(97.1 to 99.84 wt%),with low concentrations of clastic elements e.g.,Al_(2)O_(3),TiO_(2),and HFSE,depicting a nearly pure chemical *** REE+Y signature of the iron deposit displays strong positive Eu anomaly,strong negative Ce anomaly,and chondritic to superchondritic Y/Ho ratios,suggestive of formation by mixed seawater-high temperature hydrothermal fluids in oxidising ***^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr ratios of the BIF are higher than the maximum^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr evolution curves for all Archean reservoirs(bulk silicate earth,Archean crust and Archean seawater),indicating involvement of continentally-derived components during BIF formation and ***Ɛ_(Nd)(t)(+2.26 to+3.77)and Nd model age indicate that chemical constituents for the BIF were derived from undifferentiated crustal source,between 3.002 and 2.88 *** variable and diverse O and H isotope data(−1.9‰to 17.3‰and−57‰to 136‰respectively)indicate that the Metzimevin iron ore formed initially from magmatic plumes and later enriched by magmatic-metamorphic-modified meteoric *** balance calculations indicate mineralisation by combined leaching and precipitation,with an average iron enrichment factor of>2.67 and SiO_(2)depletion factor of>*** is associated with an overall volume reduction of 28.27%,reflecting net leaching and volume collapse of the BIF protholith.

A mixed-studies systematic review and meta-analysis of school-based interventions to promote physical activity and/or reduce sedentary time in children

Purpose:The aim of this mixed-studies systematic review was to ascertain the effectiveness of school-based interventions in increasing physical activity(PA) and/or reducing sedentary time(ST) in children aged 5-11 years,as well as to explore their effectiveness in relation to categories of the theory of expanded,extended,and enhanced opportunity(TEO).Methods:Adhering to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses(PRISMA) guidelines,5 databases were searched using predefined search *** title and abstract screening of 1115 records,the removal of duplicates(n=584) and articles that did not meet the inclusion criteria agreed to a priori(n=419) resulted in 112 records that were full-text *** independent reviewers subsequently used the mixed-methods appraisal tool to assess the methodological quality of 57 full-text studies that met the inclusion criteria after full-text *** interventions were summarised using the TIDierR checklist and *** strength of evidence was determined using a 5-level rating system utilising a published decision ***:Overall evidence ratings for interventions implemented within school settings were:no evidence of effects on moderate-to-vigorous physical activity(MVPA) and inconclusive evidence of effects on sedentary *** relation to the TEO,expansion of PA appeared to be the most promising intervention type for MVPA,with moderate evidence of effect,whereas extension and enhancement of PA opportunity demonstrated no evidence of effect.A critical issue of possible compensatory behavior was identified by analysis of intervention effect in relation to PA measurement duration;when studies measured changes in PA during the actual intervention,there was moderate evidence of effect,whereas those that measured changes in PA during the school day presented inconclusive evidence of effect,and those that measured changes in PA over a whole day yielded no evidence of *** meta-analys

大量的丢失数据是数据挖掘、机器学习等实际应用中普遍存在并亟待解决的问题。丢失数据有很多原因造成,其中包括测量的失误,存储失败,数据丢失,数据装载等等。在之前的政治调查中,大约平均有半数的被调查者们不回答调查问题中的一个或一个以上的问题。在被观察数据丢失的可能性与数据值和其他变量没有相互关系的前提下,数据的丢失应当是随机的。在调查中,如果一个人因为自己生病了就遗漏数据,那他的数据将有可能会完全的随机丢失。如果收入少的人比收入多的人更愿意爆出他们的收入数据的话,个人收入数据将不会随机丢失。在一个假设,假如已婚的人比单身的人更容易说出他们的年龄的话,这样调查的数据将不会随机丢失,因为这样的丢失有婚姻状态矫正。只有在符合丢失不依赖于数据值的前提下,数据的丢失才会有随机性。随机丢失是建立在一个假设的基础上,即丢失值不是随机的分布于所有的观察值中问,而是随机的分布于一个或几个样本之中。非随机丢失,亦即不可忽略丢失,则是最有问题的丢失形式。这种丢失也在丢失值不随机分布于观察值之间时发生,但是这种丢失不能通过模型中的众多变量来预测。非随机丢失即区别于完全随机丢失和随机丢失之外。数据非随机丢失的情况,通常比较麻烦处理。得到一个没有偏差的参数估计值的唯一办法是建立丢失模型：即建立一个含有丢失数据的模型,之后将模型演化成一个更大使用范围的模型。针对数据集中数据丢失的问题,一些经典方法无法完满的解决实际问题。首先想到的也是最常见的方法即简单的忽略那些丢失的数据,仅仅分析剩下的数据,这种方法被称之为成列删除方法。这种方法会导致可用于分析的样本大量减少,有时候,假设丢失数据的随机性会导致无偏差估计。不幸的是,即使当数据完全随机丢失的情况下,这种方法就没有那么有效。当数据不是完全随机丢失时,得到的数据将有偏差（例如,当公司中收入低的人都选择不报他们的收入时,则统计到的数据将偏高）。另一种同样不佳的算法是成对删除方法。由于成对删除方法是在不同数据集的基础上通过使用不同的样本和标准差建立模型参数设置,因此很有可能产生不相关矩阵,导致妥协和停止分析。因此成对删除的方法仅适用于只存在少数丢失数据的情况。然而,成列删除方法和成对删除方法对数据分析会造成很大的损害。另外一种方法是通过剩余数据对丢失数据进行估计的填补方法。该方法通过已建数据集中可用信息替换丢失的数据。填补方法可以分为单一填补方法和多重填补方法,其中,单一填补方法只需用填补值替换丢失值而多重填补方法每个丢失数据都需要用n个可能值替换。其中，平均丢失数据填允法是最简单的方法。在这种方法中,丢失值被特定属性的平均值代替。然而这种方法不能用于绝对值数据的统计,而只能用于同列数据之间（即只能用于同性质的数据间）而非同一行数据之间。在hot-deck丢失数据填充法中,丢失数据则被类似情况中的数据或数据库中的记录代替。也即是说,在两个相似的记录中,如果其中一个记录数据有所丢失,我们可以依照另一个记录填充前一个数据。而在cold-deck丢失数据填充法中,我们则可以用外部数据的特定单个值来代替丢失值,而非用现有的数据值。假如在一个属性中丢了n个数据,那在所有的丢失情况下我们填入相同的值。在kNN丢失数据填允法中,如名字所示,一个个例中的丢失值将被k个附近的数据中的相似值填充。最近最相似的的数据将通过缩小欧氏距离来找到。本文探讨了解决数据丢失的优化算法,即基于最大期望值和贝叶斯网络填充丢失数据的算法,通过使用决策树分类器提高分类精度。通过实验分析,基于最大期望值和贝叶斯网络的填充算法可以满足我们的研究目标。期望最大值算法是解决有丢失数据或隐藏数据存在的情况下的一种行之有效的迭代法。在最大可能估计法中,我们希望得到相似模型参数的估计值。期望最大值算法的每一个迭代都包含了两个过程：期望阶段和最大化阶段。在期望阶段,丢失数据可以通过已有数据和现有模型参数的估计值来估计得到。正如其名,这种方法是通过有条件的期望得到。在放大阶段,似然函数是在丢失数据已知的前提下被放大的。从期望阶段得到的丢失数据的估计被实际丢失的数据取代。由于算法使可能性在每一次迭代后增加,算法必定收敛。朴素贝叶斯算法建立在一个假设上：即一个性质的的出现（或丢失）和其他性质的出现（丢失）无关。这种假设叫作群体条件无关性,被用来简化算法中的计算,所以叫“朴素贝叶斯算法”。每一个训练实例都能增加/减少一个假设正确的可能性,这样之前的知识就可以和观察到的数据结合起来。即使当贝叶斯方法难处理的情况下,其仍然能够提供一个最有的相对于其他方法更有效的最优决策标准。朴素贝叶斯预测要求每一个条件概率不为零。朴素贝叶斯分类法则需要一个较小的训练实例数量来估计分类所需的参数（平均值和变量变化）。在变量独立的假设下,只有各个类别中变化的变量需要确

激光喷丸是一种新兴的表面强化工艺,其主要通过在金属材料表面诱导形成高幅值的残余压应力以及有益的微观组织来提高材料的表面性能。TC4钛合金在富氢环境中具有氢脆倾向,在高压环境下的氢致裂纹会导致服役件的提前失效。采用激光喷丸技术提高TC4钛合金抗氢脆性能的研究目前尚处于起步阶段。本文通过理论分析和试验研究,开展激光喷丸TC4钛合金的抗氢脆性能研究,考察了不同充氢条件下,激光喷丸试样宏微观力学响应,并分析了激光喷丸强化TC4钛合金的抗氢脆微观机理。本文的主要研究工作如下:(1)从理论上初步探讨了金属材料的氢脆机理,特别地,分析了氢在金属中的侵入和扩散过程,以及氢含量对材料微观结构和力学性能的影响。阐述了激光喷丸诱导的组织强化和应力强化对合金抗氢脆性能的影响,为试验研究奠定了理论基础。(2)开展了不同激光功率下的TC4钛合金激光喷丸试验,并对喷丸和未喷丸试样分别进行24 h和48 h电化学充氢处理。随后对处理试样的残余应力、表面形貌及典型区域的化学成分进行了测试,并采用OM和TEM对激光喷丸样充氢前后的表层微观组织进行了观测。结果表明,激光喷丸可诱导合金表层形成高达-517MPa的残余压应力,有效抑制氢致初始裂纹的萌生,并促使裂纹闭合。同时,激光喷丸可使得合金表层的晶粒细化率达54.18%,并在塑性形变区诱导高密度位错、位错缠结等微结构,这些微结构与塑性滑移带交织,阻碍氢原子侵入晶界形成氢化物,降低了氢原子的运动活性,大大减小了TC4钛合金的氢脆敏感性。(3)开展了不同处理试样的拉伸试验,对拉伸试样的宏观力学性能,包括极限强度、延伸率及延伸率损失进行了系统研究。结果表明,在相同的充氢条件下,与未喷丸试样相比,激光喷丸试样的塑性损失率和氢致硬化率均有显著降低,并且随着激光功率的增大,氢致塑性损失程度呈降低趋势。采用氢致延伸率损失来表征氢脆指数,发现充氢时间是决定氢脆指数的关键因素之一,并且激光喷丸可显著降低充氢样的氢脆指数。(4)开展拉伸断口的微观形貌检测,对比研究喷丸和未喷丸试样在不同充氢条件下的断裂特征,并阐述了激光喷丸TC4合金的抗氢脆机理。结果表明,充氢试样的断口均呈现出的氢致塑性损失特征。但较未喷丸试验,喷丸样呈现出了较好的断裂韧性,且随着激光功率的增大,断裂韧性更好,这表明激光喷丸可降低充氢试样的氢致塑性损失。激光喷丸诱导的表层残余压应力及晶粒细化效应以及高密度的位错结构被认为是提高TC4钛合金抗氢脆性能的主要原因。
