The current investigation examines the fractional forced Korteweg-de Vries(FF-KdV) equation,a critically significant evolution equation in various nonlinear branches of science. The equation in question and other associated equations are widely acknowledged for their broad applicability and potential for simulating a wide range of nonlinear phenomena in fluid physics, plasma physics, and various scientific domains. Consequently, the main goal of this study is to use the Yang homotopy perturbation method and the Yang transform decomposition method, along with the Caputo operator for analyzing the FF-KdV equation. The derived approximations are numerically examined and discussed. Our study will show that the two suggested methods are helpful, easy to use, and essential for looking at different nonlinear models that affect complex processes.

Baicalin is a natural active ingredient isolated from Scutellariae Radix that can cross the blood-brain barrier and exhibits neuroprotective effects on multiple central nervous system ***,the mechanism behind the neuroprotective effects remains *** this study,rat models of spinal cord injury were established using a modified Allen's impact method and then treated with intraperitoneal injection of *** results revealed that Baicalin greatly increased the Basso,Beattie,Bresnahan Locomotor Rating Scale score,reduced blood-spinal cord barrier permeability,decreased the expression of Bax,Caspase-3,and nuclear factorκB,increased the expression of Bcl-2,and reduced neuronal apoptosis and pathological spinal cord ***-SY5 Y cell models of excitotoxicity were established by application of 10 m M glutamate for 12 hours and then treated with 40μM Baicalin for 48 hours to investigate the mechanism of action of *** results showed that Baicalin reversed tight junction protein expression tendencies(occludin and zo-1)and apoptosis-related protein expression(Bax,Bcl-2,Caspase-3,and nuclear factor-κB),and also led to up-regulation of PI3 K and Akt *** effects on Bax,Bcl-2,and Caspase-3 were blocked by pretreatment with the PI3 K inhibitor *** findings suggest that Baicalin can inhibit bloodspinal cord barrier permeability after spinal cord injury and reduce neuronal apoptosis,possibly by activating the PI3 K/Akt signaling *** study was approved by Animal Ethics Committee of Xi'an Jiaotong University on March 6,2014.

为探究白头翁汤(Pulsatilla Decoction,PD)对湿热泄泻(Damp-heat Diarrhea,DHD)大鼠回肠黏膜屏障功能的影响,选用48只雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白组(NC)、模型组(Model)、自愈组(SH)、白头翁汤高剂量组(PD-H)、白头翁汤中剂量组(PD-M)、白头翁汤低剂量组(PD-L).以“高糖高脂+高热高湿+肠毒性大肠杆菌”复杂因素诱导大鼠DHD模型,模型建立成功后,PD组大鼠分别以0.752 g/mL(PD-H),0.376 g/mL(PD-M),0.188 g/mL(PD-L)进行灌胃治疗,SH组和NC组大鼠等量生理盐水灌胃,每日1次,连续5 d.试验期间,记录大鼠体质量及采食量变化,试验结束后,采集血液进行血常规指标检测并测定血浆炎症细胞因子;采集心、肝、脾、肺、肾称质量并计算脏器指数;采集回肠组织进行病理组织学观察并检测炎症反应、黏膜屏障及色氨酸通路相关基因mRNA表达水平.结果显示,与NC组比较,Model组大鼠采食量、体质量变化率降低,心、肝、脾、肺、肾脏器指数均显著上升(pzo-1 mRNA水平显著降低(pzo-1 mRNA表达水平极显著升高(p<0.01).表明白头翁汤可以通过改善炎症反应,调控色氨酸代谢,减轻黏膜屏障损伤,维持回肠正常功能.

The current research aims to implement the numerical resultsfor the Holling third kind of functional response delay differential modelutilizing a stochastic framework based on Levenberg-Marquardt backpropagationneural networks (LVMBPNNs). The nonlinear model depends uponthree dynamics, prey, predator, and the impact of the recent past. Threedifferent cases based on the delay differential system with the Holling 3^(rd) type of the functional response have been used to solve through the proposedLVMBPNNs solver. The statistic computing framework is provided byselecting 12%, 11%, and 77% for training, testing, and verification. Thirteennumbers of neurons have been used based on the input, hidden, and outputlayers structure for solving the delay differential model with the Holling 3rdtype of functional response. The correctness of the proposed stochastic schemeis observed by using the comparison performances of the proposed and referencedata-based Adam numerical results. The authentication and precision ofthe proposed solver are approved by analyzing the state transitions, regressionperformances, correlation actions, mean square error, and error histograms.

【目的】本试验旨在研究短小芽孢杆菌对羔羊生长性能及腹泻、血清指标、结肠组织形态、炎性细胞因子和紧密连接蛋白含量的影响。【方法】选取36只初生重3 kg左右的1日龄萨能奶山羊公羔,随机分为4组(每组9个重复,每重复1只羔羊);每天分别饲喂0(CON组)、1 mL(BP1组)、5 mL(BP5组)、10 mL(BP10组)短小芽孢杆菌菌液,其活菌数为1×10^(8) CFU/mL,试验期14 d。【结果】饲喂短小芽孢杆菌对羔羊末重、平均日增重、平均日采食和料重比均无显著影响(P> 0.05),但均降低了羔羊的粪便评分和腹泻频率(P zo-1的含量(P <0.05),而且减少了结肠组织中性粒细胞细胞浸润。【结论】在初生羔羊代乳粉中添加短小芽孢杆菌可以降低羔羊腹泻频率,改善结肠组织形态,缓解炎症反应,增强黏膜屏障功能,但对生长性能无显著影响。

As the first line of defence against pathogens and endotoxins crossing the intestine-blood barrier,the intestinal epithelial barrier plays a determinant role in pigs’health and growth.4-Phenylbutyric acid(4-PBA),an aromatic fatty acid,was reported to benefit homeostasis of endoplasmic reticulum and protein ***,whether 4-PBA affects intestinal epithelial barrier function in pigs is *** study aimed to explore the effects of 4-PBA on the intestinal barrier function,using in vitro models of well-differentiated intestinal porcine epithelial cell(IPEC-J2)monolayers in the transwell *** monolayers with or without 4-PBA(1.0 mmol/L)treatment were challenged with physical scratch,deoxynivalenol(DON,2.0μg/mL,48 h),and lipopolysaccharide(LPS,5.0μg/mL,48 h),*** electrical resistance(TEER)and fluorescein isothiocyanate-dextran(FD-4)permeability were measured to indicate barrier integrity and ***-time PCR and Western blot were conducted to determine relative gene and protein expressions of tight junction *** expected,physical scratch,DON,and LPS challenges decreased TEER and increased FD-4 permeability.4-PBA treatment accelerated cell mitigation and rehabilitation of the physical scratch-damaged intestinal epithelial barrier but did not alleviate DON or LPS induced barrier ***,once 48-h DON and LPS challenges were removed,rehabilitation of the epithelial barrier function of IPEC-J2 monolayer was accelerated by the 4-PBA ***,the relative gene and protein expressions of zonula occludens-1(zo-1),occludin,and claudin-1 were further upregulated by the 4-PBA treatment during the barrier *** together,4-PBA accelerated the IPEC-J2 cell monolayer barrier recovering from physical scratch,DON-,and LPS-induced damage,via enhancing cell mitigation and expressions of tight junction proteins.
