There is an alternate cause for the decay rate defined by Edwin Hubble’s Cosmological Constant Theory. It can be proposed because inward motion is observed in the local Galaxies||Star groups around the milky Way. The recession velocity of Galaxies farther out of is reasoned entirely from the increasing redshift in the frequency. The smaller the image of observed Galaxy/Cluster objects, the greater the downward shift in frequency of all Electro-magnetic signals [Em]. An alternate cause for that downward shift could be through the absorption and re-emission through matter, leading to the absorption of some fraction of the energy quanta. There is nowhere in our Local Universe that is both absolutely devoid of matter and the continual formation of objects of all scales. If redshift was because of space expansion, it would increase the distance that signal had to travel. So a signal from GN-z11 stellar structure at 13.4 billion light years [LY] would take 13.4 billion years to travel. Assuming 13.8 billion years since the Big Bang would mean GN-z11 object travelled 13.4 billion LY in 400 million years. A current value for the Hubble constant is: H0=(67.8 ± 0.77) km s -1 mpc -1 a frequency is shift of 67.8/c over a single mpc. An alternate expression would be a shift factor 2.261560E-5 over a distance of 3.08567E22 m or a redshift of 7.32923E-28 over a metre because of passage through a medium. Dark matter is a currently accepted phenomenon. It is proposed that properties include redshift’s all normal matters that are put upon Em||Boson signals at the fraction stated above. The signal reduction|| frequency distortion happens at a quantum level for each occurrence, and so is not detectable until passage through millions of LY of Dark matter. Support for this alternate supposition is reasoned from the fact that the m31 Galaxy and the NGC 300 Galaxy are at distances inconsistent with their Hubble recession velocity.

Laser-assisted gas nitriding of selective Ti-6Al-4V surfaces has been achieved during laser powder bed fusion fabrication by exchanging the argon build gas environment with *** variation of processing parameters allowed microdendritic Ti N surface coatings to be formed having thicknesses ranging from a few tens of microns to several hundred microns,with TiN dendrite microstructure volume fractions ranging from 0.6 to 0.75;and corresponding Vickers microindentation hardness values ranging from^7.5 GPa–9.5 *** TiN hard layers ranging from 50μm to 150μm thick were also fabricated in the laser-beam additively manufactured Ti-6Al-4V alloy producing prototype,hybrid,planar composites having alternating,ductile Ti-6Al-4V layers with a hardness of^4.5 GPa and a stiff,TiN layer with a hardness of^8.5 *** results demonstrate prospects for fabricating novel,additively manufactured components having selective,hard,wear and corrosion resistant coatings along with periodic,planar or complex metal matrix composite regimes exhibiting superior toughness and related mechanical properties.

BACKGROUND The Black/African Ancestry(AA)population has a higher prevalence of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2Dm)and a higher incidence and mortality rate for colorectal cancer(CRC)than all other races in the United States.T2Dm has been shown to increase adenoma risk in predominantly white/European ancestry(EA)populations,but the effect of T2Dm on adenoma risk in Black/AA individuals is less *** hypothesize that T2Dm has a significant effect on adenoma risk in a predominantly Black/AA *** To investigate the effect of T2Dm and race on the adenoma detection rate(ADR)in screening colonoscopies in two disparate *** A retrospective cohort study was conducted on ADR during index screening colonoscopies(age 45-75)performed at an urban public hospital serving a predominantly Black/AA population(92%)(2017-2018,n=1606).Clinical metadata collected included basic demographics,insurance,body mass index(BmI),family history of CRC,smoking,diabetes diagnosis,and aspirin *** dataset was combined with a recently reported parallel retrospective cohort data set collected at a suburban university hospital serving a predominantly White/EA population(87%)(2012-2015,n=2882).RESULTS The ADR was higher in T2Dm patients than in patients without T2Dm or prediabetes(35.2%vs 27.9%,P=0.0166,n=981)at the urban public *** analysis of the combined datasets showed that T2Dm[odds ratio(OR)=1.29,95%confidence interval(CI):1.08-1.55,P=0.0049],smoking(current vs never OR=1.47,95%CI:1.18-1.82,current vs past OR=1.32,95%CI:1.02-1.70,P=0.0026),older age(OR=1.05 per year,95%CI:1.04-1.06,PmI(OR=1.02 per unit,95%CI:1.01-1.03,P=0.0003),and male sex(OR=1.87,95%CI:1.62-2.15,Pmbined datasets,but race,aspirin use and insurance were *** T2Dm,but not race,is significantly associated with increased ADR on index screening colonoscopy while controlling for other factors.
