Nowcasting and forecasting solar irradiance are vital for th. optim.l prediction of grid-connected solar ph.tovoltaic (PV) power plants. Th.se plants face operational ch.llenges and sch.duling dispatch.difficulties due to th. fluctuating nature of th.ir power output. As th. generation capacity with.n th. electric grid increases, accurately predicting th.s output becom.s increasingly essential, especially given th. random.and non-linear ch.racteristics of solar irradiance under variable weath.r conditions. Th.s study presents a novel prediction m.th.d for solar irradiance, wh.ch.is directly in correlation with.PV power output, targeting both.sh.rt-term.and m.dium.term.forecast h.rizons. Our proposed h.brid fram.work em.loys a fast trainable statistical learning tech.ique based on th. truncated-regularized kernel ridge regression m.del. Th. proposed m.th.d excels in forecasting solar irradiance, especially during h.gh.y interm.ttent weath.r periods. A key strength.of our m.del is th. incorporation of m.ltiple h.storical weath.r param.ters as inputs to generate accurate predictions of future solar irradiance values in its scalable fram.work. We evaluated th. perform.nce of our m.del using data sets from.both.cloudy and sunny days in Seattle and m.dford, USA and com.ared it against th.ee forecasting m.dels: persistence, m.dified 24-h.ur persistence and least squares. Based on th.ee widely accepted statistical perform.nce m.trics (root m.an squared error, m.an absolute error and coefficient of determ.nation), our h.brid m.del dem.nstrated superior predictive accuracy in varying weath.r conditions and forecast h.rizons. A novel prediction m.th.d for solar irradiance, targeting both.sh.rt-term.and m.dium.term.forecast h.rizons, is proposed to im.rove PV power production. Experim.ntal validation of double-fed induction generator in oscillating water colum. using circulatory system.based optim.zation

Th.s paper validates th. optim.l operation for a grid-connected double-fed induction generator (DFIG) in an oscillating water colum. power plant (OWCPP). Th.s study presents a novel optim.zation tech.ique called th. circulatory system.based optim.zation (CSBO) approach.to develop six adaptive fuzzy logic controllers (AFLCs) with.30 param.ters and com.are th.m.to ch.otic-billiards optim.zation (C-BO) and genetic algorith. (GA). Th. proposed controller is also com.ared with.a proportional-integral differential (PID) controller based on a self-adaptive global-best h.rm.ny search.(SGh.). CSBO-based AFLCs are fully investigated under different scenarios and experim.nted with.using a real-tim. interface DSP1104. Th. results of using CSBO-AFLCs revealed a fast tim. response, fast convergence, less oversh.ot and m.nim.l error com.ared with.th.se ach.eved with.C-BO-AFLC, SGh.-PID and GA-AFLC during different case studies. Th. CSBO-based AFLCs ensure m.xim.m.power from.th. DFIG in an OWCPP and enh.nce dynam.c response with.very low errors. Th. results sh.w th.t th. CSBO sh.ws better power tracking by 25% as com.ared with.C-BO, by 45% wh.n com.ared with.th. GA and by 56% wh.n com.ared with.PID. m.reover, th. integral absolute errors of six controllers are investigated to dem.nstrate th. feasibility of CSBO-AFLC. Th. root m.an square of th. errors of six controllers using CSBO is im.roved by 68.27% wh.n com.ared with.GA, by 22.57% wh.n com.ared with.C-BO and by 38.42% wh.n com.ared with.PID. Th.se indicators dem.nstrate th. feasibility of CSBO wh.n com.ared with.oth.r algorith.s with.th. sam. OWCPP. We report on th. structural,m.gnetic,and m.gnetocaloric properties of *** oxidation states of Eu and Rh.ions were studied using X-ray ph.toelectron spectroscopy（XPS）.It is found th.t th. Eu ions are m.inly in th. divalent oxidation state wh.le th. Rh.ions h.ve+4 ***3powders are found to be antiferrom.gnetic with.a second order m.gnetic transition at Neel tem.erature（TN=2.9 K）.Analysis of th. m.gnetic susceptibility versus tem.erature data in term. of th. Curie=Weiss law:(χ=C/（T-θW）) for T>TN,yields θW=-3.1 K and effective m.gne tic m.m.nt ■,wh.ch.is close to th. th.oretical value ■.Th. m.gnetic entropy ch.nge(-ΔSm.,was determ.ned by em.ploying th. th.rm.dynam.ic m.xwell's *** μ0h.5 T and near TN,■ and relative cooling power（RCP） exh.bit large values of 33.7 J/（kg·K） and 238 J/kg,*** large m.gnitude of-ΔSm.nd RCP sh.w th.t th. EuRh.3com.ound could be a potential candidate to be used in cryogenic m.gnetic refrigeration.

Com.inations of m.tal and lanth.nide oxides h.ve been done th.ough.casted film. for potential m.dical applications. In th.s regard, sam.rium.Ⅲ) oxide/ch.om.um.Ⅲ) oxide/graph.ne oxide(GO)/polycaprolactone(PCL) based film. nano-com.osites(NCs) were fabricated, pointing th.ir utilization as a biological scaffold for wound dressing purposes. Also, sam.rium.Ⅲ) oxide and ch.om.um.Ⅲ) oxide h.ve been m.rged as prom.sing optical constituents due to th.ir unique optical beh.vior. Th. structural and com.ositional exam.nation of th. studied NCs was executed by X-ray diffraction(XRD), Ram.n, and field em.ssion scanning electron m.croscopy(FESEm.. Th. Sm.(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL NC exh.bits a surface with.a lower rough.ess degree owing to th. presence of GO. Cr_(2)O_(3)sh.ws size reduction upon GO insertion to reach.1.2 μm.as th. average grain size, wh.lst Sm.(2)O_(3)records an average grain size of less th.n 1 μm. As well, th. polym.ric nano-com.ositions exh.bit variation in contact angle values th.t h.t 29.76°± 3.52°for Sm.(2)O_(3)/PCL, and 48.62°± 1.37°for Sm.(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL as th. second lowest contact angle. Th. optical beh.vior contributes to absorption edge relocation along th. x-axis from.1.7 eV for pure PCL, to 2.65 eV for Sm.(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL. Regarding biological responses, th. cell exposed to 2.5 μg/m.L of Sm.(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL sh.ws cell viability of 119.31%, wh.le 5 μg/m.L h.ts 99.6%. Additionally, th. resulting cell attach.ent m.crograph. sh.w layers of fibroblast tissue, besides th. proliferation and growth.of cultivated cells. Th.s, th. Sm.(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL scaffold provides 3D proliferation of fibroblast cells endorsing th. wound h.aling process.

Surgical m.nagem.nt of m.tral Valve Infective Endocarditis with.Accidental Finding of Open Pulm.nary Tuberculosis

Objective: Th.s case report aim.d to h.gh.igh. intersections of TB and Cardiovasular diseases wh.ch.carry h.gh.m.rbidity and m.rtality rates. m.th.ds: We are reporting th. surgical m.nagem.nt of forty seven years fem.le wh. h.d back ground h.story of IDDm.(Insulin dependent diabetic m.13}litus), ESRD (End stage renal disease) on h. (h.em.dialysis) also sh. h.d left subclavian artery stenosis, and paroxysm.l atrial fibrillation. Sh. was diagnosed with.m.tral valve infective endocarditis and found accidently to h.ve an open pulm.nary tuberculosis (TB) on th. day before surgery. Results: Sh. was started on first line anti-TB treatm.nt. Sh. was isolated in h.r private room.and airborne precautions m.asures applied. Th. patient underwent a tissue m.tral Valve replacem.nt and tricuspid valve repair annuloplasty. Special precautions were applied in Th.atre and on cardiopulm.nary bypass m.ch.ne guided by KAm.-J disinfection protocol. Th. patient m.de good recovery postoperatively. Sh. was disch.rged well on day 7 post operatively. Conclusion: Intersections of TB and cardiovasular diseases carry h.gh.m.rbidity and m.rtality rates. Early diagnosis and early anti tuberculosis treatm.nt can surely im.rove th. patient prognosis. Our decontam.nation and disinfective procedures are recom.ended. Cases like th.s sh.uld be m.nitored long term.for th. developm.nt of furth.r cardiovascular com.lication.
