Research of autonomous manufacturing systems is motivated both by the new technical possibilities of cyber-physical systems and by the practical needs of the *** operation in semi-structured industrial environments can now be supported by advanced sensor technologies,digital twins,artificial intelligence and novel communication *** enable real-time monitoring of production processes,situation recognition and prediction,automated and adaptive(re)planning,teamwork and performance improvement by *** paper summarizes the main requirements towards autonomous industrial robotics and suggests a generic workflow for realizing such *** case studies will be presented from recent practice at HUN-REN SZTAKI in a broad range of domains such as assembly,welding,grinding,picking and placing,and *** various solutions have in common that they use a generic digital twin concept as their *** making general recommendations for realizing autonomous robotic solutions in the industry,open issues for future research will be discussed.

RNA interference is a promising therapeutical approach presently hindered by delivery concerns such as rapid RNA degradation and targeting of individual *** hydrogels are one potentially simple and direct route towards overcoming these *** we report on the utility of a combination of a mildly modified form of the clinically utilised fibrin hydrogel with Invivofectamine^(■)3.0,a lipid nonviral transfection vector,for local and sustained *** of fibrin allowed for controlled release of small interfering RNA(siRNA)-lipopolyplexes for at least 10 days and greatly increased the stability of fibrin in vitro and in vivo.A 3D cell culture model and a release study showed transfection efficacy of siRNA-lipopolyplexes was retained for a minimum of 7 *** in conjunction with PEGylated-fibrinogen significantly increased retention of siRNA-lipopolyplexes in mouse skeletal muscle and enhanced knockdown of myostatin mRNA that correlated with muscle ***,the increased efficacy observed here for the combination of a lipid nanoparticle,the only type of nonviral vector approved for the clinic,with fibrin,might allow for more rapid translation of injectable hydrogel-based RNA interference.

Mercury photoreduction and photooxidation in lakes：Effects of filtration and dissolved organic carbon concentration

Mercury is a globally distributed, environmental contaminant. Quantifying the retention and loss of mercury is integral for predicting mercury-sensitive ecosystems. There is little information on how dissolved organic carbon（DOC） concentrations and particulates affect mercury photoreaction kinetics in freshwater lakes. To address this knowledge gap,samples were collected from ten lakes in Kejimkujik National Park, Nova Scotia（DOC： 2.6–15.4 mg/L）. Filtered（0.2 μm） and unfiltered samples were analysed for gross photoreduction, gross photooxidation, and net reduction rates of mercury using pseudo first-order curves. Unfiltered samples had higher concentrations（p = 0.04） of photoreducible divalent mercury（Hg（II）RED）（mean of 754 ± 253 pg/L） than filtered samples（mean of 482 ± 206 pg/L）;however, gross photoreduction and photooxidation rate constants were not significantly different in filtered or unfiltered samples in early summer. DOC was not significantly related to gross photoreduction rate constants in filtered（R2= 0.43; p = 0.08） and unfiltered（R2= 0.02; p = 0.71） samples; DOC was also not significantly related to gross photooxidation rate constants in filtered or unfiltered samples. However, DOC was significantly negatively related with Hg（Ⅱ）RED in unfiltered（R2= 0.53; p = 0.04）, but not in filtered samples（R2= 0.04;p = 0.60）. These trends indicate that DOC is a factor in determining dissolved mercury photoreduction rates and particles partially control available Hg（Ⅱ）RED in lake water. This research also demonstrates that within these lakes gross photoreduction and photooxidation processes are close to being in balance. Changes to catchment inputs of particulate matter and DOC may alter mercury retention in these lakes and could partially explain observed increases of mercury accumulation in biota.

This study examined the associations between dissolved organic matter（DOM） characteristics and potential nitrification occurrence in the presence of chloramine along a drinking water distribution system. High-performance size exclusion chromatography（HPSEC） coupled with a multiple wavelength detector（200–280 nm） was employed to characterise DOM by molecular weight distribution, bacterial activity was analysed using flow cytometry, and a package of simple analytical tools, such as dissolved organic carbon, absorbance at 254 nm, nitrate,nitrite, ammonia and total disinfectant residual were also applied and their applicability to indicate water quality changes in distribution systems were also evaluated. Results showed that multi-wavelength HPSEC analysis was useful to provide information about DOM character while changes in molecule weight profiles at wavelengths less than 230 nm were also able to be related to other water quality parameters. Correct selection of the UV wavelengths can be an important factor for providing appropriate indicators associated with different DOM compositions. DOM molecular weight in the range of 0.2–0.5 kDa measured at210 nm correlated positively with oxidised nitrogen concentration（r = 0.99）, and the concentrations of active bacterial cells in the distribution system（r = 0.85）. Our study also showed that the changes of DOM character and bacterial cells were significant in those sampling points that had decreases in total disinfectant residual. HPSEC-UV measured at210 nm and flow cytometry can detect the changes of low molecular weight of DOM and bacterial levels, respectively, when nitrification occurred within the chloraminated distribution system.

Purpose: Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) is a common behavioural condition. This article introduces a new data science method, word association thematic analysis, to investigate whether ADHD tweets can give insights into patient concerns and online communication needs. Design/methodology/approach: Tweets matching "my ADHD"(n=58,893) and 99 other conditions(n=1,341,442) were gathered and two thematic analyses conducted. Analysis 1: A standard thematic analysis of ADHD-related tweets. Analysis 2: A word association thematic analysis of themes unique to ***: The themes that emerged from the two analyses included people ascribing their brains agency to explain and justify their symptoms and using the concept of neurodivergence for a positive self-image. Research limitations: This is a single case study and the results may differ for other *** implications: Health professionals should be sensitive to patients' needs to understand their behaviour, find ways to justify and explain it to others and to be positive about their ***/value: Word association thematic analysis can give new insights into the(self-reported) patient perspective.

Case presentation We report the case of a 67-year-old female with a 24-year smoking history who initially underwent esophagogastroduodenoscopy(EGD)in 2012 for gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD),which demonstrated short-segment Barrett’s esophagus without *** EGD 6 years later showed severe reflux esophagitis(LA grade D).She was subsequently diagnosed with limited systemic sclerosis(CREST syndrome)on the basis of Raynaud’s disease,sclerodactyly,telangiectasias,seropositivity(anti-CENP-A,anti-CENP-B),and pulmonary ***-resolution esophageal manometry showed esophageal body aperistalsis with a hypotensive lower esophageal sphincter(LES)(Figure 1).

Nickel was supported on varied ratios of ceria-titania mixed oxides（Ni/CexTiyO2） to evaluate the role the support plays in photothermal carbon dioxide hydrogenation to produce methane. In a batch photothermal reactor system, Ni/CeO2achieved the highest conversion rate, reaching a conversion of 93% in approximately60–90 min. To decouple the influence of light and heat, the CO2hydrogenation was examined in an in-house designed photothermal reactor, whereby heat can be applied externally. Decoupling experiments revealed that heat from the thermalisation by light was the main driving force for the reaction. In addition, the conversion and temperature profile of the different catalysts revealed that the catalyst performance was governed by catalyst reducibility. H2-TPR analyses showed that the Ni became more readily reducible with increasing Ce O2content,suggesting that the oxide plays a role in activating the Ni. The reduction temperature of the nickel catalyst（following a reduction and passivation process） was below 200 °C, which meant that the inherent heating temperature of the photothermal reactor was sufficient to initiate Ni/CexTiyO2catalyst activity. The exothermic methanation reaction was then able to heat the system further, ultimately reaching a temperature of 285 °C. The ancillary rise in temperature promotes further nickel reduction and methane formation, leading to a "snow-ball"effect. The findings demonstrate that, to achieve a "snow-ball" effect in a photothermal system, designing a catalyst which is easy to reduce, active for CO2hydrogenation, and capable of converting light to heat for its initial activation is critical.
