Gao, Volny and Wang （2010） gave a simple criterion for signature-based algorithms to compute GrSbner bases. It gives a unified frame work for computing GrSbner bases for both ideals and syzygies, the latter is very important in free resolutions in homological algebra. Sun and Wang （2011） later generalized the GVW criterion to a more general situation （to include the F5 Algorithm）. Signature-based algorithms have become increasingly popular for computing GrSbner bases. The current paper introduces a concept of factor pairs that can be used to detect more useless J-pairs than the generalized GVW criterion, thus improving signature-based algorithms.

Named entity disambiguation is presented to solve the problem of name ambiguity. Traditional disambiguation methods merely use the word frequency to calculate the weights of attributes, yet ignore the important information from low frequency words. We propose a named entity disambiguation method based on classified and structural semantic relatedness. Structural semantic relatedness is computed by capturing the explicit semantic relatedness and the implicit structural semantic knowledge. Classified semantic relatedness is computed by main attributes which can determine the domain entity identity. The experimental results show our method can significantly improve the disambiguation performance and achieve 90.5% accuracy of disambiguation.

为了研究水分胁迫对‘赤霞珠’葡萄果实挥发性化合物的影响,试验以3年生‘赤霞珠’葡萄为试材,设对照(CK)、轻度胁迫(T1)、中度胁迫(T2)和重度胁迫(T3)4个处理,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)测定果实挥发性化合物组分,采用荧光定量PCR法(qRT-PCR)检测类胡萝卜素裂解双加氧酶基因(VvCCD1)、E-(β)-丁香烯合成酶(VvEcar)和植物脂氢过氧化物裂解酶基因(VvHPLA)、芳樟醇合成酶基因(Vvlis)在葡萄果实中的表达水平。结果表明:在花后110 d,与CK相比,T1和T2处理下果实百粒重分别显著降低7.32%和20.97%,T3处理下果实百粒重显著降低31.80%;T1和T2处理果实可溶性固形物(TSS)相比于CK分别增加10.33%和5.68%,差异不显著,但在T3处理下,果实TSS显著降低15.74%;果实有机酸含量在T1和T2处理下分别降低11.66%(P>0.05)和25.56%(Plis基因表达量显著提升,T3处理则抑制其表达。

Ontology-based semantic retrieval can improve the efficiency of information retrieval. This paper proposes a semantic retrieval model based on domain ontology of orchard disease and pests. According to Forestry Thesaurus, we semi-automatically construct a domain ontology and repair ontology inconsistency to ensure the accuracy and uniqueness of the domain knowledge. A concept similarity algorithm is proposed and applied to calculate sentence similarity. We present a synthetic sentence similarity algorithm, which is a combination of the traditional sentence similarity algorithm and the weighted sentence similarity algorithm. Compared with other related methods through experiments, our retrieval model has higher accuracy in semantic retrieval.

Al/Ni films were deposited on 128° Y-X liNbO3 substrates by e-beam deposition. The influence of Ni underlayer on the microstructure, adhesion and resistivity of the Al/Ni films was investigated. It was found that Al films deposited on Ni underlayer thinner than 5 nm possessed strong texture. The textured Al/Ni films had a superior adhesion. Their resistivity decreased after annealing treatment at 200℃ for 30 min. With the textured Al/Ni films, a 2,30 GHz-range image-impedance connection SAW （Surface Acoustic Wave） filter was successfully fabricated.

As a new member of thin-film solar cells, the perovskite solar ceils have inspired a new research hot in new photoelectric materials and devices, and have given a new energy to the photovoltaic science. Currently, various device structures, including mesoporous and planar, with and without hole transport material have been developed. In this review, much focus has been addressed to the deposition of high-quality perovskite films, structural optimization, and interface engineering as well as the understanding of the charge generation, transport, and recombination mechanisms of the devices. Furthermore, cost, stability, and environment issues of the cell are also discussed for commercial application.

目前针对提高钙钛矿太阳能电池(PSCs)效率的研究发展迅速,效率已经达到26%.然而,在制备高效率PSCs时经常会使用过量PbI_(2),过量的PbI_(2)会导致电池的稳定性缺陷.为了解决这一问题,我们引入了阴阳离子共同作用的双功能添加剂苯乙胺三氟乙酸盐(PEATFA),来钝化钙钛矿薄膜中的缺陷和过量的PbI_(2),以协同钝化钙钛矿太阳能电池.PEA^(+)阳离子促进二维钙钛矿生成,而TFA^(-)阴离子钝化未配位的Pb_(2+)离子和碘空位,从而提高了钙钛矿晶体质量.此外,PEATFA的引入优化了钙钛矿与空穴传输层之间的能级匹配,从而提高了其电荷传输和抽取能力.最终,我们成功实现了PSCs 24.05%的光电转换效率,同时PSCs表现出最小的滞后现象和良好的稳定性.
