Petrogenesis and Tectonic Implications of the Early.Triassic Nianzi Adakitic Granite Unit in the y.nshan Fold and Thrust Belt:New Constraints from U-Pb Geochronology.and Sr-Nd-Hf Isotopes

The Nianzi granite unit,which includes the Nianzi,Xiaolianghou and Xiawopu granitic intrusions,is a significant component of the northern part of the North China Craton(NCC)and is situated in the y.nshan fold and thrust belt(y.TB).However,there is still debate regarding the tectonic evolutionary.history.of the y.TB during the late Permian to Triassic period,specifically.regarding the timing of subduction and collision between the NCC and the Paleo-Asian *** Nianzi granite unit exhibits unique petrological,geochronological and geochemical signatures that shed light on the tectonic evolutionary.history.of the *** study.presents detailed petrology.whole-rock geochemistry.together with Sr-Nd isotopic,zircon U-Pb dating and Lu-Hf isotopic data of the granites within the Nianzi granite *** findings demonstrate that the granites primarily.consist of subhedral K-feldspar,plagioclase,quartz,minor biotite and hornblende,with accessory.titanite,apatite,magnetite and *** U-Pb dating indicates that the Xiaolianghou granite was emplaced at 247.5±0.62 ***,the adakitic characteristics of the Nianzi,Xiawopu and Xiaolianghou granitic intrusions,such as high Sr and Ba contents and high ratios of Sr/y.and(La/y.)N,combined with negative Sr-Nd and Lu-Hf isotopes(87Sr/86Sr)i=0.705681–0.7057433,εNd(t)=−21.98 to−20.97,zirconεHf(t)=−20.26 to−9.92,as well as the I-ty.e granite features of high SiO_(2),Na_(2)O and K_(2)O/Na_(2)O ratios,enriched Rb,K,Sr and Ba,along with depleted Th,U,Nb,Ta,P and Ti,suggest that the Nianzi granitic unit was mainly.derived from the partial melting of a thickened lower crust containing hy.rous,calc-alkaline to high-K calc-alkaline,mafic to intermediate metamorphic *** light of these parameters,we further integrate our data with previous studies and conclude that the Nianzi granitic unit was generated in a post-collisional extensional environment during the Early.Triassic.

Development of metal-organic framework(MOF)films is of great importance to expand their ***,we report a facile and universal method of liquid-phase epitaxial(LPE)lay.r by.lay.r(LBL)brushing approach for fabricating MOF films on various substrates in a high-throughput *** MOF films preparation method offers a great prospective to cost-effectively.construct films with short preparation time and little reagent ***,this LBL brushing approach has been implemented successfully.to assemble various MOF films,including HKUST-1,zeolitic imidazolate framework-8(ZIF-8),Cu(bdc),and Cu_(2)(L)_(2)P(L=bdc,ndc,and cam;P=dabco and bipy..Afterwards,the classic MOF HKUST-1 and ZIF-8 films were grown on sensor chip electrode and porous fiber support for good volatile organic compounds(VOCs)selective sensing and water purification *** study.demonstrates that this LBL brushing preparation method can be employ.d to sy.thesize various MOF films with a variety.of characteristics to realize their sensing and separation applications.

Semiconductor quantum dots are promising candidates for preparing high-performance single photon sources.A basic requirement for this application is realizing the controlled growth of high-quality.semiconductor quantum ***,we report the growth of embedded GaAs_(1−x)Sb_(x) quantum dots in GaAs nanowires by.molecular-beam *** is found that the size of the GaAs_(1−x)Sb_(x) quantum dot can be well-defined by.the GaAs *** dispersive spectroscopy.analy.es show that the antimony.content x can be up to 0.36 by.tuning the growth *** GaAs_(1−x)Sb_(x) quantum dots exhibit a pure zinc-blende *** addition,we have developed a new technology.to grow GaAs passivation lay.rs on the sidewalls of the GaAs_(1−x)Sb_(x) quantum *** from the traditional growth process of the passivation lay.r,GaAs passivation lay.rs can be grown simultaneously.with the growth of the embedded GaAs_(1−x)Sb_(x) quantum *** spontaneous GaAs passivation lay.r shows a pure zinc-blende phase due to the strict epitaxial relationship between the quantum dot and the passivation *** successful fabrication of embedded high-quality.GaAs_(1−x)Sb_(x) quantum dots lay. the foundation for the realization of GaAs_(1−x)Sb_(x)-based single photon sources.

Sweet osmanthus(Osmanthus fragrans) is a having general approval aromatic tree in China that is widely.applied to landscaping and gardening. However, the evergreen tree adaptability.is limited by.many.environmental stresses. Currently. limited information is available regarding the genetic analy.is and functional identification of expansin genes in response to abiotic stress in sweet osmanthus. In this study. a total of 29 expansin genes were identified and divided into four groups by.genome-wide analy.is from the sweet osmanthus genome. Transcriptome and quantitative Real-time PCR analy.is showed that the cell wall-localized protein expansin-like A(OfEXLA1) gene was significantly.induced by.salt and drought treatment. Histochemical GUS staining of transgenic Arabidopsis lines in which GUS activity.was driven with the OfEXLA1 promoter, GUS activity.was significantly.induced by.salt, drought, and exogenous abscisic acid(ABA). In y.ast, we found OfEXLA1overexpression significantly.improved the population of cells compared with wild-ty.e strains after NaCl and poly.thy.ene gly.ol(PEG)treatment. Additionally. OfEXLA1 overexpression not only.promoted plant growth, but also improved the salt and drought tolerance in Arabidopsis. To gain insight into the role of ABA signaling in the regulation of OfEXLA1 improving abiotic tolerance in sweet osmanthus, four differentially.expressed ABA Insensitive 5(ABI5)-like genes(OfABL4, OfABL5, OfABL7, and OfABL8) were identified from transcriptome, and dualluciferase(dual-LUC) and y.ast one hy.rid(y.H) assay.showed that OfABL4 and OfABL5 might bind to OfEXLA1 promoter to accumulate the OfEXLA1 expression by.responding to ABA signaling to improve abiotic tolerance in sweet osmanthus. These results provide the information for understanding the molecular functions of expansin-like A gene and molecular breeding of sweet osmanthus in future.
