利用航空影像和激光雷达数据,对韩国赤松林的碳储量进行了估算.基于雷达数据建立数字冠层模型,再与航空影像融合,进而划分单株树木的冠幅范围.为消除分段误差,采用高斯滤波方法对融合后的影像进行平滑,然后利用标记控制阈值分割方法提取出单株树木的冠幅范围,再通过建立实测冠幅面积和胸径间的回归方程计算出单株树木的胸径.在此基础上,利用韩国森林研究所建立的回归模型,计算单株树木的地上生物量.单株树木的碳储量由地上生物量乘以转化系数(0.5)得到.结果显示,用此方法估算的平均单株树木碳储量为193.7kgC,与实际测量值223.8kgC较为接近,说明本研究提供的基于航空影像和雷达的方法,可以有效地估算大面积森林树木的生物量和碳储量.

背景与目的利妥昔单抗是一种靶向CD20的单克隆抗体,在治疗边缘区淋巴瘤(marginal zone lymphoma,MZL)中可以单药或联合化疗使用,可提高缓解率和生存率,但治疗后仍可能会复发。因此,仍需探索如何延长MZL患者的缓解期的治疗方案。这项多中心、单臂、开放标签的Ⅱ期研究评估了对一线R-CVP(rituximab,cyclophosphamide,vincristine,and prednisolone;利妥昔单抗、环磷酰胺、长春新碱和泼尼松龙)治疗有反应的Ⅲ–Ⅳ期CD20阳性MZL患者进行利妥昔单抗维持治疗2年的生存率。本研究旨在明确R-CVP后利妥昔单抗维持治疗的策略是否有进一步研究的价值。方法在利妥昔单抗维持治疗之前,Ⅲ–Ⅳ期MZL患者应接受6–8周期的R-CVP一线治疗。每个周期为3周,第1 d静脉输注利妥昔单抗(375 mg/m^2)、环磷酰胺(750 mg/m^2)和长春新碱(1.4 mg/m^2;最大2 mg),第1–5 d口服泼尼松龙(100 mg)。对R-CVP治疗达到完全缓解(complete response,CR)、部分缓解(part response,PR)或疾病稳定(stable response,SD)的患者进行利妥昔单抗维持治疗,每8周静脉注射利妥昔单抗375mg/m^2,直到12个周期。主要终点为无进展生存期(progression-free surviva,PFS),次要终点为总生存期(overall survival,OS)和治疗安全性。结果共纳入47例患者,其中45(96%)例接受了利妥昔单抗维持治疗。15(33%)例患者有淋巴结MZL。在进行R-CVP一线治疗后,分别有20(44%)例、22(49%)例和3(7%)例的患者达到了CR、PR和SD。中位随访38.2个月后,患者的3年PFS率为81%。在利妥昔单抗维持治疗期间,R-CVP治疗后有6例PR和1例SD患者获得CR。LDH升高和B症状是PFS的重要预后因素(P=0.003),3年OS率为90%。利妥昔单抗维持治疗的耐受性良好,常见的治疗性不良事件为感觉性神经病(18%)、肌痛(13%)、疲劳(9%)和中性粒细胞减少(9%)。结论一线R-CVP治疗后利妥昔单抗维持治疗在Ⅲ–Ⅳ期MZL患者中不仅表现出较好的PFS,而且药物毒性反应评价良好。

This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of flavor on reproductive performance and fecal microbiota of sows during late gestation and lactation.A total of 20 healthy Yorkshire sows were fed a corn-soybean basal diet unsupplemented or supplemented with 0.1%flavor compound from d 90 of gestation to 25 d post-farrowing,and then the piglets were *** reproductive performance and the fecal microbiota of sows were *** with the controls,flavor supplementation in maternal diets increased(Psupplementation(P>0.05).The 16S rRNA analysis showed that flavor supplementation signifi-cantly increased the abundance of Phascolarctobacterium(Psup-plementation improved the reproductive performance of the sows,which was associated with enhanced beneficial microbiota and decreased potentially pathogenic bacteria in the sows.

In this work,NiTi samples with different thicknesses(0.15-1.00 mm)were fabricated by laser powder bed fusion(LPBF)under variable scanning speeds(500-1200 mm s^(-1)).The densification behavior,phase transformation behavior,and mechanical properties of the sample with different thicknesses are *** results indicate a strong size effect in the LPBF-fabricated NiTi *** decrease of the sample thickness results in(i)the increase of porosity,(ii)the decrease of the number of adhered NiTi powder particles at the surface,(iii)the monotonous decrease of the martensitic transformation temperatures(MTTs),and(iv)the decrease of the shape recovery *** influence of sample thickness on the melt-pool behavior,and thus the microstructure and performance of NiTi alloys are *** is suggested that the melt-pool is deeper and narrower in the thin samples than in the thick *** conclude that,apart from the LPBF process conditions,the sample dimensions have also to be considered to fabricate NiTi structures with predictable properties.

为了解幼龄大鼠环磷酰胺免疫抑制模型血液学和肠道黏膜免疫相关指标的变化特点,本研究观察与比较了4周龄雌性SD大鼠在体重、临床表现、血液学、血清生化指标以及肠道黏膜免疫等方面的变化。与对照组相比,幼龄大鼠体重增长缓慢(P<0.05);外周血白细胞总数、嗜中性粒细胞数、淋巴细胞数、单核细胞数与网织红细胞数显著降低(P<0.05);血清球蛋白含量显著减少(P<0.05);小肠派氏结数、杯状细胞数、肠道内淋巴细胞数和分泌型Ig A量均显著减少(P<0.05);其余血清生化指标以及肠道绒毛发育未见显著影响。研究表明,幼龄大鼠固有免疫与获得性免疫水平在模型中均受到显著抑制,后期固有免疫较获得性免疫恢复程度好。免疫指标中外周血细胞数及小肠派氏结数推荐在模型应用中优先选择。

＜正＞Twenty-one patients with primary high-grade advanced gastric cancer in whom the presence of stage ? was con- firmed by preoperative diagnostic imaging,were treated with a wide-spectrum regimen,designated as FEPMTX therapy to establish an effective salvage *** therapy consisted of 5-fluorouracil（5-FU）and the triple biochemical modulators;methotrexate（MTX）,calcium leucovorin（LV）,cisplatin（CDDP）,and in addition of epiru- bicin（EPI）.The schedule comprised 3 days continuous administration of 5-FU（350 mg/m2/day）and MTX（35 mg/ m2）on day 1,LV（30 mg/m2）on the day 2,LV（30 mg/m2）and CDDP（30 mg/m2）and EPI（20 mg/m2）on day *** treatment was performed two or more courses with 2 weeks interval in *** partial responses（PR）, five no changes（NC）and five progressive diseases（PD）were obtained,and the response rate was 52%.Ten patients （PR 7,NC 2,PD 1）were received gastrectomy（resectability rate 48%）.The survival in all cases resulted in median survival of 184 days and one-year survival rate of 23%.While there is no significant difference insurvival between the cases with or without the resection of the primary lesion,the survival of responders was significantly longer than that of non-responders（median survival time;responder 356days,non-responder 152days）.Adverse effects such as myelo- suppression and anorexia and fatigue sometimes occurred,but were mild and all the patients well *** therapy is thought to be an effective regimen for neoadjuvant chemotherapy with longer survival and little toxic for patients with stage?gastric cancer.

Background: Because the cause and etiology of chronic headache is not yet fully explained, the treatment of this symptom is not simple. This study compares the effects of aroma acupuncture and normal acupuncture applied on chronic headache patients, in order to establish a primary data for further studies of new treatments and developments of new practical acupuncture. Methods: 38 clinical experiment participants were gathered and through a questionnaire patients who experienced headache for more than 4 hours a day and more than 15 days per month were qualified as chronic headache patients. The qualified patients were classified into two groups, aroma acupuncture group (Aroma AT group, n=23) and normal acupuncture group (AT group, n=15).
